This is a charming townhome. The pictures on the website are 100% accurate, which is always a fear we have when renting other properties. Averell is easy to deal with and very attentive. We had a great time, and would recommend this property and the town of Ketchum to anyone looking for a great holiday in Sun Valley.

Beautiful home with a cozy vibe. We enjoyed the proximity to the restaurants in town. Access to the mountain was easy with a free public bus only 1-2 blocks away. Would stay here again with our friends and family.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren joined us for a four-day weekend. The property is in an ideal location for skiing, access to Ketchum stores/restaurants and perfect for exercising our two yellow labs in Atkinson Park. Clearly a five star rating!

Enjoyed Thanksgiving time in this perfect townhome - walking distance to town, walking trail, park - never needed the car to get around. Had everything we needed for 2 couples & a child with 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Also brought our golden retriever who enjoyed walking everywhere with us. Would stay here again.

The common areas were so spacious and comfortable. We all had our own room and bathroom. The home is traditional, well furnished and kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed. The location couldn't be better both quiet and next to main trail system and 3 blocks from all you want in Ketchum. We loved it.

The décor of the house is so quintessential Sun Valley - bringing so many elements of the west and the area's history. All supplies we needed were provided and there was enough space for both my partner and I to work from different rooms without interruption.

The décor of the house is so quintessential Sun Valley - bringing so many elements of the west and the area's history. All supplies we needed were provided and there was enough space for both my partner and I to work from different rooms without interruption.

Wonderful summer stay in this charming townhome located in the heart of Ketchum. The mountain views out the large windows are amazing and all of amenities make you feel right at home. Very clean and comfortable, we will be back for sure!

This was my first trip to Sun Valley and it was fantastic! The house has a rustic cabin feel on the inside and is well decorated and spacious. The beds are comfortable and easily sleep 6. You can conveniently walk the .5 or less miles to practically every restaurant in Ketchum. The ski resort is 5 mins down the street from the house. There is also a well maintained trail nearby that goes to Hailey. And, if you’re traveling with dogs, this is the city for you! Great dog park and other places to let them romp off leash.

The property is decorated and equipped very well and we felt very at home during out stay! Overall we loved it and would like to return in the future! Avery the manager was lovely and towards the end of our visit even reached out to see if we wanted to extend our stay. We would have loved to but such is having to return to work!

Averell was such a welcoming host and Lisa the property manager couldn’t have been more helpful. The location was excellent as it was walking distance to Main Street and a block away from Atkinson Park for my 5 and 2 year old. The house itself was very cozy and well furnished.
