Clean, lots of light, great location-- Enjoyed our stay !

We had a long weekend here after the season was over, the home was nice and comfortable.

We visited off season (Oct). House location is literally across the street from the beach! The house itself is cozy and as advertised. We rented it for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday and brought 4 of her friends The setup with a master and the other two bedrooms was PERFECT! They even had a beautiful tall mirror in the hallway that the teens loved taking selfies in front of - important for their age. :)

We discovered ants on our second day and found out that the Garbage can below the house wasn’t emptied from the prior quest stay so we ended up with ants coming into the kitchen. Floors need a good moping, vacuuming only doesn’t keep your feet from getting black when you walk around in bare feet. Living room furniture smelled and there was cereal,etc under the cushions. First VRBO and probably will be the last one based on this experience.

Beautiful property, clean, comfy beds (just get the linen package, it is 100% worth it!). The beach is right there, the area is beautiful, I could go on and on! Some great restaurants in the area and a nice grocery store around 5 minutes away. Kitchen was stocked to cook so we just bought paper plates and plastic utensils. The grill worked fine and the patio was nice! If you go for July 4th, the was a great little Golf Kart parade that went around the neighborhood too, the kids loved that! 10/10, would definitely stay again!

The house was very well appointed and comfortable for our family of four. We stayed in Summer of 2022, and enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. With little kids, the outside shower was the star of the show and made our lives so much easier.

The house was just as advertised. It was very clean an convenient to the beach as well as other activities. Cherry Grove is a wonderful family atmosphere and would love to stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay here (our fur baby loved it too!) The place was clean and very nicely decorated. The location was awesome for walks on the beach and also to find some “grass” for our dog. We will definitely be back in the Fall!

This is a cute little raised cottage across the street from the beach. The cottage was very clean and the owner was very accessible by telephone/email. There are a few things of which you should be aware. The entry in the rear of the house has metal grates attached to the steps. One of our little guys burned his feet on the way down, as did I on the way up. There are two other staircases to the street that are useable. When the sun is high, use the other stairs. The lock on the rear door works well. The front lock, not so much. The front door is a bit loose in the frame and is difficult to engage. Again, no biggie, but enter via the rear. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is small and a bit overloaded with equipment, so there isn’t a cabinet for your snacks, bread, etc. Overall we recommend the accommodation. It is hard to find decent pet-friendly beach accommodations. This is clean and satisfactory.

Stay April 2022: Across street from beach (front) & view of canal (back/driveway) but busy roads between both. Quiet during week on off season, but nosy in Br. on weekends; will be crazy busy in summer. Open LR/DA/Kitchen however LR & deck dining only seating for 6, front deck only 4 chairs. Kitchen well stocked but Kurig, no coffee pot for large group as per listing. Nice to have gates on decks for dog but fenced property would have been better. On surface looks nice and clean but not as clean as owner states. There is some deferred maintenance & deck was rotten & in poor condition. Owner never mentioned a 30 yard dumpster would be in driveway during stay... I had to asked few weeks after booking when down for a weekend mid-march, there was no response until week before check. No credit (one nigh stay requested); only cancellation option and we knew could not find another pllace with dog a week ahead of time (we booked in February). Contractor started using dumpster, and came around to deliver supplies & mark deck while there. The biggest issue with stay was Owner/Broker security violation of Ring system to listen in and have conversations with other people broadcasting (video submitted to VRBO office). Nice house, good location although far from restaurants & bars... If not for Owner/Broker Blanche Weldon (BRG Group & Beach Bungalow LLC) poor customer service and lack of communication, disclosure and abuse of security system privacy would have stayed here again once fixed up (nothing done since bought 8 years ago); however because of Blanche Weldon's behavior will not return (photos & video available but cannot be uploaded to VRBO).

This was a perfect place to spend the week. The location is unbeatable. The house was spotless. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We hope to go back someday.

I would not hesitate to rent the property in the future.

Toddy’s Beach Bungalow is a wonderful place to stay! The location is great, the home is beautifully decorated and it has everything you will need during your stay. Our dogs loved being able to be on the porch with us since the home has gates on both the front and back decks. If you are looking for a place to stay while at the beach book Toddy’s Beach Bungalow you won’t be disappointed.

Toddy’s beach house is a nice, clean home in a great location! We enjoyed our stay, especially since we were able to bring our dog along with us. As nice as the home was, there were a few small things that were missing. Not a big deal, but other rentals have included things like dishwashing soap and dish towels/sponges. The absence of these items probably explains why several of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Also, a fee was charged for bed sheets and towels. Each adult received one bath towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth. We definitely could have used more towels for our 6 day stay.

House and location great. Cleaning service was not much for what we paid for. Overall great week!!

My family of seven plus two teen friends and our little puppy enjoyed this home very much. We were close enough to the beach to grab our chairs and coffee and enjoy mornings watching the waves. The home was super nice and meticulously clean.

I could go on and on, but I will simply say that this property exceeded our expectations. The house was so clean, you could even smell the bleach. The views and the location are in prime real estate. We will definitely be back!

Very clean, great location-short distance to beach. Had everything we needed. Very much enjoyed our stay. This would be the place we stay at our next visit to NMB!

The property looked like the pictures online. Comfortable. The home was not as clean as it should have been. Master bath shower had not been cleaned, hair on the floor. The floors in the home were sand. And the front deck chairs had dirt on the chairs. The side deck off master bedroom room had dirty floors and chairs. After I cleaned the bathrooms and the floors and the table my family unpacked the cars and we started our vacation. No garage bags was in the home so had to go to store immediately for garage bags. Linen service was good quality sheets and the property location was great.

We had friends and family coming and going all week - as everyones schedule changed. But it worked out teriffic for all of us! Koda, my German Shepherd, loved it as well & loved going on walks! The house was well stocked with luxury decor (loved the blankets) and kitchen supplies! Only thing missing were measuring cups..LOL :) Also, it would be great if there were an outside faucet (instead of going under the house) for the hose. I wash my vehicles all the time and like to rinse off the decks/steps with sand and doggie hair. (The faucet under the house did leak when the water was turned on, so the owners may want to at least get that fixed incase someone leaves the water on) We truly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back in the near future! :)

This is a beautiful home located in the Cherry Grove community (very few hotels and beaches are not very crowded). It is just far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach but still close enough to all the restaurants and activities. I have stayed at this home several times before when it was under a different owner and have always had an amazing and relaxing time while staying at this home. Just be sure you are aware that there is an additional charge for towels and bedsheets

We had a great time at the beach! We have stayed at toddy’s beach house before, and it never disappoints. Beautiful home, great location to the beach. I would definitely recommend this home.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home. The location was perfect, right across from the beach with easy access. The bedrooms were spacious and very clean. The kitchen provided lots of room for 3 adults and 2 dogs to move around in! I would stay here again!
