We felt safe in a gated community & didn’t have to worry about our car. The condo was clean for the most part. The king size bed was comfortable and the sectional was very cozy. We really liked the lanai/patio in the evenings with the ceiling fan. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. However, the utensils are very cheap & mismatched. Could use dish towels and dish cloths that are absorbent. Other towels are mismatched but worked ok. You'll definitely have to use the floor fan to drown out the noise from some of the residents. It was an expensive rental, and I felt like it could be updated. Overall, we liked it.

Exactly as advertised. Sam was great and checked in on us. Perfect location for all of our planned activities: snorkeling, swimming with the dolphins, turtle hospital, Everglades swamp boat ride and visiting Key West. We enjoyed the pool and evening swims. Would definitely stay here again!

Moon Bay was the perfect location for us. We wanted to explore the Keys and Miami and this was the perfect location. It was quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable and the pool was great. Would stay here again. Definitly recommend!!

We had an awesome week of amazing weather in Key Largo and another great stay at Moon Bay! The unit was as describes and the kitchen was well-stocked. The view from the balcony is amazing. The sunsets are awesome from the Moon Bay pier. The pool is great and the kayak access is so fun! Dealing with Sam was easy and first class. He was so responsive to any question or need we had. We definitely recommend this place and would stay again in a second. Worst part is having to leave! Thanks for a great stay and a great host!

Our second time vacationing at this resort, first time in this unit. Roomy, comfy and clean is how we'd describe the condo. Our enjoyment included eating meals on the balcony overlooking the pool. We love to cook, so we very much appreciated the very well-equipped kitchen. We will definitely seek out this property for future trips.

As advertised, a great spot from which to explore the Upper Keys as well as Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. The property was clean, fully functional, and stocked with basic necessities. Winn-Dixie close by for shopping.
Kayaked and snorkeled at Pennekamp State Park, snorkeled Biscayne NP, airboat outside Everglades.
Good local food readily available.
The Moon Bay pool and beach were wonderful to relax in and on.
Would have absolutely no qualms about returning to this spot.
Great communication with Sam before and after the rental, but had no need of anything during our week there. He was great.

Such a beautiful setting! We enjoyed the balcony so much! It was great for eating our meals and taking in the lovely sunsets.

We had a great holiday. Our condo was lovely. It was clean ,nicely decorated and had every thing we needed . Ate all our meals on our deck, sunshine , rain or wind . Had great shelter and great views . The whole gated community was very clean and well maintained . Had an elevator to our fourth floor condo and carts available to help haul luggage , groceries etc. We could fish off the dock , or join several fishing adventures that were close by. Our owner Sam was available for any questions and would have been available if there were any problems, but we had none . We would definitely stay at this Vrbo again.

We had a fantastic stay at Moon Bay. Sam was exceptional to deal with, extremely responsive and accommodating. I could not have asked for a better location for diving, and my husband enjoyed kayaking at the property. The grounds at Moon Bay are immaculate. The condo is exactly as advertised. We can't wait to return.

We stayed for a week here and we couldn't have been happier. Check-in was easy and the property was just as described - we enjoyed the pool view from the balcony. What I liked most were the instructions with respect to how to enjoy the property and leave it in great condition for the next person. The owner is a star and has a high level of service for people who stay here. We would absolutely love to come back again. Thank you!

A perfect VRBO experience! The condo was just as advertised, very clean and had everything we needed for our one-week stay. The entire property at Moon Bay is well maintained and has awesome views of the water and sunsets. In addition, great communication throughout the whole process from the owner. He was quick to answer any questions we had.

He is aggressive and needlessly angry. Use caution if renting a boat slip. But as for the condo it's a five star with us. Also if your diving and need air and equipment John Pennekamp state park is about the only place to get it.

Excellent property, great veiw, everything you need for a home feel away from home.
The one and only disappointment were the wicker furniture around the kitchen island very uncomfortable, besides that everything else is 5 stars and i do mean everything. Excellent well cared for property, we will be coming back !

Convenience and relaxation
Comfortable and well located, this property is lends itself to relaxation and exploration. After a day of adventure it was a pleasure to come back to a place that had everything we needed to relax and rejuvenate. The property has several places (including hammocks!) to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunset. Sam was a joy to deal with, attentive and helpful. He recommended the dive shop next door, Amoray Dive Center, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are. Wonderful vacation!

Wonderful weather. The condo and property was clean and well kept. Everyone was conscious of safety protocols with distancing and face masks. Peaceful location. Had a manatee or two visit the docks. This was a great break in the hectic world we live in. Didn’t go to Restaraunt so cannot comment there but heard from long term renters and owners that they are also being safe. Highly recommend this rental.

Great location - close to everything!
Very nice condo with super-easy check in! Location is fantastic - close to everything! Moon Cay is a beautiful property with all the amenities you could hope for - tennis, pools, clubhouse, beach area with hammocks, BBQ grills, kayaks - you name it! Sam was a very responsive owner and all the information you need is clear.

Very enjoyable
This unit was very comfortable. It had all the amenities we could ask for plus a reverse osmosis filter for our drinking water. It provided a good location for exploring the nearby national parks and Key West. Laying in the hammocks near the dock in the evenings was very relaxing.

Paradise!
Excellent accommodations at Moon Bay in Key Largo. Very comfortable, great views of the bay, and beautiful grounds. Pool, game room, boat slips, grills, and Tiki Hut. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Within a short walking distance to a couple fun bars. Very secure grounds. Tennis court, basketball court and kayaking on the grounds. Will definitely stay here again.

The property of Moon Bay was maintained very nicely. The condo was just as expected, clean comfortable and exactly what we wanted in a vacation rental. The owner Sam Consoli was very helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable and promptly responded with any questions we had. Will definitely try to come back soon!

Really is paradise
We had a perfect stay here. The view from the deck is a post card. The complex and the unit were fabulous. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sam for sharing your home and good luck with the fishing.

The owners are very easy to work with and made it easy to access and use the wonderful condo. It is everything that they say that it is. Given the opportunity I would stay there again.

Great place for a vacation
This is our second stay at Moon Bay and we truly enjoyed it. The condo has pretty much all you need, the WiFi conection is good, the views from the patio are “to die for”.
