This property has been great for us. We were a grandma & Grandpa, our son and his 3 kids. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed and very private with a bathroom. Downstairs was a room with King bed and the other room had 2 queen beds. Big living area was good. This place doesn't have games or anything so bring your own. There's also only 4 dining chairs for the table and 2 tall barstools so for our family there wasn't enough room to all sit around the table. It was clean and quiet and the pool was directly in front of the unit. The instructions were clear to find the place and be able to get into the unit.

The location was great for our family trip. The home was just as described online: clean and with plenty of room for our family of 7. A possible recommendation would be to update the TV so that you can use a streaming service (Netflix Prime, etc.). Not many people travel with DVDs ;)! The only other issue, which was no fault of the owner of the condo, was that the hot tub for the community was out of service...and that was one of the reasons that we picked this location was for that amenity. Everything else was great, and we would visit again.

Location was perfect, pool and hot tub were nice even in March, downstairs neighbor was a little grouchy. When we pulled in and we’re taking our stuff out of the car he immediately asked us to be quiet because he has a baby sleeping but other than that everything was perfect and we loved it.

Great value, great location. It was clean, well organized, easy access, covered parking was great. Pool area was nice and had a decent gym. Quiet, and cozy. Loved how clean it was and the info directory was perfect.
If you find yourself in need of a place to stay in mesquite, this is as good as it gets. Will return for a winter golfing trip next year.

Nice condo right across from the pool— but still quiet. Good location especially for golf!! Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and pans— important for us because we cooked several meals. A few pans had missing lids.

Great place to stay in Mesquite
This was a wonderful place to stay for my family during a softball tournament. The place was clean, easy to check in, and offered a break from the usual cheap hotel feel.

Great location, clean place and great communication - it's a winner!
This property is in a great location just up the hill from the Eureka casino, providing rather quick access to the middle of town. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities I would want. Communication was great and I have zero complaints - I look forward to staying here again!

The place was perfect for our family trip. It was clean and in a great area. Very nice townhouse. Close to what we were in town for. We would definitely stay here again.

Holiday gathering
Loved this place with the exception of the keyless entry. Had trouble on our arrival and had to call the property manager to get help. He came right away and was so kind and helpful even though it was after midnight.

Great location, easy check in and out & clean property!
I didn't get the email/text about the check in process but once that was taken care of, or stay was lovely. The property management and owner were just delightful to work with and we loved our stay and are hoping we can come back in January and February again!

Easy to find. Check in process was smooth. The condo is clean. There was plenty of space for our group. The beds were comfy. The best part is the couches. We wanted to take them home. We had a great experience with this wonderful place we wanted to stay a few more days. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We have stayed at different condos in this complex. One of the best and smartest features of this particular unit was the window between the master and living space was closed off. We always felt a lack of privacy in the other units we have stayed. Thanks

Stayed here with my 2 sisters and it was perfect. We all had enough room, separate bedrooms, and the kitchen and living room was perfect.

Warm weather
This was the perfect place to stay. We went to Mesquite for a motorcycle race of our grandsons. The condo gave our family a place to call home, cook dinner, and get a goodnights sleep before the next days races. Everything was available except the swimming pool (Covid19), we will be repeat customers for sure.

Good location. Beds very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Furnace little noisy at night but not a huge deal. Loved the couches. Biggest issue was tenants below would smoke outside and made it hard for kids to want to be outside.

Great place to stay for our family. Close to everything. Only reason for 4 stars was the pool. We went in November and while it was decently warm outside the pool was freezing and the jacuzzi was shut down.

This condo was awesome! Only draw back was the check in process. We have stayed at plenty of VRBO properties but this was a first that we had to show up between a shirt 2hour window and the check in location wasn’t at the property. Other than that the condo was amazing.

This is a great condo - the location for golfing is Great. Two to four miles to all the courses in Mesquite. I you have a foursome and need a place to stay - this is your spot.
