Although this property is not far from our homes, it gives us a chance to have a weekend getaway without a long commute. It still feels a world away. We love this home.

This Birch Bay home was the perfect location and size for our extended family. My son-in law is a Pastor and our Daughter and 3 girls ages 4, 2 and 2 months was a wonderful getaway to enjoy time together. The house provided everything we needed like a wagon to take the girls to the beach. There were beach sand toys and plenty of books and toys for the girls to stay busy. the Kitchen was well provided with all the utensils and cookware we needed. We were sad to leave and will definitely book again for next year. Highly recommend for families.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great accommodation. We hope to continue our Birch Bay family tradition. It feels like coming home.

We stay in about 4-5 vacation homes each year, and this one is in our top two! The house is in a lovely gated community. The walk to the shore line is easy and close. The house has a fantastic floor plan and easily could fit 8 people if needed. Everything was super clean, and there’s plenty of seating. We can’t wait to return!

Our weekend was relaxing! Beds were comfortable! View was lovely! No back yard but the whole beach was in 3 minute walk! It was more than we expected! Highly recommend!

The house was as expected. It was very clean, comfortable, and child friendly. It was also very close to everything with a great view!

This is a very comfortable, quiet rental with a great view. We had a work crew here and we had lots of room and all were comfortable. The owner is great. Very helpful and communicative. We enjoyed our stay. Hope to be back and maybe next time for vacation. Loved it

Rich has a wonderfully quiet, well kept beach house in a gated neighborhood. He is a kind attentive host. My family and I will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my wife's 40th birthday! The owners even went out of their way to make our party special by leaving party decorations for us to use! The pictures on VRBO do not do this property justice! It was perfect, well decorated and clean. The unobstructed views of Birch Bay from the deck were amazing. Communication from Rich was ezcellent. Don't hesitate to book this property. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

This place is an absolute gem! I had read all of the reviews written by happy families that have stayed here before I booked, and it’s all true! But there’s more. I booked this property as a getaway for my 92 year old Mom & I. She ended up having a bit of trouble with her hip, and needed her walker with her.There were only two small stairs to access the deck and front door. It was more than spacious enough for her to maneuver comfortably is this beautiful home, including the bathrooms! The very well appointed kitchen was a joy to cook in, and even wash up, as I enjoyed the technicolor sunset over Birch Bay through one of the many seaside facing windows. We could both easily step out to the *very* large back that runs the full length of the house, to enjoy dinner with a glass of wine before a beautiful sunset dinner. After dessert, I treated myself to a relaxing bubble bath in the jacuzzi tub before retiring with a book to the fluffy cocoon of pillows and blankets with the scent of water drifting gently in the sliding glass door. Sighs… heaven. I can easily recommend this place as home base for adventures in the area, or just as easily- a place to rest and restore one’s soul.

Beautiful, spacious home in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it worked perfectly! Rich was a kind and helpful host and very responsive. The house had everything we needed and more!

This is the second time we have stayed here and it remains the favorite place! Lots of room, clean and kitchen and baths have all the amenities. The view from the deck at night is amazing....

My family, including my father in law, husband and 2 teenagers, stayed here for a relaxing vacation. The view from the back deck is gorgeous, the walk to the water is minimal and the house itself is roomy and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the PNW!

We loved the home! It had room enough for the family to spread out. The deck is nice and big, and we bbq’d on the grill. A nice surprise was the cute toys in a closet for little ones. We’d stay again!

We stayed with a family of four for 3 weeks. The property was clean, well-stocked and as advertised. The property owner was easy to communicate with. The house is a 5 min walk to the beach and very close to local restaurants and shopping. Plenty of room for the whole family with a very nice kitchen and beautiful back deck overlooking the bay. We would recommend this house and would love to stay here again in the future.

The location was perfect for a quick visit to Birch Bay. Absoutly everything you could want..Enjoyed walks on the bay and the gardens in the subdivision rivaled the those at the tulip festival.

We had a great time and the property was fantastic. The ocean view was also fabulous and the pictures don't do it justice. The hosts were are excellent and had great communication. I would definitely recommend it.

We have stayed in many, many VRBO homes and this is probably one of the cleanest. Loved the ocean decorations. The bay is close and within walking distance. Would easily return.

Very nice open living room/Kitchen space where everyone could hang out and have room to sit and visit. Great view of the bay from the outside deck. Would recommend this to all family and friends.

Our extended family was camping at Birch Bay State Park. Us older folks enjoyed being close by with our own space to retreat to. The kitchen was great for bringing meals to share

OMG this place was perfect!! My mom, daughter and I stayed for 6 days and it was the perfect place! The house was beautiful and the owners went beyond our expectations!! I want to come back out and visit with my husband and both our girls!

This home was so wonderful! Beautiful view, the deck was relaxing and the amenities perfect. Beds were so comfy too. I had my 3 grandkids and they loved it as well. Can not wait to go back! Rich was extremely accommodating and kind. Wish we could have stayed longer but looking forward to next year.
