We loved this place! It is cute and has a really good vibe. It is a 3 minute walk to the resort. It is 1 minute walk to the small market. It was immaculately clean! The host thought of everything you might need, and it is all labelled so you can find it all easily! We were very impressed and would love to stay here again in the future!

The nut house is small but clean and cute. It has everything you want or need in the kitchen. Loved the fireplace. We were happy there and would stay again.

Quick weekend trip visiting grown children living in Staunton. Place was very clean and cozy.

this is our second time staying at the nut house and we absolutely love it. Everything is super comfortable for this day, it comes with both the pool on the mountain but also one down at Rhodes farm. The location is great and the house is so well stocked, which is important for us as we travel from far away. We highly recommend the Nut House.

We had a fabulous stay! Albeit a small condo, it was a perfect spot for my husband and two grown children.. And the location was very desirable, the wood-burning fireplace was super cozy, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Thank you for a great vacation!💚 we will hopefully be able to come back again real soon.

The location of this property is ideal. The family was minutes from the slopes. Property has good water pressure and plenty of hot water for 2 teens. We had a wonderful time playing games with a fire in the fireplace.wonderful holiday memories.

The space was clean and well stacked with all the utilities you will need to prepare meals. We did not have to eat out or purchase anything this time around. The home was warm and inviting and we felt right at home did not have that one room hotel feel. I will definitely stay

Great Rental! I read all the reviews about this property prior to booking and the reviews are true. The rental is the CLEANEST rental we have had in years. The space was perfect for my husband, mother-in-law, and our dog Riley for a weekend getaway. Yes, the kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated, but that didn't bother us. The kitchen is small; however, it is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals if you choose. We made breakfast every morning of our stay and eat out for dinner. One reviewer said there was no hot water. If you read the signs posted on the refrigerator you need to turn the hot water on at the panel box. The hot water took no time at all to warm up. We loved sitting out on the deck at night with a glass of wine and coffee in the morning. We used the fireplace one night because the temperature outside changed so quickly from one day to the next. WE will definitely rent this condo AGAIN! We enjoyed our stay and love that we were able to share the time with our dog as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the nut house. It is so well stocked and super clean. Had everything we needed. Location is so convenient, the private pool is an added bonus. The owners very accomdating (I did a scheduling oops and needed to add a day last minute). Very comfortable stay and we highly recommend this property.

This location is great to get to trails and hikes and tight next to the Market. The only thing I can say is it is dark and could really use a summer makeover. Everything really says winter 1980...it has great potential and was comfortable but unfortunately it was a bit depressing.

Stayed a long weekend for a wedding. We had 2 couples in the unit which was perfect. Unit was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. If i ever make it back to Wintergreen I will probably stay there again.

We had a very relaxing weekend staying at the Nut House. The condo is very comfortable with all the amenities we needed as well as located within walking distance of most everything.. My girls loved having their own private loft upstairs and despite the very cool temperature still managed to enjoy the private heated pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely clean, organized and comfortable. Would love to visit again soon!

Stayed here on March 5 - 7th with my family. Loved the condo, nice location, nice accommodations. Our family of 4 had plenty of room. Well laid out condo. Short walk up to the slopes and the Market!

This place was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the most well stocked and organized rental I’ve ever stayed in. It’s small, but the loft is roomy and everything was comfortable. The location is great. I would stay here again for sure.

Owner was very flexible and responsive. Great location. We felt like we were staying at a friends home. Kitchen was very well stocked.

We would absolutely come back to the Nuthouse. While not directly on the slopes it’s a short walk on a well-maintained, paved path. The condo is immaculate.

This place was perfect for our family of four and golden doodle. Clean, short walk to market and slopes, comfortable, and oh so charming. The owners have thought of everything! We will definitely consider renting again. This was our first VRBO experience and we couldn’t have been happier!

Our family of 4 and dog enjoyed our stay tremendously. The townhome was clean and kitchen well equipped. We especially loved making a fire each evening! The proximity to the slopes and market convenience stores was a real plus. Would definitely return.

Everything was as stated and the owner was very accommodating. Very close to Wintergreen. The one item that really upset me was when the owner emailed me and told me that their cleaner told him the place was a mess. I am a clean freak to the point that I clean a house/hotel room before leaving it. I pride myself on this. So I don't know what their cleaner was talking about, but I would suggest taking pictures of the place before leaving. NOTE: The owner was not mean about bringing this to my attention so I don't feel this is on him. I would definitely go here again.
