We love this condo! We appreciate the cleanliness, getting to uses the beach towels and beach chairs, the entire building is clean and feels safe. We can't wait to come back next year!

Absolutely loved staying at Maria's condo! It was the perfect vacation spot for my husband and our little ones. My 2 month old always fell asleep when we sat outside on the balcony listening to the ocean. The views are spectacular and the grounds are very well maintained including the pool and entrance to the beach. This condo was the cleanest beach place I have ever stayed in and it had everything you could need. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and pots and pans and nice appliances. The bathrooms were updated well and very clean. And I appreciated that the beds were pretty comfortable considering we were staying for a week. I had such a good time that I want to book again for next year!

My family and I have stayed at various condos in the Florida and Myrtle Beach, SC, areas for many years. This condo is one of the cleanest and most well-equipped of them all. We have never returned to the same condo in the past but would definitely return to this one in the future.

Maria was fantastic - helped along the way with any concerns with VRBO.
Description is accurate however I would say one bedroom has 2 double beds vs the twins described. That was a bonus for our family to have kids in separate beds.
Beds are comfy and bedding is lovely. Lots of towels and beach towels, chairs and an umbrella!
The condo itself had everything! Cleaning supplies, sugar, spices, everything. There is plenty of space and the building itself is very nice with pool and hot tub. Parking is just outside of the entrance.
The area of Indian Shores has everything you need restaurants, bar, pharmacy and then 12 minutes away a large WalMart and Publix 8 minutes away.
We will be back next year with certainty!

We enjoyed our stay. The pool and beach are enjoyable. The rental is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable.

Beautiful,well- equipped clean condominium. Three bedrooms offered plenty of room for friends and family to visit. Coffee, cocktails and meals were all enjoyed daily from the balcony. Direct beachfront location was amazing for beach walks and enjoying the gulf. Heated pool and hot tub a bonus. Extremely convenient location to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shops!

We chose this property because of the reviews mentioning Maria’s care and attention to detail and our trip exceeded our expectations! This was our kids first time visiting a beach and seeing an ocean so emotions were running high. Nothing happened during our stay that dampened our spirits and the only thing damp was our eyes as we left. The access to the beach is so wonderful. The kids also loved the pool when they tired of the waves. Everything in the condo was as advertised and we had zero issues. We’re so thankful for such a wonderful experience and will look to return to Maria’s place in the future.

We wanted to be away from the chaos of Clearwater Beach, and the location of this condo was perfect for that. Great restaurants nearby and a gorgeous beach right out back. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo, very clean and fully stocked with all the necessities plus some. Amazing view of the beach, gulf, and icw. The pool and community were friendly and welcoming. The property needs minor tlc but for the most part was in great condition for its age.

It was such a laid back vacation. The condo was perfect for a family. Plenty of room, clean, and very well stocked. The owner was prompt and gracious.

I totally loved this condo. The decor was beachy and beautiful. The location was fantastic. On the beach. Great views from the balcony. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Comfortable, nicely decorated, mostly updated and well furnished condo. Plenty of carts to help unload groceries or baggage. Quick elevators! Bring an extension cord if you want to charge phone iN living room while watching TV. More towels would be nice.

We had a great stay in Indian Shores. The apartment has an incredible view of the ocean, is clean, and has everything you need for a fun and relaxing visit.

Maria is wonderful! This property is perfect and the view is gorgeous. We rode out our first hurricane during our stay and if ya have to be stuck indoors due to weather it's the place to be. There was nothing we needed that the condo didn't provide. We look forward to booking future stays with Maria and her condo.

Ideal location, charming low key beach town with wonderful dining options. Unit is right off the elevator balcony is comfortably furnished. Would return especially for the large saltwater pool!

After enjoying 15 years of our annual "girlfriends beach vacation" in Indian Shores, this condo is one of the best in Sand Castle 1. Maria was a joy to work with and the condo including the kitchen (because we like to cook) had everything we needed and was clean. Looking forward to more stays!!!

My party of 3 were very pleased with the property. It was very clean and laid out nicely. Very functional and fully equipped for an enjoyable stay. Building and grounds were nicely maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Maria was a great host and responded very quickly with the only issue we had which was only 1 TV that wasn't working properly. Ended up just needing a reboot. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This condo in Indian Shores is amazing!! The views from the 8th floor is picture perfect, the condo is well furnished and updated, and communication with the owner is timely and always helpful. Our kids enjoyed the large pool and hot tub.
