This condo was perfect for my family's weekend stay in Ketchum, ID! It was the perfect size, cozy and clean. It was walkable to the shops and restaurants. We would definitely book again, and hope to be back again for ski season!

Very close to Sun Valley ski resort. We came in the summer and did mountain biking and sight seeing up the tram and chair lift. Loved out the town is so bike friendly. I liked the space, loved the deck and they even had bike racks. My kids were in the pool as much as possible. It is in a great location to everything around.
Only main thing we didn't like it was no AC but opening windows at night made it comfortable.

We left a specialized charging cord for our laptop in the unit, and we really appreciate a very quick response from Michael's Vacation. The cord was sent back to us without delay.

I think overall we had a great relaxing time.
I think overall we had a great relaxing time. It would have been better if there was not any remodeling but than again when are you going to be able to make repairs if you are having to rent out the apartment? It is a catch 22 situation. We would return next year, but I am not sure if we have the finances etc. Thanks for everything. Chuck & Fay Butler

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub immensely. It was a short walk to the gondola which took us to the top of Baldy mountain where we enjoyed a fabulous hike. Michael recommended a couple of great local spots for breakfast and dinner. He really is a terrific resource! Thanks Michael!!!

The condo was perfect for our vacation. The location was close to downtown and Baldy mountain and the view from the deck was spectacular.

Fantastic Location, quiet and very comfortable!
We had never been to Sun Valley/Ketchum before and were very impressed with this rental. There were four of us: two adults, and two kids (age 5 and 3). The location is excellent in winter - not a far walk along the pedestrian path to the lifts, or just a few right turns to the Baldy skier parking lot. The beds were comfortable, the unit was warm and clean, and the hot tub was perfect! From booking to checkout, this was a very easy transaction and quite honestly it felt like we were staying in a family member's condo. Great hospitality. We highly recommend staying here and would rent this location again in a heartbeat. Thank You Michael!

Great space and location!
Very comfortable accommodations for two couples or a family of five. So nice to have two full baths. Walking distance to the the downtown was a big plus. Very short drive to the River Run base. We could of hoped a shuttle, but opted to drive. I would highly recommend this unit. I am thinking about a summer trip . . . . . .

Everything you need and walking distance to the mountain (10 min) and town (5min). Michael is extremely accommodating and helpful. Will be back!

We loved our condo and will stay here again if it is available. Perfect location and great view. We had a good experience with the manager too. Wish we could stay longer, next time we will. :-)

I stayed in Michael's condo with two of my sisters and a brother to watch the Aug 21, 2017 eclipse. Ketchum was in the path of totality and we had a great view of the sun from the condo balcony. You can also see the ski lift go to the top of Mt. Baldy From the balcony. The condo is nicely furnished and had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. It is a well maintained condo in a beautiful complex.

I've now stayed in Michael's condo for two consecutive years, and I intend to book it again in early 2018. It's in a great location, walking distance to the slopes (although we drive and park), and a short 1 minute drive to town (although you could walk if you wanted to). As for the unit, it has everything you could need for cooking, which we appreciate. Cozy place.
