The villa was well decorated but slightly worn by aging. We enjoyed the beautiful paintings. Pool and beach were superb. A couple of things that need to be fixed. First, the master bedroom water closet window was broken and difficult to open. Secondly, the fan in the back patio was not working. We’re concerned of a potential electrical fire. Third is the switch by the front door was not working and another potential for a fire. The curtain covering the back patio in the master bedroom it’s not functioning correctly. Also there was a baggie full of dog feces by the back patio. We were under the understanding that no pets were allowed so we were surprised to find the bag. The living furniture specially the red ottoman in the living room was soiled and needs to be cleaned. Otherwise things were great and thank you very much.

This property was very spacious with nice outdoor space. We were only a party of 4 but could have easily fit many more people comfortably. We loved the private pool and beach a very short distance away.

Enjoyed the beach everyday which was walking distance and they even thought of providing beach towels, chairs and cooler. Spent morning sipping my coffee from the gorgeous terrace. Rooms were spacious and provided privacy to the 7 adults that were staying in the house. Juggling one key to the front door with these many adults was a challenge, would have been nice to provide an extra set of keys. They also should not list that there is a golf course nearby when you have to be a member to use this. Found this a little decieving. Would highly recommend this house, overall we had an excellent stay.

Spent 5 days over Thanksgiving Holiday. House had great location and was perfect for 6 adults. We hope t return.

Wir waren im November 2019 als Großfamilie (Großeltern, wir als Eltern und 2 Kleinkinder (0 und 3) in diesem Haus. Es ist wirklich sehr schön gelegen und sehr geräumig. Großzügige Zimmer, bequeme Betten, große Küche und Esszimmer, grandiose Terrasse mit Grill. Die Ausstattung ok. Ein paar mehr Teller und Gläser wären gut. Eventuell auch ein paar Spielsachen für Kinder und ein paar Gewürze. Aber generell OK. Man bekommt nur einen Schlüssel für die Anlage, was es manchmal schwierig macht sich als größere Familie zu bewegen, es sei denn man macht immer exakt dasselbe. Das Haus an sich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einrichtung ist etwas vergilbt, Küchenschränke schliessen nicht mehr richtig, und auch sonst war es etwas schmutzig. Nicht wirklich dramatisch, aber man sollte jetzt keine Luxusvilla erwarten, Pool und Strand sind nur ein paar Meter. Das Meer ist sehr ruhig, am Strand gibt es sowohl sonnige als auch schattige Plätzchen. Es war niemals überlaufen. Der Strand ist mit Stacheldraht und Zaun eingezäunt, was es nicht gerade romantisch wirken lässt, aber uns hat es nicht weiter gestört. Der Pool ist toll. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen, und auch tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Shopping in Barceloneta, Old San Juan, Regenwald...). Der Check-In und die Betreuung vor Ort war super und unkompliziert. Danke für alles. Miguel hat uns wirklich mit vielem helfen können. Danke

The home is centrally located in town with many restaurants and shopping. The property managers are a phone call away and always helpful. The home is suitable for families and or adults. I have family here in Puerto Rico and on my next visit, I hope this place is available.

We loved the house. We had more than enough space for the entire family of 9. Miguel was very helpful. The only suggestion I would make is that your provide an additional set of keys so that when our party wants to go to the beach and other to the pool. Thank you again for a great experience.

We were a group of 9 and this house was perfect! Great location, very safe. Just a short walk to the beach and pool!! The house is beautiful! Would definitely stay again.

Came down for a beach wedding. Property was very nice. Location felt very safe. Rooms are spacious. Water pressure in master shower was weak. Was so busy with family activities that did not complain to management. So we did not give them a chance to look at it. Since there were two other showers in the apartment we just used those. Would stay there again.

I only have two suggestions: 1- would be good to have medium size plates as sometimes the big ones are too big for smaller portions. 2- to have a stronger light on the backyard this would be specially helpful when you use the grill. Other than that we would love to go back!

Our family had a wonderful stay! Thank you West Indies Vacation Rentals for answering all of our questions promptly and for replacing a leaky coffee maker within a few hours. We enjoyed the outdoor living area, which is fenced in and our 2.5 yr old enjoyed playing in. The pool and beach are a short walk from home. Pool is very clean, community is safe and we continuously saw security in golf carts or walking outside in community courtyards. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, pans, wine opener, placemats, paper towels, etc. We would stay here again in future!
