i love my myrtle beach vacation the condo is beautiful. the property is well cared for definitely returning

Great area and property,just needs some updating..

This was a decent condo, but not great. I could tell that it has had a lot of traffic. Definitely needs painted / general maintenance. The elevators to our tower were out the first two days we were there, and only 1/2 got repaired. Overall, not a bad experience, and the price was good, so we were satisfied. The beach was great and the area has lots of restaurants and things to do.

We had no problems renting the place at the last minute.

Was very Pleased with the resort. Wasnt really expecting it to be a resort. Would definately recommend to others. Reasonably priced and it was right on the beach!

Communication with property mgmt was very good! Unit was sizeable enough for our needs. Could use a few updates ie: paint, deeper cleanliness, sofa could stand to be updated but still overall a nice place. Pool area and beach access was perfect. Elevators were quicker than most out of any resort I've stayed!

The condo is right on the ocean so no complaints there. I received no fewer than 10 emails from the property manager reminding me of all the ways I would lose my deposit or be charged if I did anything not allowed! Also, if you stay here be warned that you need to allow at least 20 min between showers as I took an ice cold shower after my friend was in there for 5 min. The condo is very small and you’ll need to bring beach chairs and towels. If the property manager hadn’t emailed me and texted me so much I may reconsider my review.

We always stay at Beach Cove when in NMB. We have booked directly through Beach Cove as well as through 3rd parties before and we would absolutely stay there again; however, we would not rent through Julie/Big Fish Rentals again. A note specifically for Beach Cove, we have always stayed in building C which directly faces the beach. This unit (and likely all of the 1 bedroom units) faces another building which diminishes privacy on the balcony. I will say, the unit was nicely updated (with the exception of the carpet but it’s a beach condo… and that’s not uncommon). First, the small things. The listing states that there are 2 queen beds - they’re doubles. The listing also states that you’ll have everything in the kitchen that you would need. As long as 4 different sized plates, coffee mugs, and one champagne flute fits your needs then you’ll be fine. In the bathroom, there was dust running down the side of the HVAC closet. Gross. And when you turn on the water in the shower, black debris came out more than once. When we went to call down to the lobby to ask where the ice machines were, we discovered that the phone cords from both phones had been removed. While none of these things independently ruined our vacation, the combination of them made me question my decision to book this unit. The night before we arrived, we received an email asking if we’d like to come a night earlier as the unit was available. While that wasn’t an option for us, we were hopeful that we could get in before 4pm the following day. We received the door code at 4:05pm. Granted, we didn’t pay for early check-in but getting in earlier (after knowing the unit didn’t need to be cleaned because there was no one there) would have been a nice touch to go out of the way by the management company. What ultimately solidified our decision to never go through this company again we’re the emails and texts. Incessant emails… with all capital letters, bold font, and highlighting. We received 5 emails in a three day time span regarding the rules. I get it. However, with everything they threatened to charge for, I was terrified to touch anything. We even received a text message our first morning during breakfast about not staining the towels or we’d be charged. It was simply too much. I felt like I was a teenager again being threatened by my parents. I’ve never experienced this booking elsewhere. Stay at Beach Cove but book your room elsewhere so you can relax.

This one bedroom condo was exactly what we needed - with a great ocean view also. Clean and very functional space.

The property was clean but very dated. I was provided with 1 towel and 1 washcloth for a Wed-Sat stay. When I asked for clean linens they told me it would be a charge. I thought this was ridiculous. The shower pressure very low. One elevator was broke so the lines for the elevators were extremely long. I would recommend this to a bunch a young people who want to go out and party or maybe a family with 2 small kids. Certainly not for an older crowd with 4 star standards.

Do not come here

This is a clean one bedroom apartment. easy access to the beach and all the hotel amenities. Also barefoot landing is only a 5 minute drive,

The resort was nice, pools were great, access to beach was great, room was just what we needed. Had great communication with property manager, quick to respond.

Super convenient location with beautiful view of ocean and pools below. Staff was friendly. Owner allowed us to check in an hour early which was appreciated after long drive with children. Room was clean and comfy. Convenient walk from elevator to room. I would have given a 5 if it weren’t for fact that lazy river was out of service our entire stay. There is not ice machines on every floor and 1 of the 3 that was available was not working. The elevators were super slow and small so we waited in line for an elevator for extended periods of time. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room was excellent and just as advertised. Great oceanfront room. The room is updated, however the property it’s self is older but still nice. Julie was very responsive to any inquiries we had and checked on us a couple of times during our stay. We loved that we didn’t have to check in/out at the front desk, as a couple of the resort front desk employees were not that pleasant or helpful when we did inquire about some things in the area. Overall we had a very nice long weekend getaway. The 4 of us (2 adults & 2 children) slept well in the beds.

Propery managers were very available. One of the elevators broke every day I was there, had to climb 9 flights of stairs one day and one of the hot tubs was broken as well.

We loved the condo! Very clean! Perfect location! Right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean.

We would definitely come back!🏖Condo was just as pictured, with great views of the beach and pool area.😁All the necessities that were needed were there and Julie was easy to communicate with. I would have a few request if I were to come back to stay again. First, it would be nice if large beach towels and beach chairs were available to use (especially if you fly, it’s hard to pack these items) and second, an additional non-stick frying pan to cook with and large plastic cups with lids to take to the beach. Otherwise we had everything we needed. 🌟We had a good time. Thank you!

Found this place and fell in love! Its nicely decorated with everything you could need. The tiki bar at the pool on the way to the beach is awesome for fruity cocktail drinks! The palm trees thruout the resort make you think you are in the Caribbean and Julie is great to work with and the beds couldnt be more comfy! The resort has done updates and everything looks awesome! Cant wait for next year!

My family of 3 enjoyed this condo. It is exactly what the Dr. ordered. This condo has amazing views and we woke up to an amazing sunrise our first morning! Julie was a great host! She responded almost immediately if I had any questions! This was the first time my family and I used Vrbo, and it was a great experience. This condo is in an awesome location. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo. Great views, extremely clean, location location location. Julie goes above and beyond to make our stay perfect, fast response, great communication!!! Condo offers great views and is very close to bare foot landing. Julie was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip. We had a great time and will definitely book this condo again! The cleanliness and ease of check in left me with a great first impression. As the week went on we fell more and more in love with the living room view and amazing location. Thank you so much Julie!

Our family loved this condo, it was cleaned very well when we arrived. It is a beautiful property located steps from the beach! We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Julie has thought of every detail to insure your stay is relaxing and carefree. We highly recommend this beautiful condo! Clean condo, quiet building just steps from the beach! Beautiful view from the balcony! Close to some great restaurants (try Rockefellers Raw Bar). Very relaxing and pleasant! I’ll be back! The condo has everything you need and lots of little extras. I would highly recommend this rental property if you're looking for a comfortable spot to get away for some R&R.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo was clean, our view from the balcony was awesome and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Julie(the host) were courteous and helpful. She is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. This beach front property has a beautiful sunrise & the view of the beach was amazing. Restaurants and an amusement park are within minutes of this location. The waterfront location was most important to me and this place was perfect. Great location and amazing views! Julie was great to work with and quite gracious and checked in on us several times during our stay. We had a wonderful time there. Great location, extra clean, cute decor, fantabulous view!!! Can’t wait to go back! If I could give this condo 10 stars I would.
