We loved every single thing about our stay!! Easy walk to a beautiful beach. Lots of beach chairs and an umbrella available to use. Wonderfully equipped kitchen. Open, bright floor plan. Lots of roomy bedrooms to accommodate our party of 8. The pool was even better than pictured. The views from the decks were amazing. Our entire party (including the teenagers) were gushing about this stay. The location was close to grocery, beach souvenir shops, and restaurants. Loved it!!

House was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The beds and furniture we’re comfortable, the beach access was directly across the street, and the host was super accommodating and wonderful to work with! Highly recommend.

We throughly enjoyed our week at Holden Beach. This house is in the perfect location! Easy access to beach right across the street, pool was clean and a great addition to our week! The kids and adults all loved our stay. We cannot wait to come back again!

My family and I had a great time. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Comfort was not a problem and we spent most evenings gathering in the large kitchen/living area to talk, play games, and watch TV. Got the pool option, which really added to the stay. Could not have been better. I would highly recommend this place. Plenty of room to park, get to the beach easily, and the elevator was a major help.

This house was exactly as listed! Beautiful home and great for the whole family. The stairs were a little scary with little kids, but we found a baby gate which was very helpful! The quick walk to the beach was perfect with kids. The owners were amazing with responding when we had questions, and the pool was great! We will be back ❤️🏖

This house was awesome....the lay out was perfect for our family and the heated pool was a win with the grandkids. Beach was right across the street and it was minutes from grocery and restaurants. Owners were very responsive to questions. We had a great week and will be back again!

The house is in the perfect location. Exceptionally clean. Perfect size for our families. Decorated beautifully. Everything was in working order. Beach toys, chairs and a wagon to help out for the beach! We have searched for a repeat location for our beach week and we found it! See you next year!

We were very pleased with the home. Very clean and smelled lovely! The pool was a bonus and the walk across the road to the beach was very short! Also the homeowner is very easy to work with and was very prompt at responding during our stay!

We had a great time at Holden Beach! Enjoyed the Very spacious and clean Home along with the private pool! Everything we needed was right there. The access to the beach was super close and the Island had everything you would need to enjoy your vacation! Not a lot of people and very safe during COVID times! Would recommend for sure!

The house was clean. Great location right across from the beach access. Glad there was an elevator to send all of the Luggage and coolers and groceries up to the top floor. Loved the pool and to have the option to have it heated. It was a fun weekend.

The house was wonderful! Clean, organized, and spacious. There was a little confusion with towels but I got in contact with the owner and was corrected right away. I would recommend this house to anyone. We will be rebooking this house for sure!

We really enjoyed our time at Holden Beach in this home. House was large, clean, and very kid-friendly. Access to beach was super easy and the town felt safe and was easy to navigate. Essentials like groceries, drug store, and beachwear stores were a less than a five-minute drive away.

Our stay was amazing. We have rented many beach homes over the years at various NC beach communities. This home was the most well thought out design! Perfect for our family - married children & grandchildren. The home is well equipped and there are many extras that were included. The pool area is so nice and made for our afternoon gathering spot. One thing we appreciated was the beach access directly across from the home. Sometimes vacationers forget to check that out. We appreciated what felt like a normal vacation in these crazy times.

This property is really a great one! The floorplan was great, The perfect size- modern, well kept. Quiet beach access directly across from the driveway. A short walk to the new sunset slushees and park was a huge hit with all of us! The owners were great from the start, and I would Definitely stay here again!

I can't believe we have already been home a week. We traveled with another family to Holden Beach, NC for the first time July 19. We couldn't wait to escape and be on island time! We looked at several houses before making a reservation, and we couldn't have been happier with this one. The pictures online are beautiful! The house is even more stunning in person! One of the cleanest, most spacious and comfortable homes we have ever stayed in! Everything was immaculate! The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the view from the front porch for our morning coffee was refreshing. We literally walked across the street for the beach access. This house has it all. We loved the outside shower to rinse off before using the PRIVATE POOL. After a long day on the beach, we fired up the grill, lounged in the pool and ate in. Truly relaxing. We did our grocery shopping at Food Lion and ate the most delicious burgers (don't tell my husband they were better than his) at a local joint called "Surfers Cafe" It was delicious and the servers were delightful. We walked almost every night to "Sunset Slush" just down the road with our 5 kids. We loved it at the end of the evening. We also ate lunch at "Castaways" one afternoon. The food, beer, atmosphere and even a game of cornhole was a nice way to break up the week. I can't say enough about this property, especially the owners. Kimmy and Derek were easy, fun and answered every question I had before and during our arrival. It was a pleasure to rent from this amazing couple and we THANK YOU for sharing your beautiful home with us. We look forward to many happy returns!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The house is amazing. Even better than the pictures. Great location. Loved everything about it. We are just sad that it is already booked for next year.

We have stayed at Holden Beach 15 years ago. We have always stayed on the beaches when going to the beach The road in front of the house is very busy and has a good deal noise. The house was exactly what was advertised !

Our family enjoyed our stay here very much. The home truly is as nice as it looks online. The owners were very easy to reach and accommodating with our needs. Good food at restaurants was a little challenging, we liked Betty’ s and Beaches and Cream ice cream very much. If enjoy biking, rent whole week as we found little hard to get ,if not. Holden Beach is quite, laid back family area.

This vacation will always be at the top of our list! The house is breathtaking and immaculate. The decor is simple and beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with ample utensils and appliances. The views from both balconies could not have been a more perfect way to start and end each day. We enjoyed the pool everyday and direct access to the beach quickly became our favorite part. We did not have to lug wagons and chairs far to enjoy the the beach. The owners were welcoming and committed to excellence. We have already booked an entire week for next and are counting down the days!
