It was exceptionally clean, well decorated, thoughtfully designed, and fully appointed with any amenity you could think to need on a beach vacation. A very considerate and hospitable host. Looking forward to renting again soon.

We had a great visit to this property! It was my wife’s 50th birthday weekend and this property was perfect. It exceeded our expectations in every way. We also had a private chef come in one night for dinner and everything we needed was in the house. Working with the property manager was seamless and all the information was provided so we didn’t have to reach out for questions once we arrived. I highly recommend this elegant property and will be staying there again in the future.

This property is absolutely phenomenal! It is a beautiful home that furnished to the “T”. Everything is first class! Rebecca is a wonderful host and made sure we had a perfect vacation! Can’t wait to go back!

We had a short stay.I wish we stayed more than 3 days.Rose Mary beach is beautify.Home was was very nice ,clean and comfortable.Kitchen was fully equipped.Beds are comfortable.As a family we had a good time.We had bikes at the front door that was very thoughtful.

Beautiful home! It was perfect for a family, easy access to the beach, pools, restaurants and shops. The owner was wonderful to work with and had the house set up for a great stay!

Very short walk to beach. Three year old made the walk no problem. The architecture and style of the home is very appealing. Tiny but convenient pool was nice to have. The 2nd floor master bedroom is actually 3 rooms, bedroom, sitting room, small tv room. Unlike most vacation rentals the house is very well stocked with supplies and kitchen items. Some dry goods, lots of spices and endless paper towels, soap, detergent. So you don’t have to buy a bunch of things just to throw away at the end of your trip. Kids loved huge baskets of toys and extensive beach gear. Note umbrellas and chairs at beach are extremely expensive and no other services at beach, no food or drinks for sale. We had the best time at this property. Home is beautiful. Kitchen very well-stocked. Lots of toys for kids to play with. House is an easy, short walk to the beach. Rebecca was very friendly. Highly recommend, Would love to go back!

This property was absolutely stunning and everything we could have imagined. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, extremely clean, and in the perfect location (1 min from the beach and a couple minute walk to the town center). If you stay here, you will not be disappointed!

We had a great stay! The beds were comfortable and the house had a kid friendly plunge pool. The toys and extra kitchen items made it so easy to entertain the kids. The outside grass idea was a nice amenity!

First time to Rosemary and it did not disappoint!! This home is wonderful. Beautiful furnishings and finishes. The master suite is luxurious and comfortable. The location is ideal if you want to be away from traffic yet close to restaurants and beach!

Our house was somehow even more beautiful and luxurious than we expected. It was the perfect setting for our girl’s weekend. Great amenities, beautiful decor, and just a few minutes walk from the beach and all the cute shops in town. Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful home and really well-stocked, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The lovely porches allow you to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings, even if it's raining. Our favorite house in Rosemary!

Kind, responsive, and generous owner; gorgeous, very well-stocked, and well-maintained luxury property in a great location. This is one of the very best properties we’ve ever rented (and we’ve rented a lot!). Our one-week stay here was blissful and we can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed a long stay at 32 Abaco Lane last month. The house was easily the nicest, cleanest rental home we’ve ever stayed in and Rebecca was fantastic and so accommodating! I cannot say enough good things about her or the home. We’re already starting to talk about our next trip back we miss it so much! My wife is a designer, and for her to be this enamored with a home really says something. The interior design is very well done, and even the little conveniences of having laundry and dishwasher pods, ziploc bags, etc. just made the stay that much easier. We have young children and they thoroughly enjoyed both the pool in the back, and the little park out the front. The park’s grass lawn right off the side patio was fantastic for a family - it felt like we had our own yard right there!

Can’t say enough good things about abaco on the green! Rebecca communicated everything we needed to know... and the house was beautiful and so well taken care of. This was the first house in Rosemary that we have stayed at that included everything from beach towels to laundry detergent to ziploc bags! There were even two baskets of toys for kids. The house was beautiful and such a great location. The green space was awesome for kicking the ball around!!! We will definitely be back!

We have stayed in Rosemary Beach (all different homes) for 10 years now. We have a big family vacation once a year and this new to the market rental is the BEST home we have ever been to - clean, maintained and amenities galore. The homeowner communicated with us quickly and answered all of our questions. The amenities provided are better than any other home in Rosemary. We had a chef come on one of our evenings and he has cooked in many of the Rosemary homes and he even commented that this home was the best stocked he has ever seen. Green space in front of the home is perfect for the kids to play and the parents to sit and have coffee and wine. The home is stocked for the kids also - child proof dishes, toys, board games, stools to wash hands and much more! Bedrooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable for all. Right before we got there, the owner found a trim carpenter to install rails on the top bunks. We were very pleased with the rails - made our kiddos feel safe on the top bunks. 8 bikes provides - unheard of in Rosemary and all bikes are well maintained. We can’t say enough great things about this home except that we will be back next year and for years to come. We know this new rental will be booking fast, so we are getting our dates for 2020 now. Thanks for your hospitality, Rebecca. Everything was PERFECTION!

From the moment we rented this property, Rebecca answered each and every question immediately prior to and during our stay. We had 6 adults and 4 children and the house was perfect for this amount. The small pool at the house endlessly entertained the 4 kids . The house was beautifully appointed in every room and the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen in a rental . Rebecca had toys, pool gear, beach toys, top notch amenities. The house is gorgeous and was a 2 minute walk to the beach and community pool. Having all the assortment of bikes was great! The front porch and upstairs wrap around porch were perfect for relaxing. From the moment you walk in with homemade cookies and a bottle of wine waiting til the moment you leave, you will feel pampered!
