We enjoyed the location and access to the beach very much! The sunsets were beautiful. We were stuck in for two rainy days and the couch was uncomfortable. Other than that the condo had everything we needed. Very clean and perfect for two people.

Wonderful place to stay.

Exactly what we were looking for. Comfortable, affordable and relaxing. Been to the area before but first time booking our own place. No fear. It was the perfect solution. Can't wait to return.

All appliances appeared to be new and very clean, everything as far as comforts was provided and modern. Bathroom was modern as well. Very nice small complex. Staff very nice and started conversations and willing to offer local attractions and information. Cleaning crew was top of the line, Joanna was in contact before and during my stay to help with anything needed, great all around experience. I will be back for more stay.

We came to Clearwater for a concert and wanted a beachfront place to stay that was quiet but convenient to everything. We found a gem. The property was clean, comfortable and right on the beach. It was also walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We will certainly come back and refer to others!

If you want to relax and have a great location this place is awesome. My wife and I stayed a week and loved it. Property is clean and up to date, the maintenance staff do an exceptional job! You are just steps from the beach or hang out in the pool. The management are awesome and quick to answer any questions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach. The unit was clean and fresh. Great view, uncrowded beach. we'll plan to come back again.

The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. The beach was not busy and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Close driving distance to restaurants,shops, grocery store, etc. Updated and very cute! We will definitely be back!!

If planing to cook groceries need to be in refrigerator or on countertop no pantry. I think is much better for 2 people Deck in picture is the whole deck

The condo is exactly like the pictures and the views are spectacular! The host is very responsive and provides a detailed album of things to do. I loved the quality of the items for use in the condo. It is very quiet and intimate. We were mere steps to the beach and excited to book again next year. Thank you for making my 50th so memorable!!

This place is great if you’re looking for a quiet low-key kind of stay. There are times when we go to the beach, or the pool and we are the only ones there. The room is great. There were a couple minor things that need addressed , but nothing major. It was so nice that they were extra beach towels, and beach chairs. This place is great!

We arrived in the afternoon. The room had clearly not been cleaned. The appliances were dirty, meaning the microwave, coffee make, blender and refrigerator had not been clean in quite a while. There was a pubic hair in the cereal bowl in the cabinet. We had to go to Walmart to pick up cleaning supplies and spent two hours cleaning before we could even unload our luggage. Disgusting! The managers were less then helpful, questioning the bad condition of the apartment. We sent multiple pictures and videos to them. They finally agreed to reimburse us for the cleaning supplies and the cleaning fee. The manager said this was an isolated event, but we did some research and realized that nasty rooms are common, and many other people have had this same unpleasant experience. This is not the way anyone wants to start their vacation.

We received the check in details well in advance and were able to just pull in and get into the condo - loved the simplicity! The condo was in THE perfect location! Close enough to Clearwater or Indian Rocks for a quick drive (5 mins) for food, etc but far enough to have peace and quiet and crowd less beach space! The sunsets were out of this world! The condo is super cute and had everything we needed. But was a little cramped with 4 people (2 adults 2 kids) would recommend for 2. And the balcony is small but you can still sit 2 on it. Warmest and calmest ocean water I’ve ever seen! Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Easy to rent and checking in was simple.

Location was great, quiet beach with direct access. Condo was small but perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed our stay, only downside was that there was construction going on but they kept it at respectful times.

The unit needs a little updating and repairs but was pleasant overall.

Overall the condo was great and met our needs quite well. Great location and easy walk to the beach. Perfect for sunset viewing! The beach was pretty quiet which was surprising since it was spring break up North. The reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars were the curtains in the bedroom, the uncomfortable couch and bed. With the security light right outside the bedroom window, those curtains did nothing to block the light. At night, the room was lit up and made it hard to sleep. And there was concern that at night, if the room light was on, anyone outside could see shadow movement in the room. Please invest in some room blackout curtains. The bed was rather soft which caused us to be achy in the mornings. The couch was hard because it was a sofa bed. Despite these short comings, we would certainly consider renting this unit again.

everything was great!! The actually building looked like it needed to be fixed. the couch was the most uncomfortable couch i have ever sat on. but, we were outside most of the time. The manager/owner was great to work with!!

Beautiful beachfront location!

The photo of unit needs to be updated! The sofa was very uncomfortable to just sit on but I don’t know how it was to be used as a sleeper! The kitchen needs a light over sink and better things like wine opener and can opener! Overall good condo!

For what we paid it was not worth it. The couch was horrible, the blinds didn't close, the balcony chairs were falling apart and there were maintenance issues.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit! Yes, it is small like other reviews indicated but it's perfect for two people, or even two adults and some small children. The view of the beach was 100% perfect- the balcony was fun to sit on an watch people strolling up and down the beach- but the inside "bar" in front of the window was our favorite place to eat breakfast and enjoy the view. Very few people on the beach this time of year (December) so it felt very private! Mornings were beautiful and you could see the moon going down over the ocean- amazing. The unit and appliances were very clean and had everything we needed for our four day stay. It was sparse on stuff like aluminum foil, food storage. There's not a grocery store in walking distance so if you don't rent a car you'll need to order groceries. The bed was comfortable, we are picky about our pillows because we are old folgies but that was the only thing, and easily solved by bringing your own. We went for my husband's 40th birthday and had a blast. There is so much to do, the only thing we wished we had done more of was just simply sit on the beach just outside the unit! We are definitely coming back to the area, and I would seek out unit 113 again.

Great location! Condo was nice but the internet did not work the entire time we were there, I tried replying to the property manager but did not receive message back.

My mother and I enjoyed our time at this well designed ,clean and comfortable condo. The owners had everything available to make our trip extraordinary. I would highly recommend this or any of the properties this host has to offer.

The location is out of the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to just about anywhere. Clearwater is minutes away. Our condo was great! Very clean. We had a tiny balcony looking at the ocean. Even got to see a dolphin one morning. Beautiful sunsets. There is a small pool too. We had a very nice and would book here again. The only con that didn’t affect us was the outside of the building needs work. The ceilings in places are falling apart.

Relaxing

2nd visit back after 4 years and still wonderful! True charming ocean front, steps from the sand, on a quiet beach, with direct sunset views from your very own balcony! P.S. Those concerned with previous A/C reviews, the living room area was very cool and while the bedroom is warmer, the fan helps to keep it cool as well as keeping the door open. We look forward to going back for a 3rd getaway! ENJOY

This property has awesome access to the beach. Beach area is not overly crowded and the perfect place to relax and enjoy. Host was quick to respond to any questions and very friendly.
