We loved the house and the pool. Canal was wonderful and we seen lots of wildlife. Even an alligator in the canal. Clean house and enjoyed a free bottle of wine. If we return to the area we will stay again. Thank you so much for the great experience

Beautiful house and property! We spent our time in the pool, on the beach and in the backyard fishing and watching the birds and turtles. We loved the close proximity to beaches, restaurants and shops. Owner is ver friendly and communicative.

The home was very lovely and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed the patio and the pool.
The host was wonderful, responded immediately to any question we had. But there weren't many because everything was exceptional. Plenty of restaurants and two beautiful beaches within minutes of the home. Looking forward to returning again.

We totally recommend this property and owner to people wanting a nice quiet place to stay not far from the beach on Don Pedro Island. Rotonda West is near the town of Englewood which is quiet/ not crowded at all. Traffic is light. 45-50 min to University Mall in Sarasota. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing!

My husband, three teens and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is peaceful to come “home” to after golfing and visiting beautiful beaches. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful and the canal was fun to watch for wildlife. The home is stocked with pool toys, beach chairs, and we played a lot of ping pong in the garage. We also used the blow up volleyball net in the pool for a few games. Would recommend staying here for sure!

We loved Narcisa's home so much we booked for 2024 just after being there for 2 weeks. My husband and I have used VRBO for many years and this was our best experience ever. All our questions or concerns were dealt with immediately and the location for my husband was outstanding. He had 5 golf courses to play within 4 to 10 minutes from the house. The pool was a good size and the house felt like home . We were there for a month and our children came for a week and they were so happy we were close to several beaches. Publix was 5 minutes away and a great store grocery store . A bit more expensive than Wamart but well worth the fresh produce , meats and especially their seafood. My husband could fish off of the dock and the wildife is abudant right there on the property. Thank you again to Narcisa and her staff for our best holiday ever. Carole and John( from snowy Ontario)

The kitchen was really very well appointed, better than any other place that we've rented. So for those who cook a lot-which we did, it was great. The house itself is great-has everything you need and then some. The host was also great to work with. Would stay again if need to be in that area.

Very clean and comfortable with everything that was needed for our stay. Good sandy beaches within easy distance, plenty of excellent restaurants relatively close by. We have been visiting Rotonda over many years and enjoy it because it is not too "touristy"

The house is clean, well organized, and perfect for a family of 5-6. We loved the beaches, restaurants, and the quiet neighborhood. Plenty of opportunities to golf as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately Hurricane Ian hit 4 days into our stay and we were subject to mandatory evacuation. I understand that the property was badly damaged in the hurricane so we had to move out after 4 days.

Lovely villa in a good location. Loved the homely touches, ie Bluetooth speakers by the pool. Would certainly book again when returning to Florida.

Graduation Trip
We had a very nice time at this house! Just a short driving distance to Blind Pass, our favorite beach there. All shopping and food was close by as well. It was so nice to swim and relax in the hot tub too. We really enjoyed the wildlife and all the amenities.

Really enjoyable stay
We had a really enjoyable stay with no stresses at all. The whole process was so easy especially communication with the property manager who was readily available and so very happy to help, nothing was too much trouble. The villa itself was ideal for our young family (2 adults, 3 children under 10). The children loved the pool, it was such a good size and the pool area just perfect! I would definitely recommend!

A great Villa, with a great property owner
Narcisa's villa was everything we expected and more. The villa was clean and well maintained, including the pool area. Narcisa, the property owner was very attentative to our needs, and she was very responsive. Neighborhood was very quiet and somewhat close to good beaches. We would book again, if available, when we return to the gulf coast area. We had a great two months. Thanks!!

Family vacation
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was so clean and the host was really easy to communicate with. We loved the pool and the fact that there were games to play! I would 10:10 stay here again!

Home away from home.
This was our first time ever renting a home for vacation. We usually just stay in a hotel which is a cluttered nightmare. Because of this home, we will never get a hotel again!! Thank you so much for making our vacation everything we needed and more!

If you are looking for a place to stay close enough to have a different adventure each day look no further. We visited a different beach each day and had a pool day. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Loved the canal behind the house. The host is great and we would absolutely stay here again. The house was very clean and had all the little extras such as soap and toilet paper.

Our experience was great. The home is immaculate and has everything you need. Enjoyed the pool and the dock on the canal. Property manager is thorough and wants every guest to be happy and enjoy their stay.
