It was our second stay at this property and we can say enough great things! We loved the pool and outdoor patio. Being on the end of the culdesac, the backyard felt super private. The proximity to the trail, Wall Springs park and Crystal Beach was amazing! Our entire family loves this area and this rental! Can’t wait to come back!

We spent our second in a row spring vacation at this lovely house. Back yard is a wonderful getaway and kids couldn’t leave the pool. Maintenance was quick to respond with a sink issue. Always had plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen utilities. Would recommend to anyone!

Great location for us. It was out of season so getting around was easy. So sorry it was too cold to use pool because it was inviting. They do an amazing job on the landscape. If you are a walker or bike rider the Pinellas trail is right next to the house. That was a bonus for us! They had useable bikes in the garage.

The house was equipped with everything a family needs. The property and house is well maintained and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and very clean. Plentiful in towels, beach towels, and pool towels. Beach chairs as well. It was a great location -close to biking/walking trail right out the door with bikes provided. Only 15 to 20 minutes to some great beaches Honeymoon island and Clearwater Beach. The house was very comfortable and all amenities provided. Beds were cozy and comfortable. Although at the end of a small neighborhood it is very private. We would definitely book there again!

The house and the grounds were immaculate. Spotlessly cleaned. Beautifully maintained. Many high quality touches. No shortcuts taken. We hope to return if the hosts will have us!

Upon arrival we were ready a few hours before checkin and Virginia was able to accommodate us which was amazing!! The property is a little further out than expected however there is a trolly that takes you around and you can catch it right at the end of the street!!...The pool was a perfect size and the jacuzzi was a great add on as well. There were plenty of pool accessories and the gym was a very nice and useful as well. The beds were amazingly comfortable...my daughter even fell asleep on the couch and said it was comfy too!! We were golden on supplies like toliteries and all that it was all there for us. The two upstairs bathrooms have jet tubs which were great. The wrap around balcony!!!I loved it!!!...The scenery and landscaping was amazing she also has bikes avail and there us a trail right behind the house!!!...No worries tho this location is very quiet and private snuggled right in the bottom of the col-de-sac oh and the neighbors are great friendly people as well. Definitely worth it!!! Oh and she allowed an hour late check out!!!!! Absolutely will stay again if ever in the area it was PERFECT!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Palm Harbor tremendously! The location had everything we needed plus so much more! The property manager was easy to visit with and checked on us throughout our 8 day trip! I highly recommend this location and the property manager!

We had a great stay and would highly recommend to others. We appreciated the coffee provided! Here are a few things that would improve the experience: Had to search out facial washcloths and a dish washcloth as non out to use on arrival. The master bathroom tub is very slippery, and we used a towel to provide sure footing. Toilet paper supplied was not enough for 4 adults. Provide washable plastic glasses and plates to use at the pool area. Living room TV dual controls need instructions to operate correctly. One of the bikes and bike helmets in the garage was too old to use and should be replaced or discarded.

Very comfortable property in a great location. Well equipped kitchen and fun backyard with pool and hot tub. In an area with lots to do! Some of the information sent to us before our stay needs updating. Garbage pickup day was different, location of thermostat wasn't near the kitchen, and wifi instructions were different once at the house. All minor points that didn't effect our enjoyment during our stay. We had a great time!

Enjoyed a wonderful week relaxing at the house and exploring the area. We traveled with our 3 kids (ages 6, 5, and 2). They loooooved the pool and it was so nice to be able to walk out the back door for a swim whenever we wanted. The bike path behind the house was excellent for going for a run/ bike, and soooo many amenities in close proximity. Loved how the backyard was so serene and yet the house is close to plenty of beaches, stores, etc. We would absolutely stay again! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

This was the most welcoming oasis! House had everything needed for a perfect vacation! It truly is as great at the pictures. Huge rooms, great entertaining space for a big family with kids. The pool was immaculate and I love how secluded and quite it is with no homes on two sides! Owner was very responsive and had some one there to help with the pool within 15min of us communicating! Perfect set up for an awesome family vacation. Being on the bike trail and so close to parks and beech was just perfect! Highly recommend!!

We were able to meet owner and maintenance manager due to early arrival and both were kind offering assistance at anytime and wishing us a great stay. We enjoyed our 5 night stay with 2 families. We had plenty of space for sleeping. The kids lived in the pool most days and adults enjoyed evenings in the hot tub. The yard and floral up keep was beautiful to view from the upper wrap around deck. The location was spot on for a nice walk or bike to the gulf where we were able to do some fishing and even see sting rays and a shark. We were thankful for the quick and easy drive to Clearwater and had some delicious stops to some nearby restaurants and ice cream shops. Thank you so much for the great experience! We would definitely rent again and might even get it booked for next year!

We just returned home after an incredible week at “the yellow house”! Our family of five loved this home! It was so clean, there was so much attention to detail and we had more than enough room. The beds were so comfortable. We spent every morning on the bike path (steps away from the driveway), every afternoon at the back yard pool oasis, and evenings spent dinning in Dunedin, Palm Harbor or Tarpon Spring. The house is perfectly located between each adorable beach town. Did I mention we loved it and that we already booked for next year?

This house was immaculate, private and very quiet. A great benefit of it is that it is next to the bike/walking trail and that the owners provide bikes. We walked everyday. It is close to grocery stores, restaurants, beaches and other attractions. The pool and hot tub were heated and it was warm enough some days to enjoy these amenitites. The owner, manager and maintainence man were immediately available to handle any of the minor issues that we encountered (missing potholders, issue with the grill, all very minor). We would definitely stay here again.

The house has a great pool and hot tub. Nice private back yard. Enjoyed coming home after a trip to the beach or amusement parks. Would highly recommend!!

Loved the house. Three levels, with living and kitchen on second floor. Pool was heated and backyard is clean and well kept. Steps from bike trail and a 30min bike ride to downtown Dunedin.

My group and I had a wonderful stay in Palm Harbor. It was the perfect "home base" to explore St. Petersburg, Tampa, and the surrounding area. The house had all the amenities we needed and more. Being the last house on a dead-end street ensured lots of privacy and the neighborhood is really quiet. We loved the convenience to the Pinellas Trail for morning runs or bike rides to catch the sunset. Wall Springs Park is really neat too. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Check-in/out was super easy and communication was great. I would definitely stay again!

The house was very clean and well taken care of. Pool, hot tub, weight room all well maintained and clean. This house has everything thing you need for your family to stay at and is in a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again!

Loved everything about this house, close to the best beaches and with a beautiful bike trail in the backyard. super clean and equipped with everything you need! One of my faves, will def come back!

The house is in a great location near the bike/walking path, on the end of the road so private and the pool and hot tub were awesome. Would recommend to friends and would go back and stay there if in the area again.

This was the perfect vacation house for our family. Beautiful home, pool & Jacuzzi. Everything was super clean and in working condition. The house is not far from the beach and any kind of shopping you want. Great restaurants are all around too! Virginia & Sam were awesome throughout the whole process! We would definitely rent this home for future vacations!!

We had a great time at this rental. The location was amazing and was very close to a lot. Sunset beach and Howard beach are close by and are both beautiful. Tarpon springs is 5 mins away and the canal was beautiful. This rental is less than 10 mins from everything. Walmart and Publix are 5 mins away. The property itself was very accommodating and was plenty of room for our group. Thank you to Virgina for being so responsive to everything. We would definitely come back.
