The house was even lovelier than the photos. Plus the views were fantastic. It felt like you were staying at a friend’s home rather than a vacation rental. The fresh flowers were such a nice touch.

When we arrived the house looked & smelled clean! Kudos to the cleaners! Fresh flower arrangements were left throughout the house which was a nice touch. Decor & bedding linens & bed mattresses & pillows were on point. We all slept great! 5 stars to the Interior Designer of the home, everything was thoughtfully designed as well as stocking the home with necessities you would need while on vacation! Susan the owner was a pleasure to communicate with and answered all my questions promptly. The views of the ocean from the house are spectacular. (You can even enjoy the view while sitting on the toilet from the master en suite LoL!) And most importantly the water pressure for the showers were great! (I am very picky about my water pressure) I highly enjoyed my morning showers! This is an A+++++ house with an A+++++ host. I would definitely stay here with my family again! (P.S. Thank you for leaving chocolates to snack on. My sister thoroughly enjoyed them!)

Repeat visit for my wife and I. We stayed at this beautiful house 2 years ago and loved it so much we came back for another week this year. Can’t beat the views from the house - salt marsh from the front porch and ocean from the back deck! Plenty of space as my 2 adult children and their significant others joined us for 2 days and all fit comfortably. Private beach is quiet and everything the Cape has to offer is convenient from Sandwich. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Our family looks forward to staying at Susan’s amazing home more than any other trip we take together. She’s the kindest most responsive renter and always goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect. Just can’t beat the views at this home and we love the peace and quiet. We stayed at the home for three nights in early June 2023. If anything, the information and photos on the VRBO website understate the loveliness, comfort and quality of the experience. The house is located within steps of the beach and bay - with a tidal marsh fronting the property on the other side. It is a quiet, isolated area - accessed by local roads (including a stretch that is unpaved) - while still being minutes from the necessities of civilization (groceries, dining, etc.). My wife and I stayed there with our adult son and his girlfriend; and the setup of the house assured privacy and comfort for all.
Susan was an incredibly graceful and responsive host. We shared with her our delight at the experience; and will absolutely look forward to coming back and enjoying it again! Thank you, Susan!

I really enjoyed my stay at the beach. The house was very clean and welcoming with the fresh flowers. The home is like staying at a good friends home not a rental property. The sound of the waves crashing at night lulled me off to sleep every night.
Susan was very responsive to all of our needs. I hope to visit there again some day.

Stayed here for a family Christmas week and everyone had a great time. House was tastefully decorated for the season.
We all enjoyed daily walks on the beach, beautiful sunsets.
The bedrooms had lovely views. Well stocked Kitchen and we especially enjoyed the open concept.

The property was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. When the listing says it’s fully stocked, they mean it! We ended up not needing much of what we packed because the owner Susan had already supplied it (including a kite my daughter loved flying on the beach, a pack n play and every kitchen utensil you could think of). The owner was very quick to respond with any questions and made the check in/check out process seamless. This was our first time staying in Sandwich and this property but definitely will not be our last!

This was one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. Susan's house is beautiful and she really makes you feel at home. She has lovely flowers on the outside of the home as well as many inside the home. Such a very nice touch. Susan was also great at responding to questions/concerns we had. We hope to come back maybe next year as our stay was too short!

The steps that lead down to the beach from the deck made it quick and easy to access the beach for our many walks. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, cooking supplies, and tableware. There were also plenty of extra towels and linens. Susan, the owner, (who I communicated with only by text message) was always pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. The check-in and check-out was easy and the house is well-maintained, so I didn't need to contact her for much, but when I did, she was easy to reach by text message and quick to respond. We had a great stay and would happily return for another stay sometime in the future.
