We really enjoyed our stay. It was a very comfortable space and the owner was very easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to go back.

If you’re looking, and it’s available, book it! My wife, 2 small pups, and I stayed a few nights and we absolutely loved it. Great, safe location down the street from the beach (not the dog beach though). It was well appointed, exceptionally clean, very comfortable, with a cool loft that is the best area of the house. Can’t say enough positive about it.

We're ready to buy this place :) We really loved the location, had everything we needed and the owner always responded to my emails very quickly. Hoping to return next year.

We stayed at here for the month of March 2018. Sea Monica had a well-equipped kitchen, lots of linens, nice outside spaces (3) and local owners who were helpful and responsive. Thanks, Kathy and Jimmy. You guys are great!

Jim and Kathy were great people and the location was very good. We felt for the cost of the rental, the couch and loveseat were not up to the quality that one might expect. They should have been replaced long ago. That is the only complaint I can make. Place was immaculate and well maintained other than couch and loveseat issue.

The townhouse was clean and generously stocked with appliances and household supplies. The owner was super helpful and responsive whenever we had a question. Best of all, the house is very close to the beach. Would recommend the townhouse for up to four people. Five stars!

This property became our home away from home for the month of March. Kathy and James were always available and helpful. The townhouse was clean and well equipped. The location is great because it is away from busy cocoa beach. The short walk to the beach was perfect. The owners have made some very nice upgrades. We walked to the cocoa beach pier several times and even to Dunkin Donuts. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The home was clean and there was plenty of room in kitchen cabinets and closets. We loved that it was just steps from the beach. While we were there we had some problems but Kathy took care of everything immediately. She was wonderful to work with. The outside areas off of the bedrooms are very nice. Nancy and Roman

We had a wonderful stay in Florida, the accommodations were great, we couldn't ask for more. The proximity to the beach was great.

Our family of four with two teenagers stayed the entire week. The place was clean and well appointed. One mention is that the kayak and bicycle but no longer available. Outside of that we had a wonderful time and it was a great location. The beach is very close to the house and is wonderful.

Beach is less than 3min walk from the condo. We liked the car port to park under. Made it easy to unload the car when it was raining. We had a great time.

We were 2 adults with small dogs and rented through January 2014. We found our stay to be delightful, with everything needed being right at hand. The unit was very clean and much of it was updated. Parking for several cars is possible. The beach was a short 5 minute walk away which was great. Stores and attractions were all very close as well. We especially enjoyed visiting Old Cocoa and the Kennedy Space Center. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative. Kathy was a joy to work with.

I took vacation with my adult daughter, her boyfriend and my 17 year old son. We arrived to find an impecably clean home. Kathy the owner stopped by shortly after we checked in and even called during the stay to see how everything was and inquire if we needed anything. It looked exactly like the pictures. The property is a block away from the beach, and offered free of charge beach amenities such as chairs, umbrella, a cooler and boogie boards. My children and I enjoyed many hours on those boards! We got such great sun tans! The home is located within an hour of Orlando and it was so convientent for traveling to the Orlando amusement parks. There was a grill we used multiple times to cook on, and two different patios with nice furniture sets to sit and eat. The surrounding neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, something most people look for on a vacation. I would recommend this property to families with children of all ages, or just friends who want a nice quiet place for relaxation or some fun in the sun. I will definately stay there again.

I shared this house with several others for the NASA Tweetup for the final space shuttle launch. The owner was a joy to work with, and the location is fantastic -- only about 500 yards from the water. I would highly recommend this to any traveler, especially for those in town to see a launch or participate in a NASA Tweetup (Social).

We thoroughly enjoyed our months stay and would recommend the accommodations highly. The property was exactly as pictured and everything was very neat and clean. We found lots of good eating places, golf and shopping. It was very fun to see the big cruise ships coming in and out.
