My little family drove up from California for a wedding nearby and had a great stay at the cozy cottage! It was just as it was detailed in the listing and the beach was right across the street! Quick stay but we would book again. The owner was wonderful with communication!

We enjoyed our stay! The sink was slow to drain in the bathroom when we arrived. Also, there were two outside chairs broken and the tile floors were very dirty. Take pictures of any damage or mess when you get there and send them to the owner immediately! After we left, I received a scolding text from the owner saying the place was left a mess and the housekeepers had to stay an extra hour and a half to clean our filth! I KNOW I left it better than I received the home! I even scrubbed the tile floors with my own equipment and cleaning products. I am a professional house cleaner. I had to! Anyway! I think the owner’s housekeepers were not being honest with her and claiming more hours to get more pay !!! I feel bad for the owner if this is the case. Everything else was fine. Close proximity to the beach is probably this rentals selling point.

My friend and I are 80 years old and we've been going on retreat for 40 years where we do art work, walk, and have fun. My biggest problem was the stairs and all the art material we brought. The back stairs worked better. The heating was old and was either off or on.

Although a bit smaller then anticipated it was cozy and warm; pet friendly fence needs closure at drive way, like a gate other than those suggestions and a couple fix it’s with cracked tile in kitchen and a broken towel bar in bathroom I would definitely say location and communication with owner made up for a couple imperfections

You cannot ask for a better location. You are literally steps away from the ocean. The cottage is cozy and everything you need to enjoy a stress-free beach getaway.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love the proximity to the beach. The property owner is very responsive to any questions and in a timely manner. The house was clean and had everything that we needed to be comfortable during our stay. We will definitely be back in the future!

This oceanside cottage was cozy and a nice place to stay. Pros: the owner allows pets if you want to brings yours, it's not even a block to the coast from the cottage, ocean view from the front windows, cozy feel to the place. Cons: the cottage had a bit of a smell to it and when we tried to air the place out, there were no screens on any of the windows which allowed flies to enter the cottage.

Wonderful place close to everything. Great Ocean views, spacious yard, perfect kitchen for making meals to enjoy on the great deck space.

My family and I wanted a beach holiday somewhere quiet and within walking distance to the beach. Couldn't have asked for more with this lil cottage. It's a charming place just steps to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed dinners outside on the back patio and crib games out front watching the waves. We are a family of 5 so filled the space pretty good but there is ample room to relax at nighttime with a movie and the two double beds are super comfortable.We really enjoyed being amongst eachother in the small space as it was family time after all. The beach is steps away and we loved watching the sunset. The only things we missed were some blackout blinds (my guys are used to a darker room so my little ones were up earlier than normal, but that's also personal preference) and a dishwasher. I like to cook so used lots of dishes cooking for 5 but no big deal as the kids helped out washing up which is all part of the experience. The area itself is very quiet and not in walking distance of shops but within a short drive there's all you need and we got some great seafood from Barnicle Bill's on the way in. Mary Jo is flawless with her communication and quick to respond which is always much appreciated. I hope my family will return again, just for longer. All in all-wonderful! Thanks Mary Jo!

Cute, cozy and welcoming little cottage with ocean views. Short walking distance to the beach. This property has a great front and back deck area with a nice sized backyard. Plenty of parking. We will keep it in mind for future trips to Lincoln City.

We had a wonderful time staying in the cottage. Glimpses of the beach can experienced on both the front and back decks. The front deck is nice for relaxing and the back is wonderful for outside eating. The cottage is decorated very cute and it's so quiet. The beds are comfortable and the place is well stocked. While not a large place, it is very cozy.

The cabin is beautiful! With ALL the 'house stuff' you need. Thank goodness there was a waffle maker, I didn't want to lug mine across the state. And my grandson definitely would not allow us to go a whole week without waffles! It's about a half city block from the beach. How perfect is that?!? You can choose between the East or Wast facing verandas. That way you can enjoy the rising or setting sun. Breath taking! You can close your eyes, with coffee up to your nose, and pretend you don't have a family and a full time job. Seems silly, but the beds are like sleeping on clouds. It was so warm and comfy. Ahhhhhhh It says it sleeps up to six, but I'd probably stop at four. It's super cozy, and small. My goal is to return alone and enjoy that cabin by myself!! :) Thank you for helping make another successful Beach Trip!!

Nice place, close to beach. Overall comfortable, small for more than 2-3 adults. Good backyard and deck to relax. Would not recommend using sofa bed; definitely not for an adult, kids would be fine. Small kitchen for basic comforts. Close to a few good resturaunts, within walking distance.

The cottage is as neat as a pin and right across the street from the beach access. We had everything that we needed. The beds are very cozy with nice linens and if you open the windows you hear the crashing of the waves! We enjoyed our stay and Mary Jo was a pleasure to work with.

This cottage is so charming and close to the ocean. Everything we needed was there, and we didn't want to leave. Lovely lovely place.

Cute little cottage. Great backyard! View of beach from front deck and a couple min walk to beach access. Stocked with great amenities. Wouldn’t put an adult on the hideabed but the other two were very comfortable.

The Driftwood Beach Cottage is very comfortable and cozy. It was great to be able to use both the front deck and the back deck. We appreciated the large grassy backyard for our dog. The location to beach access was perfect. We will definitely be back! Mary Jo was great to work with.

Our family of five had an amazing time in this cozy cabin. We loved the ability to walk to the beach in minutes especially with three small kids that may need to use the bathroom or need a change of clothes. The home is small, but was everything we needed for my husband, three small kids, 2 small dogs, and myself. Mary Jo was amazing to communicate with before, during, and after our stay. We would definitely stay here again. 5 stars all around!

Very comfortable beach cabin well appointed with everything you’ll need to bathe, cook, sleep, and be entertained! The beach access is steps away and you can walk for miles in either direction. This gorgeous beach has so much to see! Kites, surfers, shore birds, driftwood forts—one of the best beaches you’ll find anywhere. We enjoyed the Bijou Cinema, Trillium natural food store, Otis Cafe, Pelican Brewing Co., among other things!

Husband’s birthday weekend and it was great..

Renting the place was so easy. Mary Jo was amazing throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond. Always accessible which is hard to find when renting. Every review about her was on point. We took our little dog with us. Smaller than i thought and shower is very small but wow fantastic water pressure!!!!!! Lol. Overall, nice stay, cozy and walking distance to the most incredible breakfast/lunch place called Nelscott. Its a must! We always eat there.

My family gathered at the coast to celebrate our mother who passed in August. Mom enjoyed staying at the coast and would've enjoyed this beautiful cabin. It is full of charm and beauitfully decorated. Beds were a dream and the pillows were the best! We will definitely stay again! Ann Rubino & Family

The place was great. A bit tight for all the grown ups that were there. Very cozy. I could watch the waves from the window. The wood work in the house was awesome. Not for from shopping.
