We were visiting Salem for my 40th birthday- but wanted to stay away from how busy Salem is. Beth’s home was absolutely perfect. If we didn’t have plans, we’d have been perfectly content to stay at the house, relax, and use the outdoor space for a fire to chat around. We will definitely be back if we decide to visit the area again. Beth was very easy to communicate with and we absolutely loved how she came to chat with us and gave us amazing recommendations for food and the train that we didn’t know was only five minutes away. 10 out of 10!

We had a reunion of friends. Everyone really enjoyed their room and the common areas were comfortable and inviting. We had all of the conveniences of home. The location was close to town and the neighborhood was quiet. We would stay there again.

This was the perfect house for my family to stay. The owner left a lovely basket of treats for us to eat. There was plenty of coffee to be had in the mornings, as well. Be sure to let the owner know ahead of time if you want to use the pool, so the heat can be turned on.

Myself along with two friends and our teen daughters made the very long trip from Tennessee to visit the Salem area. The house was beautiful and clean. The property owner was kind and even came and talked to us and gave us recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Right down the road is the beach. It’s minutes from the train which I highly recommend taking into Salem and/or boston. Def recommend this place.

We stayed 3 nights in September and the house great. Convenient location to all the north shore activities and plenty of room for the 4 of us.

Spent a long weekend in Gloucester as we made our way down to Salem for a couple days. The house is beautiful and the owner was fabulous in communicating with us prior to and during the stay to ensure everything went smooth. Wish the weather was a little better so we could enjoy the pool, but we made the best of the weekend.

I was nervous booking because we have never been to that area so I had no idea what to expect but it was a great area and a great stay. The hostess was communicative. The house was clean, bright and cheery! The home had plenty of room for 6 adults and the beds were very comfortable.

Great neighborhood, good folks, easy ride to either Gloucester or Salem. We enjoyed our stay.

We travelled to Gloucester for a friend’s wedding and the house was just perfect for the three couples who stayed there! Beth was so welcoming and even had a wonderful welcome basket for us upon arrival. The house was very clean and had ample kitchen items and linens. I highly recommend this home for any larger group!

I was very pleased with the house when I first arrived, It was clean and decorated perfectly. I was worried about the proximity to the neighbors because we can get rowdy, but it all worked out. Beth was a pleasure to deal with, great communication and very welcoming. I loved the welcome basket. That was a sweet touch that made me feel welcomed. Everyone that came and stayed loved the house. Beth's home is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. We are also vacation rental hosts and very fussy guests! Check-in was a breeze and Beth came over to welcome us. She's friendly, easily accessible and very accommodating. She was close by if we needed but gave us privacy and space. She left us a spectacular welcome basket with guilty and healthy treats. The home was perfect for our family of 6 adults. It was so spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We all commented about how open, airy and bright it was. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook and she provided us with coffee and tea. There are two living rooms if our group needed to spread out. We didn't have time to enjoy the deck but it looked like it would have been fantastic to relax around the fire pit with a glass of wine. The beds were so comfortable and it was so peaceful, we slept great. There were loads of towels and all the bedding was lovely high quality and soft. We were in town for a wedding and needed to make many trips back and forth from downtown and the location was super convenient. We could get to restaurants, grocery and the wedding venue easily and get back to the quiet comfort of 'home' in a flash. We would highly recommend Beth's place and can't wait to come back when we have a chance to explore the area and spend more time relaxing.

This property is exactly how it is described. I had lots of questions and Beth has been so easy to communicate with. She responded to our questions in a timely manner and has been so understanding. This is definitely a place I would book again.

Our daughter was getting married in Gloucester and we decided to rent a house so that she & her bridal party could get ready there. Plenty of space for hair and make up to be done. We picked a winner! Sometimes photos are deceiving but not this time. The house was clean, bright and very inviting. I definitely recommend this house for a family getaway! We loved the house and amazing location.

What a wonderful stay we had! There were 8 adults staying for the first 3 days of our week long trip and we had plenty of room. Nice big kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Downtown Gloucester was minutes away and Rockport is about 15 minutes or so. We spent a lot of time in both places and even made a couple of trips into Boston! If you don’t want the hustle and bustle of the city, I’d highly recommend Beth’s place!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Clean, cozy and on a quiet street! Beth greeted us when we got there and couldn't have been any nicer. Checked on us to make sure there wasn't anything we needed! House is stocked with everything you need! Even an adorable basket awaiting your arrival full of goodies! We enjoyed our stay here!

We had 6 adults and one small Child and the house was perfect with tons of room to spare. The location is minutes from downtown Gloucester but feels remote and very quiet. Beth left us a fantastic basket of treats and snacks for everyone. She also Brought over a nice bottle of wine. Highly recommend! Thank you!

House was Great, everything we needed and very clean! House is in a great location for us to attend our graduation weekend and very close to downtown Gloucester. The deck was great to sit outside with family. Super quiet location for a great night sleep.

We had a wonderful stay a few days before the Boston Marathon. The property was clean with plenty of space. It was close to Salem and Concord for day trips. Beth is fabulous! Highly recommend.

Beth was very welcoming very helpful to us before and during our stay, the house was pristine. As though evwrything was brand new. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. This was our second stay here for four adults to celebrate Christmas. The house and setting is comfortable, spacious and within a few minutes of all Gloucester has to offer. It couldn't of been more perfect. We plan to rent again!

We stayed here with family and had plenty of room to each have our own space. Great living room, cozy den, Large eat-in kitchen with all the comforts of home. Our host even left us a nice welcome package with candy nuts assorted chips and some drinks!! The bedrooms were quite comfortable plenty of blankets sheets extra pillows everything you need The house was also easy to find with plenty of parking, located on a dead-end street with a cute lake nearby. Close to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Lots to do in the area as well. The ocean is so close too The hosts were great very friendly and extremely accessible. We will definitely be back again!!

Great rental for a large group. Four nice upstairs bedrooms and a roll away bed to use downstairs. Large first floor living area and two spacious bathrooms. Very clean property. We enjoyed our stay.
