In town for family gathering, this horn worked very well and Mickey located close to major highways.

Clean and spacious property with quick access to 35E and Highway 36. 20 minutes from MSP and MOA.

We had 6 family members stay here while in town for a wedding. The house was PERFECT for our group and the location was great. Clean. And the bed I slept in was one of the best mattresses I have slept in at a rental property!!

My siblings and spouses and I stayed at the Como House and enjoyed it as it felt just like home. Close to shopping, quiet neighborhood, excellent hosts.

Everything was perfect. Location, amenities and communication stand out. Lots of room for everyone and very comfortable.

VRBO was very clean and fit description. We especially enjoyed walking in the beautiful neighborhood and around Como Lake.

House was beautiful and clean for the most part. A few minor things that needed attention but the property manager was very nice and willing to help in any way he could. I would suggest curtains for the front window for privacy at night and an ice cream scoop for the kitchen. We purchased a few items small, needed items to use during our stay and left them for the next renter. Plenty of space for everyone and my 4 yr old son enjoyed it as well. They had a variety of toys and movies for kids which was great. I bought a few outside toys for him to use and left them for the next kiddo.(chalk, bubbles and a soft football). The location was perfect for all the things we needed to do while in St.Paul and was very close to my family which was a plus.

We loved our home away from home. This place was perfect and in a great place. Our experience from checking in to checking was an ease. Host was quick to respond when we had a question! If we are in the area again we will definitely stay again! If your family needs a home away from home search no more!

Definitely was a great stay

The house is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable, with two tv/family areas. Beds and linens are new, with lots of towels. Matt was kind enough to allow us to use the garage which was great as it snowed when we were there. Check in was super easy and Matt was very professional and prompt in responding. Highly recommend.

My family of 5 stayed at this house in January during some of the coldest weather of the year. The house was very warm and comfortable! It snowed while we were there and the host graciously came out and cleared both the front walkway/steps and the back driveway twice. We were able to park 2 cars in the garage. There were plenty of towels in all bathrooms, warm blankets on the beds, and warm throws on both couches. The house is an easy 20 minute drive from the airport. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pans, etc…if you want to cook meals. There are 2 levels so everyone can spread out and it never felt crowded. The property manager kept in touch with us during our stay. I highly recommend this property for a comfortable stay!!!!

We booked this place as my niece had just had her second child three weeks prior. My parents had also celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary also three weeks prior. We wanted a place close to the baby so four generations could finally get together and celebrate the blessing we have received. The place was perfect. We had family travel from three states and one from Minneapolis. We had enough room to interact and enjoy each others company. The Baby and her family lived 9 minutes away. The toddler (baby's big brother) loved having the downstairs area to play. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom clean, the laundry facilities clean and well stocked. The only issue was the number of coffee cups but we went to Target and donated enough for future family visits. We will definitely consider coming back for other family visits and to watch my grand niece and nephew grow up. Thanks

Well set up for families...provides privacy with 2 living areas. It was great to have a high chair, stroller and pack and play. Lovely home... very comfortable and convenient.

Clean, well-maintained, comfortable. Well-equipped, anything we needed was there. Minutes away from parking for State Fair. Had a small tv glitch and owner was on it immediately. Set up so 2 families could easily have own spaces and yet be together. Would absolutely stay here again.

The house was outstanding. They had everything you would need. We would stay again. We had so much fun.

Nice newer home with friendly helpful owners. 2 suggested improvements: 1. Put curtains or blinds on front window (people walking or driving by can see into the main part of the home), 2. Get cable or satellite connected to the TV. Every time the internet had a glitch or went down the TV goes out and restarting was not what you would call quick. For some reason it happened often.

Very good experience

The location was great! Five bedrooms, small kitchen and dining. Plenty of living room and lounge space. The cemetery across the street was a bit uncomfortable.

House is centrally located, very near Como Park. Home is very clean. Two great seating areas, both with large sectionals. Large kitchen table for meals, and kitchen is well supplied. Beds are very comfortable. Loved having a garage available for our car, bicycles and golf clubs. Wonderful stay and highly recommend this home.

This house was perfect for our group of 9. Very nice bedrooms, bathrooms, TV areas were perfect for late night relaxing. The garage is attachef to the house and super convenient. Nice place!

This house was perfect for us. We had little children with us and it was set up wonderfully for families with young children. It also had everything and more that we would need during the week. We communicated with both Matt and Debbie and both were very pleasant to work with.

We spent a week with our children and four grandchildren, ages 1 - 16. The house was roomy and comfortable. We appreciated the pack-and-play, high chair and baby gate. We used the kitchen for all of our meals and the open concept kitchen, dining, living area was perfect for a family gathering. Our sixteen year old grandson enjoyed being able to escape to the lower level family room. Our questions were answered immediately . The location was ideal for our daily activities. The rental was perfect for our family reunion!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Como House. The owners were very accommodating to our specific needs. They communicated well with us and provided great details regarding the house and surrounding area. Our family had plenty of room to spread out in individual spaces, but also come together and enjoy each other's company in the shared spaces. The home was well appointed with all the things we could have possibly needed. There were plenty of towels, dishes, and cooking utensils. The internet and TVs all worked well and had many channels to enjoy. The washer and dryer were nice and in great working condition. The 2 car garage was attached to the house and made entering and unloading (in the rain) extremely easy. Although the front of the house does face a busy road, the front yard is fenced and I felt safe letting my children play outside. I actually loved the view of the cemetery through the large front window. The neighborhood has mature trees and is very quiet. I could not hear noise from the road at all inside the house. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We did purchase command hooks to hang a spare sheet we found in the house over the front window at night. A curtain or some blinds over that front window might be the only thing I would add. Otherwise, it was perfect and I would stay here again and again when visiting Minnesota! Thank you so much for a delightful and worry-free place to stay while enjoying our vacation/family reunion!

We had a great time at the home. Wonderful layout for 2 families to stay and front yard for the kids. The home was very clean and well equipped for cooking meals. Beds were very comfortable. Location was super convenient to shopping, dining, movies, etc. When we needed something from the owner, they were very responsive and attentive. Thank you!

We stayed at this home for close to 2 weeks for our annual trip back to MN to visit family and attend the MN State Fair. It was a very nice, clean and new home for our family of 6! Plenty of space to spread out! We really liked this house and will be back again hopefully!

To say our stay was great would be understated. The house was everything we were expecting and more. Thank you Matt for making our Minneapolis family wedding second to none. The house, the detailed list of stores and restaurants and so on was very much helpful to us. The location of the house to the church and wedding venue was oh so close. Plenty of games and activities for the kids as well. Matt we just can go on and on, but simply put, you can use us for a reference anytime. Thank you once again for everything.
