Location, property, views, weather … all top notch. Just what we needed.

Perfectly clean on arrival. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The kitchen is great. The living spaces are large and comfortable and the setting is quiet. Small sand beach 2 minute walk, 10 minute fun drive to village. We had a wonderful time and recommend this house to everyone. The owner is terrific.

We love the house and the cove. This house is exactly what our family needs for a Maine getaway.

This house has such a lovely view of Long Cove and a beautiful walk all along the ocean. It is in a wonderful area where there is plenty to do but not as many tourists. Especially nice to have a one story house. We enjoyed kayaking, visiting the lighthouse and Pemaquid Historic site. Nice restaurants nearby.

We enjoyed our week on Long Pond Rd. The location and view are perfect. The house is bright, clean, inviting, and has everything for a comfortable stay. The walk around the point is lovely. We will return again.

Great property on a quiet street (great for family walks and walking to the small beach up the road). Hosts are great at communicating and really welcoming. House includes all you need and some fun things for the kids (some toys and games). Plenty of space. Beautiful area.

This home fronting to one of the most beautiful inlets in Maine is spacious and comfortable. The large windows facing all sides of the property really brings the outdoors in! A great place for a family group to vacation together.

This cottage has everything you will need to enjoy a vacation on the beautiful coast of Maine. The cottage is spacious and offers beautiful views of the ocean. It has a spacious kitchen and dining room and is kid friendly. There are plenty of fans to keep you cool on warm summer evenings. Overall, I would definitely recommend this cottage for families and couples alike.

We have stayed here before and love coming back! The location is wonderful and the kids love exploring the rocks and tidal pools just across the street. The home is large and comfortable with space for everyone.

Evidence of insect infestation. Many issues to include (but not all inclusive) no hot water in the kitchen, dirty utensils. Poor excuses and justifications given by the "Property Manager. Minimal attempt to make the situation "right."

Our stay at the seaside cottage was extraordinary. The location of the cottage provided us with the perfect short walk around the point with stunning views of the ocean multiple times a day. The cottage was very comfortable with views of the inlet and ocean from just about anywhere in the front of the house. The cottage was In a quiet location with all the necessities needed for the perfect Maine seaside vacation. We will be returning.

Wonderful house with two separate bedroom areas, and two separate but connected living room areas. The house has everything you need and the is in excellent condition. Bottom line is we are already renting next season. Many thanks for such a wonderful property.

A wonderful home for a family group with plenty of space to spread out into! The view from inside is just as incredible as the front yard view of the cove! Fun space in the back and sideyards also. A short ride to all the activities, and beautful scenic walks around the point!

We had a wonderful time visiting with family in the area and the accomodations were great. Owner is very accomodating and great to work with. Hope to go back soon.

Half old coastal cottage and half newly renovated vacation home, this was a great place to escape to. There were five of us, including two kids and my mother-in-law. There are three private bedrooms and space in some of the large common spaces for more folks to sleep, if needed. Lots of space and good light throughout. The views of the cove as the tide rolls in and out are ever-changing and beautiful. We walked the quiet roads around the cove area every morning and evening, went across the peninsula to the beach and historic site, down the peninsula to the lighthouse, and took the ferry out to Monhegan one day to wander around. We also spent a day over at the Botanical Garden of Coastal Maine near Boothbay, one of the finest gardens we've been to. The owners of the house have left clear and easy instructions on everything about the house and were wonderful and responsive. We don't get up to Maine every year, but we hope to return to this house in the future and recommend it highly.

We stayed in this beautiful cottage for one month this summer! The owners were responsive and helpful throughout the whole rental process. The home is beautiful and very accommodating. We were not lacking for anything during our stay. It is also a great location for exploring the Pemaquid Peninsula. Highly recommend!

We spent our wonderful week here with our son and his wife and our 6 and 2 yr-old grandkids. The house is as beautiful and comfortable as the pictures portray; we were especially delighted with the front room with all the windows looking out to the water. The layout also worked very well for our 3-generation group; plenty of room to stretch out. The kitchen was well appointed and made it fun and easy to cook all our meals there. The location was perfect for us! Hours were spent on two sand beaches just a very short walk down the road; one got consumed by high tide but had wonderful fine sand for digging and castle building during low tide, and the house came with a great supply of beach toys! We spent several hours at the Rachel Carson Salt Pond Reserve less than a mile away, and found delightful hikes nearby. Harbor Bay is very close by with a good sized supermarket and boat cruise departures, including a Puffin cruise. Lovely house, friendly neighborhood, beautiful views, so much to do but so relaxing; truly a memorable vacation for us all!

My four friends and I loved our stay in this cottage which has a great working kitchen, several locations to sit for a meal both inside and out, and plenty of sleeping and shower space. We walked the loop road several times a day to enjoy soft inlet water to crashing ocean waves and stars at night. Trips south to the Pemaquid Lighthouse and north to Round Pond and Damariscotta were within easy reach. We watched movies and listened to music on foggy days and sat out front for drinks on sunny Maine afternoons. I highly recommend this cottage. You'll love it, too. Rev. Carol Brink

My wife and I loved this cottage, which absolutely lived up to its billing. The house was immaculate and nicely renovated, with plenty of nooks and crannies for our two pre-school age children to explore, and spacious, easily accomodating our party of four with room for more if needed. There was a lovely lawn for them to play on and well back from the road so we felt secure about letting them run around without having to be constantly vigilant... although truth be told there's probably more foot and bike traffic than car traffic. The neighbors on both sides were friendly and an uncrowded (tidal) beach with sea creatures aplenty was a 5 minute walk away. There was great wi-fi although we tried to avoid using it - the only minus, if you consider it that, is that cel service is not great, but that's true of Pemaquid in general and we preferred feeling untethered from our jobs. Long Cove has amazing views in every direction and that relaxed, unhurried feeling that you remember from when you were a child and summer seemed to go on forever. We can't wait to go back.
