The condo was large, spacious and well maintained. The owners thought of everything. The area was very nice and was not noisy. It was conveniently located for sightseeing and hiking.

We stayed with adult family and had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, comfortable and amazing! The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. It was in a quiet part of the area. Check in was smooth and easy. Just a great place for us to come back to after a day of hiking and enjoying nature in the area. We also really appreciated the owner recommendations for hikes and places to eat etc. Everything was spot on! Thank you!

We stayed at this lovely home at the beginning of October. The owners have gone above and beyond with supplying everything you might need. Quiet location and close to town. Highly recommend!

Great location just a few miles south of Moab. We used the coolers (stored in garage) every day. When we needed more paper products, we were given the code to the storage room so that we could get more supplies. Very comfortable unit.

There were last minute notifications from the county of street closures for sealing. Our owner was in Europe and communicated as soon as they knew, before our arrival. From this, I was able to plan and understand what was needed for parking my tow vehicle and trailer, etc. many other tenants in the area had no idea, of the closure or information from their owners. I appreciated not being “surprised” the day of and or getting my tow vehicle and trailer towed away!!! Thank you for a beautiful place to stay.

We enjoyed our time in Moab. We brought our ATV's and drove Hurrah Pass to Chicken Corner and the Gemini Bridges trail. We enjoyed grilling and dining on the patio in the evenings and cooling off in the pool after hot days of trail riding.

This was a wonderful place to stay and suited our needs perfectly! Very clean, well stocked with everything you need and loved how everything was labeled! Also the 2 car garage was nice to not have to keep our vehicles outside.

This home is conveniently located minutes outside of the downtown Moab area, and also close to the National Parks. It is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything from spices to extra towels and bedding. We needed an extra fan and within minutes of reaching out to the owners it was provided! Our kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Lovely home away from home!

This was our 3rd annual adults only trip to Moab, we had a great time and the condo was beautiful. The pictures online looked like queen or full beds in each room, but it clearly states one room has twin beds. The couple staying in that room pushed them together and everything was great. Will definitely rent this condo again.

Wonderful experience! This place is close to town and very comfortable! We cooked all of our meals here and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owners checked in on us a few times to see if we needed anything which we appreciated! Will be staying here again if we visit Moab again in the future!

Felt very much as though we were at home. Loved the little additional things left behind (coolers, sugar, etc.). Very clean but not so much that the feel was sterile. Loved all the "local" info left scattered. Felt as though we were guests, not tenants. Pool was great too.

The whole experience went smoothly and was very much what we expected. The location was great for trail riding very close to entrance. Would definitely stay here again if we do this trip again

Great place! We were planning to travel with another family and saw the listing as 4 bedrooms. However, as described in the details of the listing, it’s 3 bedrooms will a pull out sofa in living room. Otherwise accurate listing and well equipped. Great location in neighborhood and nice pool.

Condo was clean and well equipped. Everything was in perfect working order and communication was excellent. The kitchen was especially well equipped with decent quality pots and pans. The knives were even sharp!

I’m still washing all my belongings trying to get the smell out after hanging in closets. TVs need to be updated to current ones. All rentals should have smart TVs now it’s not that costly anymore.

We really enjoyed staying at Dale and Jo-Anne's place. The home is beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The Rim Village neighborhood was very pleasant.
The two king beds were just perfect for two couples and our grandson was able to have his own room. We enjoyed cooking dinner in the spacious kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. We had friends over each evening and enjoyed playing games at the dining room table.
Dale and Jo-Anne were great to work with, responding immediately when we asked questions. They also worked with us when we needed to change our departure date.

A very nice, comfortable place to stay with nice views. A nice amenity was the spice rack and some basic kitchen supplies. Saved time and money not having to get them at the store. A little noisy sometimes in the morning when the off road vehicles get started though. Over all I recommend this place.

Great property. Very clean and fully stocked kitchen. Worked perfect for family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. Appreciated the helpful hints on favorite hikes and places to eat in the book you put together. We had a great visit to Moab!
