Fantastic property and location. Booking was easy. Amenities at club were perfect but can also use ritz amenities so multiple pools, hot tubs, beaches and restaurants to choose from. Food on property was excellent.

Ken did a wonderful job communicating with us leading up to our trip. Our 3BR unit was beautifully appointed and we had a memorable week in St Thomas.

We stayed in the Lily building and it was marvelous. The unit was large and easily accommodated 5 with everyone able to have their privacy. We loved the Lilly location - could hear the ocean waves breaking at night and close to the beach. Service was outstanding, just like staying at the hotel. We found that the kitchen was also super helpful, we could make a quick lunch and maximize our time on the beach instead of waiting for a table and lunch to be served. We rented a car, which turned out to be very helpful traveling to Moe's to get supplies and also to Red Hook for dinner. Red Hook had a surprisingly large number of excellent restaurants, we only had one repeat dinner during the entire two week stay. We cannot be more positive about our experience and are already counting the days until we return.

Stayed in St Thomas several times and this was by far the best. Ritz level services, property was pretty nice, and restaurants were very good.

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton club for 7 days. The property is wonderful. Our kids enjoyed the pool and beach everyday. We also used the hotel property pool and beach for a reasonable fee. Best of all was our host Ken. He provided great suggestions re: things to do on the island and responded very quickly to any questions we had! We will be back for sure!

Beautiful property and staff. Beach is in rough shape with all the seaweed. They are trying to keep up, but mother nature is going to win that battle.

Our stay was great! Ken was easily reachable with questions and very helpful. We were 7 adults and one infant and were able to get an infant crib at no additional cost and have all three bedrooms with king size beds. I highly recommend staying here!

Units are large and well appointed. 2 of the bedrooms have views of the main beach area and the 3rd bedroom has a view of the rear of the property (which also includes water but isn't the main beach). Pool and beach for club members is nice and access to the hotel beach and pool is a short walk.

Amazing facility, great service, staff, and location. Layout of the condo was perfect for our family. Impeccably maintained condo and facility. We will definitely be back. Ken was very responsive and helpful.

Easy as can be

The entire resort property was beautiful, well-maintained and clean. The Ritz staff are friendly and accommodating. The beds were soft and comfortable - moreso than most vrbo experiences we've had. The kitchen, washer dryer, WiFi, TVs in every bedroom and 3 balconies made staying inside the condo as comfortable as possible. The on-resort foodservice is okay, and fairly expensive. Actually, most food options on the island are expensive (it is an island). We did rent a car, and ventured out for some meals, and had several wonderful meals in Redhook, including at Pesce Italian and Agave Mexican. We loved meeting Chef Taj at Buddha Sushi, and had a wonderful meal there. We also had great burgers and fries at Tap & Still. Moe's Market is nearby to stock up on groceries, but there's a bigger market in the opposite direction that has more selection and lower prices. We went on the sailboat snorkeling excursion one day, and it was really well done. We saw turtles, stingrays, octopus, parrot fish, and the water was clear, warm and beautiful. You may wish to consider only checking whatever baggage you won't mind missing on your return trip. Our bags stayed behind on St. Thomas - trapped at the airport - for a few days before Delta could figure it out. Ken was a responsive and honest and kind host.

Really enjoyed our week with family. Ken was very helpful, before handing us off to the concierge. The service at the Ritz is second to none. We have been at many hotels around the world, and this was the nicest, not just the beautiful setting, but the condo, and again the service. Employees go out of their way to make sure you are happy. We highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Ken was so helpful with everything on the front end. We have a disabled child and have had difficulty finding an appropriate vacation destination suitable to his needs. This property checked all the boxes and then some. We hope to come back every year.

The amenities and the staff at the Ritz in St Thomas never disappoint. I’ve been fortunate enough to stay at the Ritz several times before and this time was no different. Regardless of Covid protocols or not the staff made my family’s visit great. The facilities are the best on the island.

We absolutely love this property! Stayed on the hotel side for a month at a time on many occasions. Ken was wonderful, the staff was amazing, the views are awesome. Will definitely come back soon

Very attentive and helping host Ken

The Ritz Club was perfect for us and the view from the 4th floor of the hotel was amazing. We rented a jeep and had quick access to the ferry, many restaurants, and grocery stores within 10 minutes of us. The pools and beach at the Ritz were really nice but the view and friendliness of the resort staff is what made the difference. We had the 3 bedroom condo and it was perfect! Would highly recommend the Ritz Club for your next vacation.

We had an amazing week at the beautiful Ritz Carlton property! Our host Ken was extremely helpful in helping us book the dates that we wanted and gave us the full inside scoop on all the island musts! Our personal concierge Delta was proactive in reaching out to us to accommodate our every need prior to arrival. She even threw in a special midweek surprise to celebrate my daughter who had just recently graduated college. Can't say enough great things about this trip, and I hope to be back soon!

Very clean, comfortable and spacious condo! Everything was how it was described and made for a wonderful family vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Ritz residences. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The games around the pools provided lots of entertainment for the whole family. The residence is beautiful and comfortable. We highly recommend this vacation spot.

We just returned from a week at the Ritz Club, and I can honestly say that it was one of the best vacations we have had as a family of four. The villa was superb--clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated--and the views were breathtaking. The Ritz Club property and and adjoining Ritz hotel property offered something for everyone, including gorgeous beaches, pools, water sports, exercise/fitness facility and spa. The restaurants were also terrific--our favorite was the Grand Palazzo Club! Once we arrived at the Ritz Club, everything was so easy. The staff are top notch and anticipate your needs before you even know you need anything! Last, but certainly not least, Ken was the key to a worry-free vacation. He took care of all details in advance of our departure, and provided a lengthy list of tips and advice that we pretty much followed to the letter--again, this took all the guess work out the the trip and allowed us to just relax and enjoy our time together as a family! We will go again for sure, and will recommend to our friends and family!
