This property was very welcoming, comfortable and clean. I must have overlooked this, but it is not in Durango. Still our stay in in Purgatory placed us between Durango and Silverton. We would stay here again! Thank you!

Everything you need for a home away from home. Nice location. We made this our home base and made day trips to Telluride, Mesa Verde National Park and Silverton.

It was nice and had everything we needed for a short stay. We paid $180.00 for a cleaning fee which was fine but then they had an envelope to tip the housekeepers. Shouldn’t $180.00 have gone to them? If not, where is that extra fee going? The front door code was not provided and this made it difficult for my guests that parked in the lot enter the building. Other then that we were very happy. The unit itself was beautiful and well appointed.

We needed additional toiletries due to this being. Family vacation but other than that everything was great!!

My family of four stayed here for an end of summer vacation. The property is located at the purgatory ski resort. Provided check-in and property instructions were detailed and provided adequate information. The property has comfortable furnishings. However, we quickly noticed a number of issues with maintenance that were communicated to the property manager. To their credit, they responded quickly with regards to these maintenance items. However, it was disappointing that these issues or even present to begin with. It was clear that the property was not being inspected in between guests. The dishwasher does not work properly. This was clearly evident, as there were a number of knives that still had food stains and grease on them. They were also multiple silverware items that still had food residue and grease that required handwashing upon our arrival. The master bathroom closet light did not function, nor did the ventilation fan in the master bathroom. The majority of the property was clean however it was clear that there were areas under the couch and other seating that were not vacuumed. The television had what appeared to be basic cable. However, it was not able to connect to Netflix or Amazon video. Two of the remote controls for the televisions in the smaller bedrooms were broken. Overall, still a comfortable property, but clearly some quality control issues with maintenance that could be improved.

The condo was perfect for us. Great location, easy access, covered/secured parking. It was a really beautiful condo and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. When we arrived the blinds on the sliding glass door appeared broken, but were just not connected at the top, so we fixed them. Someone must have reported it, because the next day a repairman arrived to fix them, but we had already taken care of it. The only thing we didn't get was the code to enter the front door of the building so we had to go through the parking garage.. Not a huge deal, just a little inconvenient.

Wonderful place with great views. Nice property with everything you need.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Be sure to read and check the charges for activities, like use of the pool, etc. so you have no surprises. Also, not allot of restaurants or grocery stores close by. Durango is actually about a half hour drive from this resort area. There are a few shops and places to get things to eat, but limited right there at the resort area.

Good location and family friendly

Gorgeous location. We were able to visit Silverton and Ouray one day and Mesa Verde the next. The resort pool and workout room was an easy walk from the condo. We did have an issue with the living room TV. I sent an email at 8pm about the issue and the property management replied within 15min of the email. We appreciated their attentiveness to resolve our problem.

This is a 2nd floor, 3 bedroom Condo directly across from the main plaza of Purgatory Resort. We used the dedicated parking spot in the basement garage. The TV has local cable channels and the sun sets over the mountain directly in front of the balcony. Clean and very nice.

Overall good experience

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo. It was the perfect size, decorated beautifully, & within walking distance to the base and mountain club for swimming. Will be returning ASAP!

We were really happy with the property and our stay overall. We had some technical issues getting the main TV to play from an external device but we mitigated by using the Master Bedroom. The main bathroom had a panel missing from the vanity and there was a door trim piece that was starting to come loose on one of the bedrooms. No functional issues but thought I'd mention them so they could be fixed for future guests. We'd stay at this property again.

This is a very nice property, beautifully decorated. It is has a very well appointed kitchen with gas stove, beautiful view from the living room and master, two fire places (one in living room and one in master, a soaking tub in the master, and an elevator (to get to the second floor where the unit is). We have 3 grown children, so all together there were 5 of us. There are 2 sets of stairs to go up to get to the ski lift. Overall we had a great time.

Beautiful cozy condo in the Purgatory mountain resort. Condo had a cozy rustic decor, plenty of bedding and great furniture and beautiful views. Condo had board games, Cable TV and internet was working. Security code enabled check in and check out.. Kids had fun in the outside hot tub and pool with slide in the community center. We were there in Oct but during ski season its walkable distance (<5 mins) to the lifts. No nearby groceries (unless you go to Durango or SIlverton).

A wonderful place to stay!

overall very happy with this condo. We came to get out of the texas heat with our daughters for a week while they did online school. Condo was very nice and kitchen pretty well stocked. Management was helpful with some concerns when we checked in (needed new sheets and something to freshen the air). In summer you do need to pull down the shades late afternoon to prevent the condo from getting too hot and then open the windows after the sun goes down, but that cooled it down fine even when highs were in the 80s. Wifi is the purgatory resort wifi which was advertised at 60 mps but we never got above 7. Was mostly adequate for school and streaming.

We decided to get away from the Texas heat and head to the mountains. We got lucky and found paradise on the hill. This Condo was amazing. Plenty of room, great views and awesome location. We will definitely be back, and soon!
