The house is very clean, spacious and the backyard is beautiful. We were able to utilize the swimming pool and spa in early January which was a huge plus! Communication with the owner was great! I always received a quick response to any questions I had. I highly recommend this home!

We stayed here last April and absolutely loved our time here. The backyard pool area is fabulous. House was immaculate and perfect for our family which consisted of married couples and small kids. The neighborhood was super quiet. Grocery shopping was close. 15 minutes to downtown in an Uber which we did often. It exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend it.

This is a good size house for a group. Plenty of separate spaces so that people could stay up late while others slept without any problems! I would absolutely stay again! Thank you!

The property is as described. Overall it is nice and comfortable, however it is in the state of decline and will need some attention soon. Communication. Prior to arrival we were told that someone else was exiting the house the day we checked in and there was no chance of checking in early due to cleaning. We arrived to the house about an half hour early and the cleaning crew was not there. We reached out to the manager to see if we could get in a few minutes early (at 330pm) and didn't hear back from them until hours later. The lock was programmed and we got in at 4pm. There were a few items that were not in great shape and according to the contract the manager wanted to be informed about that "immediately" we sent a list of the things not working or broken to the manager upon check in only to get a response hours later that they could send someone out to take a look at the problems and that he was unaware of them because the cleaning crew had been there 3 days prior and didn't report the issues. The items were not deal killers for us but to be told there was someone leaving the day we arrived only to find out the house was vacant for days is frustrating. The house was clean and stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes. The beds were comfortable and clean. The furniture was in good shape. Some of the outdoor stuff was in poor shape, ping pong table and equipment was in bad shape and the pool area has a bunch of broken tile and looks worn and dated. We never heard any of the neighbors or had any problems, we also go to bed early. There are several levels to the house and would probably be difficult for someone that is physically impaired. Even though there was a little communication gap and the place is going to need a little updating soon I would consider staying there again.

This was a great property for our family. We loved the space and outdoor area. Lots of different activities in the yard. We had a great time and would rent it again.

I was not going to post a review since the bad outweighs the good but my dad owns a vacation rental and he encouraged me to do so. The good - communication with property team, they were very responsive, the son was amazing and helpful when we arrived. He helped us get our luggage upstairs while the cleaning crew was still cleaning from the renters before us. Bad: way too many rules. They require 1,000 as a deposit but also require you to purchase an insurance policy for $99 as well. It covers up to 5k in damages if I remember correctly. They don’t provide toilet paper and you will get charged for using their washcloths if you wear makeup. They are white but as my father stated, buy dark colors for your guests. Pans were horrible and everything we cooked stuck to them. What caused me to book this property was the outdoor “oasis.” The pictures don’t compare to what we encountered. It was very dirty, the lawn chairs were all over the place, golf turf was worn and dirty. We came across animal feces as well. Overall, it was overpriced for the experience. It’s relatively close to the strip but not the safest neighborhood. I would not stay here again. Pains me to say that because the people are nice but for over 5k it’s not worth it.

My family and I just wrapped up our stay at this beautiful property. The house was set up for entertaining a crowd larger than the 4 of us, so we had lots of room to spread out. Our boys, 8 & 10, adored the pool! When they weren’t doing virtual school they were outside swimming. We had to contact management a few times during our stay and they we’re always very responsive! We would definitely stay at this property again.

We just finished a month long stay at this property. The house is fantastic, and the owners were great to work with as well. There is plenty of room for large parties and this listing describes exactly what you get. The ONLY bad thing about this house is that the tv's use Super Boxes, and they are absolutely awful. We stayed here to watch the March Madness games on TV's, especially the rec room with 2 tv's in there. They would not stop pausing and freezing the whole time. The owner was very attentive to the issue, but coming over every day to look at the TV's wasn't enough to fix the issue. This may seem minor to most people searching, but for anyone picking this house to watch sports, you'd have to ask the owners if they still have these boxes.

Great place to stay to avoid the winter back home. Accommodations were perfect and location was excellent, close to everything. A great backyard with a awesome jacuzzi. A lot of privacy and a quiet neighborhood. Will look to stay again.

Everything we needed for a get together. Family from Japan, New Zealand and Canada. The pool was in constant use due to the summer heat usually in the 38 to 42 deg C range. We did have a couple of issues with electrical equipment but we put it down to a thunderstorm that went through with spectacular lightning. A call to Jason and all was back in operation pronto. With its four bedrooms and two pulldown beds in the pool room a very large family can be accommodated. Great lounge and formal dining room. Games room with two large TVs, pool table, casino table with cards and chips, two bottle chillers etc etc. Enough glasses to pour drinks for several rugby teams and their spouses. (For those of you who don't know a Rugby Union team has 15 players plus reserves.) Outdoors seating for about 25 around the pool. All highly recommended by us.

A lot of rules, some really stupid such as not using the pool and external place after 10PM....when it is still more than 40degrés outside... but Jason is very responsive in case of problems

Very responsive property manager and owner. We had a minor issue with the ice maker. They had a solution and we had ice within minutes. I can't say enough about the pool area! The lighting and waterfall were incredible. There were 4 separate outdoor seating areas as well plenty of comfy lawn chairs. The home was only 15-20 minutes to the strip. I cant wait to come back! I wish I could rate this home more than 5 stars!

We stayed here for our annual girls trip this year and this place truly exceeded my expectations (which were high from the online photos). It is not far from the strip at all 10-20 min depending on traffic. The house is as nice or nicer than the online photos. It is very clean - both inside and outside. The beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen and game room are stocked with everything you need including an unlimited supply of top of the line glassware. The outside area is amazing - heated pool with beautiful lighting, a waterfall and blue tooth speakers for your music. The owner was really nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend this house. I will most definitely stay here again!

4 of us stayed in this home for a convention at the Las Vegas Convention Center, about a 15 min drive. The home has been completely remodeled and has plenty of space for all kinds of folks. The multiple TVs ensure everyone can watch what they want...not just what one person or Mom and Dad want! The home has a well stocked kitchen if you would like to cook something more than just a microwave meal. The neighborhood is nice, safe and very quite...we had no issues with neighbors. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are good size. I truly have no complainants about this home. Communication with Jason was easy and he responded fast to every contact...in fact we had a bad wind storm the Sunday night we were there. An access door ripped off the top of the house...I texted Jason to let him know what was happening...they had a repair person on site within the hour...did I mention it was a Sunday night! The pictures you see online is exactly what you get...the back yard is fantastic, i wish I had my kids with me. I would definitely rent this home again when I am back in town.

Only 20 minutes away from heart of strip.

This house was the perfect fit for my 40th bday party here in Las Vegas. We loved the poker table and pool table in the game room and the backyard was great for golf and swimming. TV''s everywhere!!. Beds felt like they were all tempurpedic mattresses and everyone slept great. With 10 people in town, this allowed all our friends to stay together and really forced us to do everything together instead of staying in a casino and everyone doing their own thing. We will definitely stay here again. Only took us about 10 minutes to drive to the strip. Thx again! Whoever designed this house did it right with no corners cut!!

I rented this large home for just my husband and I to get away for some much needed down time, and we're so happy with our decision! Where to start... 1. The entire home is just so luxurious and functional!! The home is beautiful and comes with all the amenities to keep you comfortable and content the entire time. The beds are ever so comfortable - we slept in a different room each night. The sofa's in both living rooms are so comfortable you won't want to get up. The master bath was a favorite place for me to spend time in the evening relaxing in the jetted - oversized tub!! And the marble floors and walk-in -open-shower was not only beautiful, it was so large and relaxing too! The man cave would make for wonderful family/friend time, as there's a beautiful pool table, gorgeous flat screen, stunning bar with it's own seating, an incredible gambling table, 3 plush recliners, and stunning multi color options that are individual to each section of the man cave!! Moving on to the backyard pool area... this is truly where you'll spend your days and evenings. The pool is absolutely beautiful, deep, and is a salt water pool!! There is seating sections all the way around the yard, with sofa and chairs, lounge chairs for sun bathing, and fire pit table and chairs next to the hot tub! You work everything by remote control, even down to the lighting in the home, the pool and hot tub. Then there's the greens where you can play a game of golf, and a waterfall and palapa around the pool!!! My husband and I enjoyed every section of the yard and just hung out relaxing in the VERY PRIVATE and VERY LARGE area!!! We actually spent more time at the house than we did downtown! You'll even enjoy cooking outside with the BBQ grill!!!! The only problem we had was with a BRAND NEW coffee maker. It was clearly new, and no fault of owner neglect. When we contacted the owner, he immediately purchased a new one, delivered and set it up! The owner is extremely pleasant and accommodating to your every need! The rental process was very straight forward. We arrived at approximately 10:30PM and was able to access the home with the gate and door codes without a problem. We felt save and secure inside the home and the neighborhood as well! It was also only 15 minutes from the strip, and closely located to other attractions. We all loved this amazing house! This home has a luxurious, welcoming feel. Everyone in our party of 6 adults and 4 kids had an great experience. The house is large and accommodated our group with more than enough room. With 9 king/queen memory foam beds for all of us, everyone had their own large, comfy bed. The bathrooms are beautifully designed with marble slab showers and stone flooring. Everyone loved the immense back yard tropical oasis with gorgeous landscape lighting. We enjoyed the large pool and spa surrounded by a lava waterfall with a papala bar. The backyard has various areas for lounging, relaxing, sitting around a fire pit or practice putting in a huge four-hole putting green.   My favorite part of the house was the awesome entertainment room. Walking into this room is like walking into a movie set.  As you enter the MANCAVE you are faced by a life-size medieval guard. The game room offers a pool and a poker table, 2 huge TVs, and wet bar. I spent most of my time in this room. The wet bar has a beverage center, wine cooler, ice maker and filtered drinking. The bar even has its own dishwasher which comes in handy as there is ample stemware. The house is centrally located minutes from the Strip in a nice neighborhood. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and markets nearby. I would without hesitation recommend this house to anyone!! You will have an amazing stay and it's location is unbeatable. The owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. I will absolutely book with them again.
