The accommodations and communications with Suzy were perfect. She is very responsive! The home is spacious, very clean, and well appointed. Great natural light on the two upper floors. It was perfect for our family of four with two teenagers - gave us bonding time, but plenty of space to enjoy alone time too. Location 10 minutes from Canyons resort was ideal for skiing. Overall 5/5! Thanks for the wonderful family memories!

Our family had an excellent stay at the Condo. The unit was clean and offered plenty of room to spread out and relax after skiing in some amazing powder!

We really love this condo. If you like to cook, it has everything you need. We are 3 couples and the king beds in all 3 bedrooms are a huge plus. Location is excellent and you might even get to see a moose! We named her Mabel the moose. This was our second time and we will be back!

Great VRBO for 5 people - we all had a great time! This place is wonderfully set up for two or three couples! Those in the basement bedroom do have to come up to the ground floor to use the bathroom, but the bedroom on the ground floor and the bedroom on the second floor both have en suite bathrooms and afford a great amount of privacy. The kitchen and living room are great areas for hanging out, and the kitchen is well stocked. Having a covered indoor parking space is also a great plus. Would highly recommend this space for large groups skiing at Park City/Canyons or Deer Valley!

This was our 3rd time in Park City and by far our favorite vacation rental. It was more room than was needed for us as a couple, but it was well worth it. This is an end townhome unit, very quiet and spacious. There's a garage, but our truck wouldn't fit - a car or smaller SUV should fit perfectly. This house was so clean and tidy - we appreciated all of the mats that were strategically placed in the main areas of the home as well as the chairs to remove your boots upon entering. The kitchen was well appointed and we made several meals at home. It would have been nice to have coffee on the ready - especially for travelers who get in late and don't have time to go to the store. Oil/butter would have been an added bonus. We enjoyed eating our breakfast from the bar and looking out of the large picture window. There's plenty of room at the table for 6 guests and 2 more at the bar. There was a great little styrofoam cooler in the garage that we used to pack our lunches in for the mountain for skiing and left in our truck. The entire house was so clean and appropriately decorated - I felt so comfortable and at home. We watched movies by the cozy fire and played card games on the ottoman in the living room. The sofa does feel like it needs to be replaced as it sinks down in one spot - we tried to rearrange the cushions, but no luck. Throw blankets would have been nice to have in the living room; we used an extra comforter instead. Additionally, the main bed on the ground level was fairly comfortable, but there is a "hump" in the middle so it might need to be turned or replaced soon. We appreciated the TV in the bedroom. The showers were hot and we never ran low on hot water. There was bar soap, shampoo and body wash for use. We also appreciated the first-aid kit as my partner suffered a minor injury. Additionally, the laundry room was well-appointed and worked well for our stay. One of our favorite things about this rental was the hottub - such a nice treat after a long day of skiing. The hot tub was clean, worked well, and is very private. We look forward to staying here next year, but I am already ready to go back :) Thanks, Suzy!

The beds were all comfortable! Lots of pillows of various thicknesses for the picky sleeper. Every appliance and cooking utensil you might need available in the kitchen. The location was great in the winter. A moose stopped by to eat the bush outside the window on our first morning! I bet the location would be perfect in the summer as well. The hot tub was appreciated by all. The host was great and easily assessable. We will be coming back for sure!

This was an awesome property. Had everything we needed and then some! Wonderfully stocked kitchen re: dishes, pots & pans, & utensils. Altitude baking was a little challenging, but, results were a thumbs up!

The townhouse was very convenient to the Canyon side of the resort. Very comfortable. Great kitchen for cooking/entertaining. The hot tub is a huge bonus.

VERY clean and a short (High Valley Transit) ride to the lift!

This condo fit our group of 6 adult friends on a ski trip well. Owner was very responsive and the condominium was overall enjoyed by our group for our ski trip to various IKON pass Park City area ski resorts. I felt the condo was a good value for the price we paid. If I have any criticism it is that the Bullfrog spa hot tub was an aging unit that was not great and certainly would not fit 6 adult bathers and was on a patio area that was not particularly clean and loaded with pine tree debris that one had to walk over to get to the hot tub. The master bedroom had very low lighting for doing just about anything after dark and a large hulking useless secretary type of furniture cabinet taking up a whole corner that was largely useless for putting clothing into for unclear reasons. There were some nice touches such as games and videos and a nice kitchen with amenities and a garage which we used to stage our packing and ski supplies. The Murphy bed in the living room area gives a larger group some good flexibility in sleeping arrangements as well, and having the washer/dryer in the unit was also helpful.

Suzy & John's condo was the perfect spot for our family of four! They went above and beyond to make our arrival easy, and we found their condo to be comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. We have stayed in many VRBO's and this kitchen was likely the most well-stocked we have ever used. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the hot tub was awesome after long days on the slopes. We rented a car this trip so I cannot comment on accessibility to the bus line but it was a very short and easy drive to Park City and Canyons as well as grocery stores nearby. We definitely hope to return!

Location and condo were excellent. Owner was great to communicate with before and during visit. Kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for meals. Car rental is recommended as local shuttle pickup is too far to walk. 1 mile to free parking for PC ski lift but need to arrive by 9:15 as fills up quicky. Lots of shopping and ski rental close by. Private hot tub was great after skiing. Would stay here again!!

The condo was conveniently located, clean, well appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Suzy went above and beyond, providing a crib, booster seat, and child friendly dishes, sippy cups etc. My family was able to spread out and have their privacy when needed, while the common areas easily accommodated our large group. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, baking. etc. The condo is close to several grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping venues. It is located a short drive to Main St. and the Deer Vally Resort where we skied daily. This condo felt like home. We will definitely be back!

We loved this condo! We had a slight issue with the hot water heater but the property managers were taking care of it as we arrived. Rest assured you will be taken care of if anything goes wrong. Fireplace was awesome to come home to and the hot tub was an added bonus on the evenings. Everything was perfect for our week long visit. We all highly recommend!

The place was easy to find, very clean and the host was easy to contact and ask any questions and responded very quickly. We all loved this place and it had plenty of room for all of us! Would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future!

Suzy's property was very comfortable and had every little item you could want. The kitchen is incredibly stocked, there are extra blankets and my favorite, kleenex in every room, which you need in cold weather! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Place was great for remote working for a few days. The master bed was insanely comfortable. The fireplace was our favorite- nothing beats a cold winter day with a fire going. Thanks to Suzy and John for being great hosts!

Fantastic townhome with perfect layout for family or friends that need space. Three king bedrooms and full baths on separate levels provide ultimate privacy. Very clean and well equipped property, with multiple TVs. A little extra space in the loft, and in the downstairs areas. Being an end unit, also backs up to a large open space so you feel like you have your own giant backyard. Covered area for an upscale hot-tub is a great place to relax. Location is awesome - closer to PCMR and Deer Valley than Bear Hollow! Owner had great communication, definitely strongly recommend!
