There is plenty of communication that there is only radiator heaters to heat the unit. However, the radiator heaters were not working. We messaged & called the property manager. She told us we would get a call back. We never did. We had to heat the entire place with small electric heaters; which is not the safest way to sleep 😳 Great location. Great space. The property mngt company was non responsive, however.

This cabin is nice, but has some cleanliness issues. Pretty dirty carpet, and for some reason there were several hairs and hair balls on the clean towels and linens when we arrived. We had trouble with the laundry machine (ultimately fixed a few days into our stay). A big part of why I rented this particular place was for the pool. We had two families and 7 young kids between us. We love skiing then swimming and playing in pool. The home was advertised as having a heated pool year-round, heated to 101 degrees, plus heated sidewalks. The pool was somewhat heated, but very cold. The first day the kids jumped in and within minutes they were shivering and the younger ones were crying. We tested the pool every day and it went from cold to lukewarm (somewhat swimmable for some of the older/braver kids) to cold again. I called Vacasa almost every day and sent texts. They assured me throughout our 8 day stay that they would "work on the pool" and keep me updated -- but they never once updated me on the pool, despite my multiple calls and texts. Many of my texts were not responded to. We also had about 1 out of 8 days with internet connection. The wifi was not working. I tried to sort this out with Vacasa too, but they were not responsive. We just went without internet. I felt the place was overpriced and exaggerates many of their amenities on the listing. It's a shame, since the pool was a major part of our reason for booking this place, and ended up being a total bust. I have also been very disappointed in Vacasa's responsiveness to the many issues we raised throughout our stay. Also, no one wants to spend their vacation on the phone with Vacasa everyday! It was all quite frustrating.

This condo was cozy and had everything we needed for 3 families. The heating didn’t seem to be fully working, and the place felt cold until we found some space heaters tucked away in the closet.

The roominess, open floor plan, conveniently located, and they had a Christmas tree all lit and decorated when we arrived. It was a nice surprise.

The room was excellent and correspondence with the property manager was excellent too. The directions for the code to get on the front door were a little confusing, but the property manager was very reponsive.

This was our second time staying at this property and once again we enjoyed it. Perfect for our group, it had ample space and everything we needed for a great week.

This space is great. We all had a wonderful time.

Tons of space. We had the other kids in ski team over nightly for their coaching review and it was great to have as our group hub spot.

The cabin was so comfortable like a home away from home. Very responsive staff to our needs and we could not hear other guest in the building which made it a very relaxing trip. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. Will book again and again I’m sure.

This property worked great for our group--four adults and four little kids! Lots of open space for the kids to play and close to a variety of attractions. The trail head just out the backdoor was a great surprise.

Property was great! My teens loved the game room, littles loved the toys, and grown ups loved the fire place. Great time and we will return for sure.

Tons of space. Old core building but lots of nicely thought out additions and adjustments.

It is a nice sized place with comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The trails out the back door is amazing for snow shoeing. The fireplace is beautiful but the page didn’t tell you that wood WASN’T provided so we spent a lot of extra money and time driving around looking for wood. The heated pool was also “closed” but others were in there. Overall I would stay again but will bring wood and wait for the pool.

Plenty of room for 10 people and loved that there was a Christmas tree there already. Kitchen has everything you need and more!! Would definitely recommend this place.

Clean and perfect location and size

Spacious, comfortable, well stocked, well cared for, very welcoming.

We loved this cabin/home/condo! It had all the charm of a rustic cabin with all the amenities of a great house/condo! We used it as a home base to explore the Government Camp and Columbia River Gorge Areas. There are so many great hikes and activities near by and the onsite heated pool was a definite perk! We had 2 families staying together and the condo was very spacious and never felt small or cramped. We also really appreciated the parking out the sliding door! No need to go through the multiple doors with multiple door codes, just enter through the side! Vacasa also made the process very simple.

Great space! Super comfy and we loved the fireplace. Everything we needed for a fantastic vacation, I would definitely stay again.

Cabin was perfect for our stay, loved the big open space and layout of the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall our stay was nice - lots of space, quiet, and the kitchen is very well equipped. There were a couple items we disliked. First is the confusing check in and parking process. All the various key boxes on the front entry were not labeled and very confusing. Parking in back has no signage and we literally discovered it after we packed all our gear up the stairs. The feature shower was nice but the drain is plugged so the water runs out onto the floor. The handrails on the back deck are in need of immediate repair. There are exposed rusty screws and nails and the handrails are pulled apart. A small contact could end up with a serious accident.

I was told I would be given an "emergency maintenance" contact number when I checked in. No such number was found. One morning, water began dripping from the unit above onto the couch. I tried knocking on that door (no luck) and left two urgent messages saying, "Please contact me ASAP". Still no response. The drips stopped eventually. Otherwise, great unit, great location and a nice holiday.

This property did not live up to expectations. - The WiFi did not work and we had to utilize cell phone hotspots for everything. - The ceiling had leaks from units above, the dishwasher leaked and was not attached to the cabinetry so it tipped out. - There were carpenter ants everywhere and my wife woke up with an ant crawling on her in the bedroom. Additionally the maintenance person only texted us and never showed up to address any issues. I would not rent this unit unless they have these issues resolved.

The place was awesome, perfect for 6 women. Three full baths, big kitchen, two large dining tables, private, quiet. Perfect little 10 minute drive to timberline lodge.

Loved the layout! Huge open space but cozy. Loved the double wide wood burning fireplace, and the heated pool was a treat! Would definitely rebook.

Great hot pool, perfect for cold nights with beautiful snowflakes falling all around you. Dryer was broken? Everything you could ever want in kitchen and elsewhere. Gorgeous old fireplace added a lot to our snowy mountain trip!

Fabulous house! Great location! Kids loved heated pool and recreation room! Very laid back and wonderful!
