My family had a wonderful stay. The location to downtown Campbell cannot be overstated, and we enjoyed multiple walks into town. The beds were comfortable and the house was exceptionally clean -- on top of the old school charm. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 4 nights while visiting the Bay Area. The location is excellent - just a block from Campbell downtown where you will find the famous Manresa bakery and other cafes and restaurants, plus very close to the Campbell Farmer's market and the Campbell Park with miles of trails. The neighborhood is quiet at night and felt quite safe.The kitchen is fully equipped, but the counter-space is small if you are planning to cook extensively. Part of the charm of a beautiful Victorian home! This is half of a duplex which means you will be sharing the front patio and the backyard with neighbors. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were always very responsive.

We stayed for 11 nights while visiting the Bay Area. The location is superb: we used the property as a home base while visiting family and friends locally, as well as day trips to Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, and even the San Joaquin Valley. The Campbell Farmer's market is a foodie's dream, and just a block away. The neighborhood is usually quiet at night and felt quite safe.The house itself was a great place for us to call home, with a modern kitchen and the fun of a beautiful Victorian home. This is half of a duplex, but noise from the neighbors was never an issue. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were always very responsive.

This is a perfect spot for out of town guests, offering historical charm right in downtown Campbell. Everything we needed was provided and our hosts responded immediately when we had questions. Home is quiet and comfortable while being just a block from downtown. I hope I’ll be able to share this home with my guests again in the future.

We had close family friends come over from England for a 9-day visit, and this lovely home was a fantastic base for overflow visitors. Proximity to town and the light rail made driving unnecessary, and the home was equipped with every comfort you could want. Wonderful experience and will recommend this property again!

We loved everything about this little duplex! The location was amazing and we walked everywhere! The house is well-appointed, the yard is gorgeous, and the Farmers Market was the best we've ever attended and we go to many! Would highly recommend!

We stayed here while visiting family who live close by. It was a perfect spot to host a small gathering for a family dinner, along with a couple dogs since the place is very pet-friendly. The owners were wonderfully helpful and communicative, and laid back. The location is just perfect, unbelievably close to downtown Campbell. And the backyard is just a beautiful gem - the tilework must've taken years! We absolutely loved everything about this spot and we plan on trying to stay there every time we come back to visit family!

This was the perfect house for a stay in Campbell for my nephew’s graduation. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. I was within walking distance to Starbucks and downtown. The farmer’s market was fun. A nice central location. The beds were soft and comfortable. I loved the yard and gardens in the back. Will definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

Well maintained property with comfortable beds. Kitchen is well equipped. The only challenge is that there were only 3 mugs- (I didn’t ask for more) Garden is beautiful and it truly felt like home for the week. Would definitely stay again.

Impact of the coronavirus
We love this property and have stayed there before but we were not able to take full advantage of our visit due to the coronavirus. Our reservation was for March 14-19, 2020 but due to the "lockdown" that went into effect in Santa Clara County on Tuesday, March 17 at 12:01 am, we left that same day (we were quite fortunate to get a flight out back to DC) so lost three days of our visit with family in the area. .

A sweet house. Just disappointed there was no price adjustment when we were delayed a day because of snow storm. Unavoidable on our part!

Great little Gem in Campbell
Very nice and quaint house with thoughtful amenities. It was very comfortable for us and out grown children. Super close to downtown Campbell which has a number of nice restaurants. The amenities at the house included bottled waters, coffee (and creamers), plus makings for pasta. Also included was a TV with both Netflix and Hulu. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely home near downtown Campbell
This is a sunny bright home with great amenities! We brought our 3 year old granddaughter along and there were toys for her to enjoy plus a step-stool in the bathroom so she could reach the sink.
The backyard patio area was beautiful and amazing with the unique tile walkways.
It’s close to downtown Campbell, a fun place to visit.

Carefree weekend!
Enjoyed the Oktoberfest just a block away. Great outdoor music and FOOD! Loved this place! Walking distance to so much! Hope it's available next time I visit.

Perfect Location
We traveled to San Jose for a family wedding and this adorable house in Campbell was the perfect location. We loved being able to walk just a few short blocks to restaurants, the farmers market, coffee shop and brewery. Downtown historic Campbell has it all. We were also just 10 minutes from the ariport and 45 minutes from the coast. The house was perfect for our family of 5. We especially enjoyed the backyard garden.

Great place, everything as represented.
The location and accommodations were great. We were able to shop at the Farmers Market on Sunday. The kitchen had everything we needed. The arrival arrangements were seamless.

Well appointed property in a great location
Our family of four enjoyed our stay in this property which had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and there were even a variety of toys and books available. The unit was easy to find, convenient to shopping and entertainment and a wonderful location to come home to after a day of adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Home Base
My husband and toddler spent 5 nights at this property in March. I was impressed with the organization; check-in to check-out was seamless. The home is bright, well equipped (there are even a few toys and children's books!) and perfectly located to everything Campbell has to offer. Cynthia and Glen were super responsive, even dropping off a high chair on our first evening and promptly addressing concerns. It is worth mentioning that this is a duplex property. I was overly cautious about the noise level of my toddler, especially early in the morning but that concern really encouraged us to get up and moving out of the house early in the morning. Overall we had a great stay! After living in the Campbell area for years we often return to visit friends and family. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this unit to our friends and family as well!

Our stay was delightful!
The house was wonderful. It has been beautifully updated and maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with basics which we really appreciated. We spent a couple hours in the back garden enjoying the lovely California sun. It is close to a variety of restaurant options.
We would definitely stay there again.

Adorable. Beautifully decorated and perfectly appointed. Loved that we could just walk to Main Street Campbell which also couldn't be more adorable. If all VRBO experiences are like this one then we're sold! Sooo much better than a hotel any day! Definitely keeping this one on our list!

The sweetest little house - and more reasonable than a hotel!
I adored this property and hope to be able to snag it on my next work trip to California. Every detail of this house is utterly charming. Gazebo in the back, great artwork hung from traditional picture rails, perfectly paired bathroom accessories. 5-stars.

Much better than the pictures
The house is in a perfect location in Campbell as well as close to the airport and other activities. You can walk everywhere in Campbell. It is a quiet house. The hosts are wonderful and helpful. I loved it and would return. The beds are comfortable and the house is spotless. They go the extra mile to ensure everything is just right.
