It was very dirty. We found a used bandaid in the master room. There were alot of broken items - such as the toilet paper holders, the pads on all of the bar stools were broken, the laundry room just had random things thrown into it to where we couldn’t get to the washer and drier without taking out all of the items first, and there was hair in the refrigerator when we first got there. The freezer had not been emptied completely neither.

Awesome location!! The condo was clean and well stocked!! Awesome view with great balcony set up. The extra ice maker was an added bonus. The bathtub was hard to bathe toddlers in but other than that it was perfect! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

We had to extend our stay because we had so much fun! First time to Orange Beach and we lived it. My granddaughter loves the beach and never wanted to leave. Swam in both pools, played in the ocean, played bingo at Flora-Bama, hunted crabs at night. The perfect vacation!

Great view and right on the beach. Parking garage was connected to our floor and provided easy access. Weather was rather cool, however that was expected in mid-March. The nice indoor pool helped with that. Having a high-sided tub within the shower was different. Entry might prove difficult for some or for bathing the very young.

We love the Phoenix X, it’s so close to the things we love! Florida-Bama is right next door! The cleaning crew prior to our arrival did not do a great job cleaning before we got there but all in all a great trip!

Perfect location and accommodations for our family of 6. Clean, well supplied, comfortable, quick and easy beach access with nice boardwalk and several hoses to wash sand off. Seamless booking.

However, upon arriving, I noticed it did not seem like it had been thoroughly cleaned. I had to wipe down everything in the kitchen. The appliances were greasy, cabinet doors had spills, coffee maker was filthy. In the 2nd bathroom, the tub was dirty and had to be cleaned. The floor was sandy, which is to be expected, so no big deal. It seemed like all that was done was a quick wipe down of a few things and the linens changed. Otherwise it was not very clean. There was sand all over inside the fridge. Several lightbulbs were out. None of the electrical outlets in both bathrooms worked. The A/C filter inside the laundry room had about an inch of dust/lint on it. Had not been changed in a very long time. I think the owner or management company need to go out and assess and maybe do a deep clean and assessment of things that need to be changed/fixed. Maybe the housekeepers were too busy/overwhelmed to properly clean it this time. I'm not sure. All of this was minor as we spent most of our time at the beach and once I cleaned it myself, it was fine.

Check-in was confusing, first person told us to pull up and someone would help us unload, once we didn’t see anyone we went inside and got very vague instructions on how we don’t actually unload there but in the parking garage (where there was no carts). Annoying you can’t have visitors after 8pm, we had friends staying in Orange Beach as well and wanted to play cards some nights. We had a issue with our door (very loud buzzing), downstairs stated it was privately owned so couldn’t help, called someone and left message. Waited a hour (still buzzing loudly at 6:30 in the morning) tried calling there number listed on our paperwork without ever getting a call back, went downstairs (again) and requested the number they had called, called again and he tells me it’s the door so therefor their issue. Best he can tell me is that he will leave a message for the head maintained guy. Can’t tell me when it will be fixed and tells me no, no one will call to update me. (Seriously?!) States it could be 10 or later when the guy gets in, doesn’t really know and no, the many maintenance men walking around can’t help me. Once off the phone with Mr. Less-than-helpful the new front desk staff grabs a maintenance guy and goes up to look herself. Fortunately, he was helpful and fixed the trim around the door.

Great place to stay beach front! Right next door to Infamous FloraBama. Make sure you bring toilet paper and garbage bags only 2 rolls provided and 2 trash bags. Very nice place and definitely worth oils stay here again- love the beach theme of the place!

Not a serious complaint...the floors had sand on them and we just ran the vacuum. The view was great and the location was close to many very good restaurants. Only a 20 minute drive to Pensacola to many more restraints.

A real treat was when the Blue Angles few at almost eye level past our patio and took a left turn right in front of us, turned on their smoke trail AND SHOT UP

Loved everything about the condo. BEAUTIFUL! Would loved to have stayed longer but due to Hurricane Ida we had to leave early.

Nice condo. Loved the appliances and decor. Outside grill area very nice. Only complaint was proximity to the trash shute and very bright light outside the bedroom.

We really enjoyed our stay here.... it's exactly as the pictures show. Location was great.... parking garage was perfect and so convenient... the ONLY issue was a door came off a hinge during our stay and they responded and fixed it super fast, so really wasn't an issue at all. This is probably the cleanest unit we've ever stayed in our many yrs at OB....it was so comfortable and was so nice. Would recommend this unit to anyone.
