Perfect location, accommodation, etc. awesome place!

This was our third time renting this house, and it again was perfect for our family. Comfortable, well appointed, and in the ideal location. Can’t wait to return.

Townhome was perfect. Spacious and close to all that Ketchum has to offer.

The common areas were so spacious and comfortable. We all had our own room and bathroom. The home is traditional, well furnished and kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed. The location couldn't be better both quiet and next to main trail system and 3 blocks from all you want in Ketchum. We loved it.

We had a lovely 2 weeks in Sun Valley / Ketchum at Averell's rental. The location was perfect - walkable to everything we needed and in a quiet neighborhood. The décor of the house is so quintessential Sun Valley - bringing so many elements of the west and the area's history. All supplies we needed were provided and there was enough space for both my partner and I to work from different rooms without interruption.

Great property! Great Host! Reminds me of the original SV lodge! Full of history and class. Conveniently located in West Ketchum! Easy walk to town and all amenities! Quick walk to river run or bike ride! We will be back!

Wonderful summer stay in this charming townhome located in the heart of Ketchum. The mountain views out the large windows are amazing and all of amenities make you feel right at home. Very clean and comfortable, we will be back for sure!

This was my first trip to Sun Valley and it was fantastic! The house has a rustic cabin feel on the inside and is well decorated and spacious. The beds are comfortable and easily sleep 6. You can conveniently walk the .5 or less miles to practically every restaurant in Ketchum. The ski resort is 5 mins down the street from the house. There is also a well maintained trail nearby that goes to Hailey. And, if you’re traveling with dogs, this is the city for you! Great dog park and other places to let them romp off leash.

things were clean, easy to navigate, great parking, centrally located, excellent property manager and owner!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! The location cannot be beat! There was a Nordic/walking train a block or two away! You can walk to town easily and are near pretty much everything. The property is decorated and equipped very well and we felt very at home during out stay! Overall we loved it and would like to return in the future! Avery the manager was lovely and towards the end of our visit even reached out to see if we wanted to extend our stay. We would have loved to but such is having to return to work!

Averell was such a welcoming host and Lisa the property manager couldn’t have been more helpful. The location was excellent as it was walking distance to Main Street and a block away from Atkinson Park for my 5 and 2 year old. The house itself was very cozy and well furnished. Definitely had a Sun Valley/Ketchum feel. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Ketchum!

The townhouse could not have been more ideal for celebrating our first Anniversary with our family! From the warm fire, to lovely decor, spacious rooms and attentive support of Amy we could not have been more happy with the experience. We can't wait to come back and stay again next season!

We loved our stay at the Harriman residence and will absolutely book this home again. Avril and his team did a fantastic job making our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Our family of five, grandparents, parents and 11-month-old, just spent four terrific nights at the Harriman Ketchum Townhouse. There are two king-bed master bedrooms with bathrooms as well as a queen bed with bathroom, which was perfect. If you're multi-generational, suggest the older generation stay in the master bedroom on the top level, which is where the living/dining/kitchen areas are, and let the younger generations use the downstairs area, which requires climbing stairs more. The main floor, which is the top floor, had a huge living, dining, kitchen combo with high ceilings and great views of the surrounding mountains and nearby aspens. We spent any time indoors in this area. Plenty of room for the toddler to play and crawl around while the adults conversed. The showers provide a powerful spray (good after a long day hiking or skiing), and there's a large jacuzzi for soaking. We were able to park one of our cars in the attached garage, which can be very useful in bad weather. The entire description of the home was accurate, including the part about the Western-based theme, including a large, stuffed elk head in the living room and a huge bison in the upstairs master bedroom. The home was immaculate when we arrived, but not impersonal: There were interesting historical photos from the owner and his ancestors, and some good books about their contributions, which made the townhouse feel like a home. The property manager, who is a gem, provided a high chair, a pack-n-play, a full box of age-specific toys (!), gates for the top and bottom of the stairs, and a high-quality backpack for holding the toddler while hiking or walking, as well as good brochures about various activities, bus schedules, etc. She called to discover when we wanted to arrive and then made sure to meet us, on our schedule. WAY ABOVE and beyond. You are only 2-4 short blocks to all that downtown Ketchum has to offer, but in the residential area, so it's very quiet at night. We enjoyed local restaurants Perry's, Il Naso, and The Sawtooth Club, all of which were within easy walking distance. We took the gondola to the Roadhouse Restaurant on Bald Mountain and our son-in-law went fly fishing (successfully!) just two blocks from the house. All in all, it was a stellar choice for our family. We highly recommend it to anyone and hope to return.

For over 20 years we've spent part of every summer in the Sun Valley area, and we've never stayed in a more pleasant and convenient rental than this one. It's clean, modern, well appointed and beautifully decorated western style, with plenty of room for our group of six. It's also perfectly located in Ketchum -- a quiet neighborhood near the bike path, yet an easy walk to Main Street restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

My family and I really enjoyed our three week stay in this home. We were able to walk to dinner every night and to River Run for concerts. It is one block from the park, as well, so the children could easily walk over and play. Even though it is right in town, there is a feeling of space as the lots to the east and south are undeveloped so we didn't feel closed in at all. It had wonderful light and views thanks to those spaces! The home is cozy and comfortable and we really enjoyed all the books on Sun Valley and Mr. Harriman. The owner and property manager are very responsive and, clearly, take very good care of the home. We enjoyed our summer vacation there and would definitely recommend it to others!

We spent Memorial Day weekend at this house and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is very close to town which made everything very convenient. It is also on the bike trail which was great for walking and running. The house itself is very comfortable and well designed and furnished. The living room has windows on three sides which allows you to see both sides of the Valley.

Our group of 3 couples was delighted with this property. The house was spacious, airy and very clean. One reason for choosing it was its location within walking distance to town. It was so nice to find tin foil, plastic wrap, paper napkins(even cocktail napkins) in the kitchen…..and a box of kleenex in every bathroom. Definitely conscientious hosts. There was an issue with the internet on day one, but the Management personnel had it taken care of as soon as we alerted them to the problem. So great house, great management. We would rent this property again and I would go to this Management group first when looking to book another property.
