Although it was a little dated, we found our condo to be comfortable and excellent for our needs. There are a couple of items that need attention: 1. Towel rack in back bath fell off the wall within minutes after we arrived. It appeared to be balanced in place. 2. The bed in the back bed room was large and comfortable. The bad news was the bottom sheet did not fit the bed and every morning, we woke up on the mattress with a pile of untucked sheets. 3. Water pressure is very low especially in showers and in kitchen sink. Otherwise, we loved it!

Owner was responsive and proactive about getting me all the info before hand. Space is as advertised. Overall a great experience. Washer/Dryer was great to have. Nice community pool area. Clean property & common grounds. Would recommend.

Everything was perfect! Close to beach and downtown Christiansted. Owners were very kind, extremely helpful and answered all our questions. Pool side grill was nice as we used it twice. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and was very clean, which is huge when staying for a few days. The property was clean and maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. Maps and other literature were available at condo to help us navigate the island. Games, movies and books were available to entertain if you stayed inside or turned in early. Will definitely stay here again!

We love St.Croix and this condo is in a perfect location, clean and had everything we needed. Location in complex was great too, we could pull our car literally right in front of our door which made lugging our beach gear for excursions so much easier especially with kids. So much beach gear, coolers, towels, kids toys. We had everything we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable. We will be back!

We have stayed at this condo several times. Whitney is so accommodating . We fell like home. The condo is very clean! The kitchen has everything you need to make meals from lots of insulated drinking cups to good knifes,pots and pans to even a crock pot. . Use of the gas grill down at pool side is awesome. We use it all the time! They even have beach towels for our convenience . Love having the rum bar! We can taste rather than buying a whole bottle Incase we don’t like that flavor. For whatever reason we seem to have the pool to ourselves most of the time. Thanks Whitney, can’t wait to come back 🌴

Unit is extremely dirty.

Initially I thought the condo was the wrong choice, but it quickly grew on me. It's a small association compared with neighboring sites and this condo's first floor location was just what I wanted. There were two restaurants/bars adjacent to the complex and a super market near by. The whole area was much better than that around Fredricksted at the other end of the island. The condo had a very small beach but was next to others associations, which allowed access to their own half mile or more of beach. The pool water was cold as is the water is all the other resorts and associations we visited; no place heats their pool water. But the ocean water was extremely warm. We especially enjoyed the artificial reef just off the beach for snorkeling. For the money, this is a condo is a good deal.

The owner, Whitney, is quick to respond and very helpful in providing suggested restaurants & activities. She arranged our travel to & from the airport which saved me time & efforts. The condo has all the amenities we needed ie, , washer & dryer & dishwasher. The ocean view from the patio while eating was very relaxing. We felt safe having a coded gate community in & out of the facility and beach areas. The grills at the pool are a good way to meet the nice neighbors. We enjoyed the easy access from the condo onto the beach. It was good having ceiling fans in the rooms and A/C in the bedrooms. I may suggest adding a floor fan since there is no A/C in the living room. The Explorer was a nice way to get out to Point Udall to see the sunrise but I suggest having a tuneup and maintenance done because when we arrived it was in rough shape but I think it made us look like we lived there. Thank you for renting to others to use your place to relax.

The condo is as described with plenty of room, towels and toiletry items if you forgot something. The condo complex is very nice and the residents are friendly and willing to give advice on nearby restaurants within walking distance, Breezes was our favorite with an incredible bartender Kyle. The pool is beautiful and the beach was quiet for relaxing. Having a vehicle to drive was great as we didn't have to try and rent a car when we arrived at the airport. Tip - As soon as you get off the plane go to the Cruzan rum stand for a free shot of rum, great way to start your vacation. The only suggestions I would make to the owner would be to put an AC unit in the living room and have it on before guest arrive so the condo doesn't have to cool off. Also possibly get a tune up on the Explorer or have a fuel treatment done. Other than that everything was great!!

The condo is perfectly located to allow easy access to all parts of the island and the included Ford Explorer truly allowed us to explore. It was a fun island and we liked the more rustic nature of St Croix - no chain hotels or restaurants. If you have kids, definitely check out the crab races and Moko Jumbie at one of the local resorts. We liked the boardwalk, Angry Nates and watching seaplanes from the pool too (the condo had good sand and pool toys for the kids)!

Location was great for everything we did, however we had an issue with cockroach infestation the entire time we were there so would have probably enjoyed the condo more if we could have enjoyed being at it...spent most of the days away and enjoyed the island. Exterminators came 3 days after we were there but the issue was still there, killed cockroaches up till the day we left which was unfortunate and paid a lot of money for a condo that I didn't want to spend time at due to the issue. We have three kids who were not fans of the bugs either, were crawling all over toothbrushes, etc at night so didn't sleep well here.

The condo is exactly as it is written. We were traveling with another couple and there was plenty of space. With the bedrooms having there own A/C units at night we would turn them on and you never heard anyone else in the condo. Which was pleasant since none of us go to bed or get up at the same time. The beds are comfortable and they have plenty of pillows and yes when they say the bed is a king bed it "truly" is it isn't two twins pushed together. It is fully equipped with everything you could think of. There are a lot of beach towels, big thermo cups and extra sun screen too. You might want to pack some laundry pods in your suitcase (as we did) as there wasn't any detergent. It saved us from having to buy it there for only a couple of loads that we did. The Colony Cove complex was great, laid back the other owners were super nice, we spent a lot of evening hanging out at the pool (which was super clean). We grilled one night as well. With that said there is a supermarket 3 minutes away (by car). Which leads me the best part of all, the car. That was a super bonus and savings. We covered the whole island and used it as a changing room a lot of the times after an excursion. :) It took us a couple of days but realized that the garage door opener in the suv opens the gate which was great to not have to punch in the key code every time. One other note. You must go to Rowdy Joes for lunch or dinner. EXCELLENT best food on the island.

After spending almost 3 weeks on the Island a few things are very clear, gotta have a car, and the beaches are all public access. Having a car with this condo was awesome, can't go here without one! And the grounds, pool & and beach were nice, spent a good deal of time at the pool. All the beaches you want to go to in st. Croix (reminiscent of the 'caribbean ideal') are a short drive, and where everyone who wants to spend time on the beach go, and they are amazing! (Sandy point, Isaacs Bay, Cane Bay, Rainbow Beach). The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Full Kitchen and laundry was a plus. The comments that mention that's it's near 'public housing' are true but the whole island is that way except East End. We never felt unsafe, in the nice gated condo community. There's a great grocery FoodTown barely a mile down the street and Christiansted was maybe 5 minutes. Whitney was super helpful and we had an amazing trip!

We stayed at this property for a month and found it to be good, but was more cost than the value we received. While everything was functional, there were some maintenance issues. There were places where the paint was peeling, crack in the drywall on the ceiling, furniture was dated, the vehicle provided was older. The free rum bar is not really free. If you use a bottle, you're expected to replace it. On the positive side, this unit is in a good location. Christiansted is a short drive away and, since it's located mid-island on the north side, it's very easy to go either east or west to explore the island. There are numerous beaches on St Croix worth visiting from here and Breezez restaurant is a short walk down the beach. Other restaurants and two supermarkets are not too far away. St Croix is a wonderful little island and one of the friendliest places we ever travelled to. This unit could be a great place with a little TLC to make it more worth what you are paying for it.

The property was very nice. I LOVE the quilts! The people that maintain the property the condo is on are WONDERFUL!!! Very friendly and really nice. Whitney was very nice and a great person to deal with. Thank you for letting us use the car! It was such a great help! Although we got lost several times!! I would definitely recommend renting this condo! The free rum bar was nice (although we are not drinkers) but the biggest bonus was the use of the car. I cannot say enough about how nice the people are and the man Whitney uses to help with the guests was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Whitney for being a part of the great vacation.
