Loved the view and watching the turtles and surfers! Also loved listening to the waves crashing while sleeping at night. The condo was very clean and conveniently located next to Ma’aleea Harbor with a few options for dining and water activities. Also able to walk to the non-crowded beach within 5 minutes. Would definitely stay at this condo again!

This is a peaceful and quiet place to relax and come home to after traveling around the island. The location offers very little to do, so you need a car to be able to explore different areas in Maui. That being said, the unit was a wonderful place to chill out after exploring during the day. The pictures of the unit were accurate. It was very clean and comfortable. We used a fan to draw the cool air into the second bedroom from the single air conditioner in the living room and that seemed to work for our son. We loved the views from the lanai :) And we are thankful for the beach equipment, cooler and ice packs. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The view from the balcony was awesome for watching sunrise and looking for whales (although didnt see any during April). Everything you could need was stocked at the condo (kitchen items, washer & dryer, binoculars, and lots of beach items). The pool area was very nice and never crowded. Would definitely recomend staying here

Relaxing and quiet neighborhood with beautiful ocean views from balcony. The kitchen had all the essentials including laundry detergent and dryer sheets for a couple loads of laundry. It was missing spices/oils due to covid. Overall, the apartment was a perfect size for our family of four. The master bedroom is divided by a movable partition (not a real door) and the a/c was a window unit in the living room so the air didn't make it to the 2nd bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable with a split floor plan. There were many sea turtles right outside the seawall throughout the days. We enjoyed driving to Lahaina for the beaches and dinners, as well as Wailia. The pool was very clean and the water was refreshingly cool.

Screen door really needs to be replaced, though. Regarding location: Not a lot in the area as far as restaurants or grocery. My wife, sister, brother-in-law, and I stayed at a condo (no. 306) here and cannot say enough about it. The property owners stocked it with just about everything one needs for a stay, be it long or short. The view from the condo was amazing, there were shops and restaurants within a short walk, and one can easily get to a grocery by car. One of the things I read was that the A/C did not cover the entire condo. None of us found that to be an issue. The ceiling fans and a floor fan provided excellent airflow and kept the condo cool. For anyone who is looking for a good time to come, I'd recommend the month we were there - March. We were able to watch humpback whales (adults and calves) from our balcony, and the binoculars provided by the property company gave us a nice closeup of the whales' activities.

Beautiful condo with a fantastic ocean-front view. Whale watching every single day and sea turtles feeding along the shoreline every single day. Within walking distance to a sandy beach that was never over-crowded. Five minutes from the Ocean Center, ten minutes from the Wildlife Refuge. We could not have picked a better place to vacation.

very clean and neat unit. well stocked kitchen. we had one minor problem during our stay and the management company went over and beyond to fix. would definitely stay here again.

This was the most amazing place we have ever stayed, mainly due to the incredible view. Waking up every day to the sounds of waves and seeing countless whales and turtles from our lanai was something we will all treasure forever.

This is a great location between the 2 sides of the island, and relatively close to the airport and shopping center of Kahului. King bed was about a 6/10 on comfort for me, but my spouse slept fine. The sliding doors on the master bedroom didn’t work very well, and don’t offer a lot of privacy from the rest of the condo. The guest bedroom doesn’t get much airflow from the cooler, so you may have to get creative on how to keep cool if you have people in that room. Dishwasher didn’t work from day one because the newly installed garbage disposal didn’t have the plug removed before connecting it to the dishwasher, but they were really good to come over immediately to resolve it. Hot water heater must be small because we would sometimes run out of water with 4 of us using the showers. Keep your hot showers short . There was pretty good beach equipment to use, which was a huge plus. Kitchen was great. Washer and dryer worked well. TV was really great. We didn’t use the pool. No immediate beach access, but being in Maalaea was great for going either east or west to hit the best beaches. Overall a really great place to stay.

Excellent view! Very nice property. I bit far from the restaurants but it wasn't a problem for us since we were renting a car.
