We just stayed here and loved the view it came with. The check in process was confusing. We were originally told we pick up the keys at the office but then I got an email the morning of that went to my spam with different instructions. The house needs some major work. I know it’s a rental but they are easy fixes. Front door and screen were damaged, so much that it made it tricky to lock the door. The garbage cabinet was stuck open, shower door broken, outlets missing covers, and frig leaking water. A little TLC and this place would be great.

Second bedroom was not at all what appeared in the listing. Had two trundle beds that you could only pull out one because the room was not big enough. We need to sleep four in that room! Refrigerator leaked water. Garbage receptacle was broken. The dinning table was very unstable wobbled . My husband and I fixed it just enough so we could eat on it with out the fear of it breaking apart. What little towels they offered were stained with bleach. I would consider them to be rags. I would never offer towels like that to my guests. The front door screen was torn apart and an attempt to fix it with tape. The bathroom near the second bedroom had a light out, dust on the wicker mirror, just in the exhaust fan and the shower door was broken( off the track). The so called fix it solution was to but a shower curtain up. Mold in the shower that we have to purchase bleach to clean it. Couldn’t work the TV tried scanning and what ever. Maybe a list of how to use the TV would be helpful! Holes in the walls. For what we paid for this rental all these repairs could be fixed! Oh by the owner never listed his phone number. Property was what I was looking for. Great location and great set up. Place needed a thorough cleaning. Half of the lights didn’t work. Some outlets not working. Bedroom lamp was broken. Screen doors needed repair. Limited bath towels. Then power got shut off at 7 am. on checkout day.

Clean and spacious home with a sandy beach just outside the front door! We loved the privacy of the location, and the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would highly recommend!! Especially for parents bringing small children.

Our party of 6 included 4 teen girls. The space was large enough for all and a great location next to the lake and beach. The waterpark passes were great. Laundry in unit was nice also. Will miss my morning coffee on the porch watching the steam rise from the lake, fish jumping and ducks playing. Would have been nice if we had a couple kayaks. Only minor negative was the lack of cooking utensils and pans. Also got our steps in with only access from lot was down two flights of stairs. Would stay again.

Not Impressed at all with the condo. If you have elderly people staying with you plan on hiking up 3 levels of steps to get to your car and the pools. My first impression was not good. The screen door was broken, the pillows on the couch looked like someone had been sleeping on them and ive only been there for 5 minutes. As i brought our stuff and and put it in its proper places i noticed everything else wrong with this place. Lets start with the master bedroom, huge hole in closet door, another broken screen door, outlets not covered and the bed had looked like someone had been sleeping there too. Moving on to the kitchen are. Tables and eating counter all marked up, freezer was so frozen over that there was a huge puddle of water on the floor ( ended up chipping away about 1 inch thick by 12 inches long of built up ice) stove top looked like the cleaning people forgot to clean it. 2nd bedroom...well they decided to tske the bunkbeds out fir safety purposes and replace then with trundle beds, yeah didnt work for the guest staing in there. The closet in the 2nd bedroom had no doors on them anf there was just stuff everwhere. A dresser in there kids cames and a bunch of miscellaneous stuff that actually protruded out into the bedroom. 2nd bathroom, pictures on their site look nice but not even close to what it looks like. 12 x 12 inch mirror that sat on the counter top not even mounted and the li nen closet, yeap you guessed it that was broken too with dirty sheets

Nice condo. Has everything you need. We stayed during Automotion. Bed very comfortable. You may want to bring more towels. The only negative is little cosmetic thing which is common with VRBO places.

Very clean. Great location near all of the downtown amenities. Pool and hot tub was a nice touch. Super easy check in process. Owner responded very timely with any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. Very clean and plenty of supplies. Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view. Just minutes from most attractions.

We were told where to go to drop off our luggage since our room was on the lower level. So I called and she explained it again. When we got there there wasn't snow shoveled to where we were to told to drop off our luggage and then go park. So I called her back and she didn't answer. I called her and texted and she never responded at all.

The location is absolutely beautiful I was so happy when I arrived. Within the first 5 mins of arriving and looking around I seen there was a hole in the door in the main room, the vanity in the bathroom had no mirror, in the morning when I Wokeup to cook my kids a nice breakfast there were absolutely no condiments to cook. The description said the kitchen was fully loaded there wasn’t even at least a container of salt to cook with. Being on vacation let alone in the winter with kids the last thing I wanted to do was go to the grocery store but I had no choice . As my kids and I relaxed in the living room which seemed clean comfy and cozy, my baby’s bottle dropped to the floor as I moved the couch a little to retrieve it the floor looked like it had never been cleaned ever it was so disgusting. I looked in between the cushions for the cap to the bottle there were food crumps, wrappers, an old comb it was gross. The listing description said the booking came with tickets to Noah’s ark water park and coming in the winter I knew the water park would be closed but I was excited thinking I’d have free tickets to use and return in the summer , little did I know that was a lie. No tickets come with this booking at all ! The sinks were clogged in the bathroom and before it was even check out time 2 girls were banging on the door to remind me it was time for me to leave.

Excellent property, enjoyable, quiet area. The owner was very helpful, accessible and personable. I would definitely recommend the rental to others.

This place is seriously RIGHT on the lake. One note for anyone with mobility issues, there are lots of steps (3 flights) to get to the property.

The place was furnished very nicely. Really enjoyed the fireplace. Of all the vacation rentals I have been in, this was definitely the bare bones of convenience items. Bring your own salt, pepper etc. Also, not a wash cloth to be found. Kitchen towels very slim.

The property was in a great location, unfortunately due to weather we couldn’t enjoy the beach or porch. Property was hard to find in the dark. It worked for the short time we were there. Unfortunately, The TV/cable didn’t work in any of the rooms. There was no way to use the fireplace, no remote and couldn’t find switch. Carpets need to be cleaned or removed. Floors were sticky. Suited for the time we were there, would hope for some increased cleaning and it would have been better.

Family had lovely time. I'd bring bath towels, paper towels.

Some rentals have spices, coffee, storage containers, and extras in the cabinets and some do not. This one did not. It you like to cook, be prepared to bring all of your own extras. Paper towels, toilet paper, and soap were supplied. The condo was very comfortable.

Place was very nice, although it did appear they are doing upgrades. Kitchen and main living area were very nice. Master bedroom was spacious and nice as was the master bath. 2nd bedroom was going through upgrades and needed some cleaning. Only thing I would have changed was the cleaning policy. We had to strip the sheets off the bed and when we did , there were stains on the mattress pads as well as the mattresses. Not a good policy. We had discussed renting from them again next year, but as soon as we saw that , it changed our minds..So Sad

Was perfect for our 4 man golf getaway. Room was in a great location and room was as advertised.

We stayed for two nights in early October. This is the time to go if you want no crowds. My two college roommates and I had a great time here. The docks were pulled up so the beach wasn't really usable but we expected that. The views were terrific and the place was just what we were expecting. Nothing luxurious but it had everything we needed and contacting the owner was a breeze.

Property was as described and had what we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The communication with the owner before our stay was good - they even let us get in early (noon), but have to say that it was the only good thing about our stay. The condo was very unkept and dirty. The coffee pot was at least 20 years old and clogged - had to run and get coffee each day! If you plan to do any cooking here, I’d advise you bring everything you need as there isn’t as much as salt & pepper, let alone anything else you may need to cook a meal! The bathroom sinks were clogged and the showers were obviously not cleaned in long time!! The whole condo was very damp but the smaller bedroom was so damp that it smelled VERY musty. We had to wash all dishes before using them as they were very dirty!! There wasn’t a dish towel or a dish rag and the bath towels (total of 4) were small, old and very rough! Then to cap it all off, on a rainy day, we thought we’d watch TV and went to turn them on and none of them worked. The owner did contact the cable company and it was working a few hours later, but the day had pretty much already gone by! We loved the area, but would never choose to stay in this condo again!

The location for this property was better than expected the beach being only a few feet from our front door. It was so relaxing and quiet. We spent many hours sitting outside on the sand and on the patio. The condo was plenty spacious for our family of 4. Loved having access to the grill. We didn't make it to the pools on site but the tickets to Noah's Ark were a huge bonus. They're were a few cosmetic issues but to be expected. I would definitely recommend bringing your own bath towels. Beach toys could stay behind though as there were plenty to use. We definitely would love to return some day!

We enjoyed our time my Grandaughter and friends had a great time at Beach and use of pool ! I came to rest because I am a caregiver and I did just that would definitely come back !!

Liked how it was right by the water and you could walk to Noah's Ark.

This location was better than expected!! It is right on the beach/lake. I loved every night that we were able to sit outside at the tables and watch the ducks on the water, the boats go by and listen to the waves gently hit the shore. It is central to all activities and close to the baseball field (Kaminski) that we played at for the tournament. The free passes to Noah's Ark were awesome and such a bargain! We got to go to the waterpark 2 out of the 3 days there and loved every minute of it. My son ripped his wristband off after the first day (of course he didn't hear me tell him to leave it on). The office was so nice and helpful; they found another bracelet for him to use and saved the day. The owner is quick to respond to the text that I sent to her/him and very helpful. Finally, the condo is extremely spacious and all the amenities were perfect. We enjoyed the use of the basketball court, BBQ grill, swimming pools (indoor and out) and the lake with a raft. There is a beautiful walkway along the road with a bar and grill to stop at (good drinks and food). I can't say enough great things about this condo and what a great time that we had; I hope that we are able to return and stay here again!
