The theme and feel of this vrbo fits in great with the area and culture of Moab. It’s a cozy little place!

We enjoyed our 1-night stay while passing thru Moab, UT. Clean and good communication. Would stay again.

The location of this rental is great. It's walkable to restaurants and shops. The unit itself had everything we needed for a simple hiking getaway. The unit could have been cleaner and the temperature of the unit seems to be dictated by the unit below. We had to pull the vents out of the floor to get heat as the vents were taped closed.

Moab was great! This location was convenient and the condo was comfortable .

This property is conveniently located toward the north end of Moab, close to the entrance of Arches. It was a nice place to relax after a day of hiking! We made use of the hot tub and fire pit and felt very comfortable in this well-maintained rental property.

The Bella Casa loft was in a great location and only a couple blocks walking to the downtown shops and restaurants. The hot tub and fire pit are nicely private, great after a wonderful day of hiking! The bathroom was nice , but do have only a few minor complaints. The loft could’ve been cleaner, we had found some trash and a previous persons’ clothing under and behind furniture. The couch bed was loud, although memory foam, we could hear every movement that my kids made. And, I wasn’t expecting a staircase leading down to another vacation rental, however was locked but on the other side? The thermostat was confusing or non-existant, it was chilly at times. All in all though, it was a great stay for a quick couple of nights. Cute, private, and felt safe!

If you like sleeping with scorpions and killing roaches during your visit then this is the place for you! In addition, it advertises that it sleeps 6 but it truthfully only sleeps 4 people (unless you consider a sofa chair a sleeping accommodation) and the hot tub was dirty and slimy when we first arrived. The maintenance man did came to shock it durning our two night stay but had it locked up when we returned from our hike, making it completely useless to us during our stay. Besides these major unacceptable inconveniences the dish set they supplied was only enough for 3 guests, their was no firewood for the fire pit provided, and there were no grill utensils available to grill your dinner( don’t burn your fingers!) The manager was anything but understanding when we brought our concerns to her attention and did not respond with an answer for us. Contrary to what the locals had told us, she tried to make it sound common to have cockroach’s in your living quarters in this area and that Moab does not have any scorpions so she would like proof of it by sending her a picture. We definitely did not feel comfortable with our stay here especially with waking up to a Scorpion on the wall next to our bed with our little 2 year old toddling around. I’ve traveled and used VRBO many of times but have never been so dissatisfied with a visit .

This "loft" was made from a warehouse. No weather striping around door and allowed a scorpion in the unit...that was fun! The AC aka swamp cooler is above the bed and dripped on my face, ended up moving the bed. The towels had brown stains on them, which I hope were brown dirt and not something else. The shower is super small with a non adjustable shower head, which is annoying while trying to soap and it just rinses off. I could continue, but I think this is enough.

Good location for walking to most local places to eat. Convenient drive to Arches and Canyonland. General layout as expected, great for a couple. A/C was sufficient for the bedroom / living area but not for bathroom. Some vents were duct taped shut, most likely to route cooling to lower unit. Upper unit had a nice wall A/C but did cause some condensation, which dripped on the headboard (and my head) when in use. So we had to place a towel on the headboard to prevent being splashed while sleeping. Lighting was a bit unbalanced, but completely usable. The biggest upgrade would be to remodel the closet in the living area to have a washer/dryer. A few dead bugs were found, most likely due to the awkward latching door. The latch is on the better half of being broken which made it difficult to shut from the inside. The outdoor area is private but we avoided the hot tub due to the camera being focused on it. The hosts provided a great amount of towels and toiletries for showering. Some of the directions were not equivalent due to asking that dishes be put in the dish washer, but no dish washer was in the rental, and asked that towels be put in the washer and a cycle started, but no washer or dryer was in the rental. They did provide multiple pierces of information for the area which was nice for people traveling from out of town.

We had a great time and this was in a great location right on the main street in Moab. It was very easy to get anywhere we wanted to go for shopping, drinks, food, etc. MInutes away from Arches NP entrance also. The only issues we had was the toilet had some leaking issues that required a maintenance employee to come that we had to wait for and be there while he worked on it. The leak continued on and off throughout the weekend also. The guests staying below us were a bit loud also and probably didn't realize we could hear them fairly well. The coffee maker didn't work great either. Other than those concerns we had a great time in a great location.

The property is exactly as described and is conveniently located near Arches and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Only drawbacks are that the linens and pillows are a bit weathered. Also, the parking area in back is located next to a garbage and unkept walkway with garbage strewn about.

This loft was beautifully located and was a wonderful place to stay in Moad. We will be back!

This loft was a great space for my husband, 10-year-old daughter, and I for two nights. We were five minutes from the entrance to Arches and about a half an hour to the Island in the Sky entrance of Canyonlands. When we arrived, we noticed the wall unit air conditioner was leaking. I called the property management number provided and they quickly sent someone out to fix the issue. Customer service was friendly and efficient.

We were able to walk to the restaurants and bars from the location. Very nice and spacious accommodation. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of privacy. Small kitchen but worked fine for us.

Be ware you must walk up outdoor steps to get into Loft, shared hot tub is right outside the door into loft. Location was amazing. There is a sink, mini fridge and microwave and no counter space or table for eating but there are MANY restaurants a short walk or drive away. Stylishly decorated.

Several Cockroaches dead on the floor. AC was terrible and could not keep up with summer temperatures making the room almost unbearable at night to sleep. No response from management thru the app. Had to call day of check in, had no idea how to even get into room until moments before arriving.

Property manager apologized for poor condition, and was nice enough to offer refund.

Location was perfect-5 min to Arches and 1 mile to restaurants and shops. The hot tub was amazing after long day of hiking and the kids loved the fire pit. Very quiet area nestled in the rocks, super clean, awesome rock shop right next door. Highly recommended!

Super cute and modern, very clean. Location was perfect for our short trip to hike Arches for a couple of days - super close to the park! We loved that it was at the edge of downtown, away from the busyness, noise, and traffic. The hot tub felt great after a long day of hiking, and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area - highly recommend!

Nice place just like the write-up. Good location. Fun hot tub. Simple but clean. Lots of towels and the hot water is fantastic. Only issue we had was finding the place in the first place. I would suggest saying in the information that it is just to the left of the Adventure Inn up on the hill. That would have made our check-in so simple.

This was a great base for exploring Moab, Arches and Canyonlands. Private and spacious.

Location was very good and it was a comfortable stay overall. The only thing I will say is that the shower was a little small but very clean!

The loft was nice, had a comfy bed, decent amenities, and the bathrooms were nice. However, the hot tub was filthy, and Vacasa was non responsive to a couple of issues we had over the course of the two nights in Moab. The location was also difficult to find based on instructions given, required some exploring. Parking wasn’t great either, as there is only one spot between the two living spaces.

I loved staying at the Bella Casa Rental! Everything I hoped it would be. Looked just like the pictures. We had a hiccup with the gps taking us to a random spot in town but moab is so small and finding the address without gps was much easier! The jacuzzi and firepit were the cherry on top! There was also another family renting the unit downstairs and they were very fun during the times we were sharing the outside areas, wasnt awkward. Will be returning for sure!

It was everything we hoped it would be. Looked just like the pictures except the couches look brown in the pictures but they are actually gray..but who cares they were still super sweet and comfy! The gps takes you to a random spot in town so just use your common sense of directions to find the address, wasnt hard at all. I enjoyed the firepit and jacuzzi and would love to return for another stay soon! Thank you!
