Condo was comfortable, charming and lovely. Great location and a beautiful view to enjoy from porch of ocean and beach. If I ever return to St. Croix I would rent this property.

Great view of the ocean and access

We decided to do something way out of the norm for us and spend Thanksgiving in St Croix. We originally had booked another rental and they had to cancel. Luckily we found the Theater on the Beach and Leslie let us book on short notice. Wow we really lucked out! The condo has the most spectacular view from the veranda. Being right on the beach with palm trees in the foreground and overlooking the Caribbean's patchwork of turquoise is just amazing. We enjoyed waking up with our coffee every morning with the tropical breeze easing us into the rest of the day. The condo has all of the comforts of home. It is clean, tastefully furnished and decorated. I particularly like some of Leslie's own works of art. It is conveniently located about 2 miles out of town. You have the choice of eating in with a kitchen that has all of the essentials or checking out the local fare. We did both. On Thanksgiving we ate next door at the Le Cuisinier having lobster and lamb. Hamilton's was our favorite for dinner and Brew STX and Nates for lunch or late afternoon meal. They are both on the board walk overlooking the harbor. There is lot's to do. You can drive just about anywhere on the island in about 30 minutes or you can just chill on the beach or hang out by the pool also well maintained. The one trip everyone should make is to Point Udall. It is the eastern most point of the USA. It is a peninsula providing breath taking vistas. Sorry I ran out of space to write more. Loved it!

Fully stocked is an understatement! The condo has everything you need plus!! Supplies were well thought out - the only thing we had to bring was ourselves, food and drinks. Great location - you can travel from one side of the island or the other within 30 min. We would have loved to have explored with the paddle board or kayak but neither was accessible during our stay. Despite this minor detail, we would stay with confidence at any of Leslie’s properties. Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful condo

Yep! It was not the right time to stay! The damm brown seaweed gave off a nasty smell. All 5 guests are sick, two weeks after staying at The Theater on the Beach! The beach itself was useless! We drove 30 minutes away everyday!

Condo was better in person than the listing if that is even possible. Leslie was full of information and the condo had all the things we needed and more! The kitchen was fully equipped to accommodate a chef and the condo was just perfect for 2 couples and a 10 year old for 2 weeks. Unfortunately the sargassum was really bad during our stay so we could not really enjoy the porch, pool or the Caribbean breezes but we were glad to have a car to visit other beaches on the island where the sargassum was not present. I highly recommend a car just in case. Overall We loved our stay and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the hosts and condo.

We really enjoyed our time on St Croix! This property was a great place to base ourselves for the weeks vacation. It also provided a great beach and pool along with providing all we needed ( beach towels, chairs etc) for the vacation!

Truly appreciated having all of the comforts of home at this property. The location was centrally located. Since it is in a small complex it was also very quiet and relaxing!

Great beach, friendly people and amazing view. The condo was incredibly well stocked and entire complex was very clean and well kept. Everyone on the island was welcoming and had a big smile. Leslie is a fantastic host and her place is beautiful and comfortable, highly recommend

We loved staying at the Theatre on the Beach. The condo was very well equipped and working with Leslie was such a pleasure! She left no stone unturned. The location is close to downtown Christiansted, making it easy to get out and see what was happening in town and all around the Island. If we return, we would stay here again!!

Perfect location right on the beach and close to Christiansted. Clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Leslie was incredible to work with and went above and beyond not only providing a perfect condo but also giving recommendations for the area. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

You have to rent this condo in St Croix. Leslie the owner and the property manager so easy to work with any questions or concerns! We stayed during the Christmas Holiday Sugar Beach Theater is definitely the place to stay in St Croix. We also rented a van everything’s so convenient to get to. Thanks Leslie!

We had the most perfect vacation… the Condo is amazing… had everything you need. The view is exactly as shown in the pictures.. we spent a lot of time out on the veranda… it was so quiet and relaxing… the pool was great too!!!!! It was fantastic!!!!!

We booked this condo with Leslie's other property to accommodate a group of 9. This condo had 4 adults (1 couple, 2 singles) in it. Last year we all piled into one condo at a different complex, but this time it was nice that everyone got their own space. The keypad entry made it super easy for everyone to access so people could do their own thing and not worry about a key. Leslie made the entry to both condos the same for us which was extra convenient for our large group. The condo was well appointed and had lots of seating.

Condo was very clean, great location, manager and owner were very helpful with suggesting things to do on the island. We will definitely be returning to St. Croix !!!

We enjoyed visiting USVI and staying at Sugar Beach.

I booked this for a quick girls trip back home and it didn’t disappoint. The community is safe and quiet. There’s lots of space to sleep. Take advantage of the pool and tennis court. Do get yourself things to put in the fridge, like water/juice, etc. The owner was so friendly and always available to answer any questions.

The house was great. The view was beautiful. Good location. Very nice security and grounds people. Food was delicious.

Communication was above and beyond! Every question was answered with great recommendations and tips. The location was beautiful and well situated in the center of the island. We did lots of snorkeling right off the shore in front of the house. There were tons of extras in the rental such as a cooler, mask and flippers, umbrellas, beach towels and so much more. All the things that are hard to pack if your flying.

This home had some wonderful aspects! The beach view from the porch was fantastic! The staff maintaining the condo unit were friendly, and they groomed the beach every day. Fantastic to walk out of the condo onto a nice beach! The long-term residents of the condo were also very friendly and welcoming. The back room for children was a wonderful addition - close to parents but had their own little area where they could have some quiet. Only downsides were loud AC unit, and that this row of four condo/resorts was surrounded by low income housing and it Felt uncomfortable to walk more than a short stretch of the road. But, the location was a convenient short drive to the Boardwalk, grocery, marina, and everything on the east and central part of the Island.

What a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful views, warm ocean. The condo was great, Alisha was a great contact to have on island. She is a treasure trove of info about St. Croix, knows all the places to go. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip.

The condo was beautiful . The view breathtaking. The hostess thought of everything. The beach was unbelievable. Highly recommended to stay here. Must rent a vehicle it’s so worth it!! Went snorkeling right I front of our condo and the reef was full of life!!
