We were very comfortable in this house during our stay. The photos are very accurate. The location is great with several grocery stores nearby. There are also many stores and restaurants very close. We enjoyed the patio and pool. Neil was available and prompt to reply when we had a question.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 week stay at this property. It was exactly what we were looking for - a nice place in a good neighborhood that would enable us to work remotely and escape the frigid Midwest winter for awhile :-) This place checked all our boxes and exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and exactly how we pictured it from the pictures and virtual tour on VRBO. Neil is a good communicator and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely book again.

Great short term rental for a family getaway or just a change of scenery. Loved the pool table, card table, outdoor area, and heated swimming pool! Would for sure recommend.

When we arrived the house was a disaster, the carpets were stained and filthy, the backyard was disorganized with trash everywhere and the garage was loaded with trash on the ground and the trash cans were in the garage full of trash so the smell was terrible. The location is nice and the overall neighborhood is good, however be prepared to dodge golf balls while in the back yard. The house gets hit by a ball once a day, my truck got hit and dented while parked in the driveway. I feared my kids would get hit while swimming. We stayed for a month while our house was being built, if we had anywhere else to go we would have left and asked for our money back. I would guess the house hadnt been sprayed for bugs for months, we actually paid for blue sky pest control to come out after we were there for a week because of the amount of scorpions, centipedes and roaches. It got better after we sprayed. I changed the air filters myself. The old ones were filthy and hand dated from November 2018. Shower fixtures were missing handles, tub needed pliers to turn on hot water. And the final straw was a broken leaky disposal that we found out about by tracking down a foul smell that we found under the sink. Which was wet, stinky and moldy. The house house a lot of potential but needs a lot of tlc before the owner puts it up as a vacation rental.

The house was amazing and was just perfect for me and my kids. Super easy to convey any concerns that came up with the owner and they promptly addressed it.
