Right in the heart of any thing you may need, restaurants, shopping. Easy street access. Clean and tidy and the owner has thought of everything. We have had a wonderfully good time!!! We will be back

My family and I have booked this house for 3 years in a row, whenever we’re in town for a national competition. It’s the perfect space for a small group. Easy access, close to the Expo Square, and walking distance to an amazing diner. Would recommend over and over!

We stayed at Katie's Kottage for almost a week and will never stay anywhere else in Tulsa again! The Kottage is fully updated and decorated in a very eclectic and retro style which we absolutely LOVED! The Kottage was very clean and came with everything we needed. Linda is the host with the most and made some great recommendations for antique shopping and dinner/drinks. We loved coming back to the Kottage after a long day shopping! We did not want to leave. Linda, thank you for an amazing stay!

Stayed for extended weekend with family and my dog , competing at the National
Agility Competition at the Tulsa expo center. This a 5 star place. Perfect. We ended up going into Tulsa in the evening to watch the NCAA wrestling and it was so convenient.
Only 1 mile from the expo center made my morning commute super easy.
Had all of the convenience of home with a local charm. Definitely on my “return” list of I come to Tulsa again.

Well appointed apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The fabulous decor was eclectic and brought back memories of years ago . A car is necessary but location makes it easy to get anywhere in Tulsa or the surrounding area

This little house was perfect in so many ways. Great little floor plan. Fully functioning kitchen. Very clean. Perfect location - within blocks of expo center. Ohh and great AC. Cute Tulsa rental
This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and the experience was just as great. Clean comfortable well appointed little house, and super convenient location. So easy to get anywhere. And we brought our bikes - and it’s really easy to ride anywhere also. Definitely recommend.

What a beautiful home, so nicely decorated to feel like Tulsa. The communication with the owner was prompt and personable, the property was well-maintained, easy to find, and convenient for all my needs. I felt comfortable and safe walking and running in the neighborhood. And what a nice surprise to be just a block from historic Route 66!

First Time in Tulsa
This super clean, homey little cottage was such a great find for our first time in Tulsa. Completely updated and thoughtfully stocked with essentials, you know everything has been done to make your stay enjoyable. We loved the neighborhood and the easy access to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay again if our travels take us back to Tulsa.

Stayed for the AKC Agility Nationals
The property was great. Loved having separate bedrooms for myself and my friend instead of being in a single hotel room. It was SUPER close to the Expo Center (which was the venue for the AKC Nationals), so it was very convenient. Loved the park in the neighborhood behind the house as well; my dog really enjoyed trying to chase all the different water birds (LOL).

Charming Cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully updated accommodations. Loved the Tulsa-celebratory decor and stylish touches everywhere. Very comfortable. Just a place you feel good in. Although compact, the layout is perfect for even a longer stay. Great location just off Route 66. Be sure to eat at Talley’s or have a treat at Sweets & Cream, both within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Super Cute Kottage Close to Downtown Tulsa!
My husband was traveling for work on short notice. He required accommodations that were close to downtown, pet-friendly, and clean! Katie's kottage checked all the boxes. It's located on a somewhat busy street, but the noise was not an issue for us. A great place to stay.

Great Location Near Downtown Tulsa
This location was a surprise gem for us. Just a block north of Tally's Cafe, a great place to access highway travel.
The Yale Ave road is pretty close but the sound level wasn't too bad.
