The place is the actual house as advertised. Situated in a very quiet and good neighborhood. The owner of the house communicated really well. I wished that dishwasher was working when we stayed. Nevertheless, that didn’t spoiled us to enjoy the house. Lori offered to get it fixed though. I will definitely stay here again if I need a place to stay in SoCal.

We selected the property for it’s convenient location to Disneyland, the bedroom set up and the price. It worked well for all of that. The house was not as clean as you would expect, crumbs in one of the beds, mold in one of the bathrooms, overgrown weeds in the back yard and stains on pillow cases. The house also needs some minor maintenance that could be taken care of by a handyman in one day. Towel rails falling off the wall, hole in bedroom wall, faucet wobbly and leaking and just general freshen up needed. The wifi was very sporadic and there was no TV remote or any instructions on how to access the TV. Overall okay for what we needed but a little disappointing based on the photos on VRBO.

The house locates in a very nice neighborhood. We really enjoyed the view from the deck and the house is very neat and clean. Lori, the host, is very accommodating for our needs.

This property was perfect for our Disneyland vacation. It was nestled in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to many restaurants, grocery and department stores. Our trips to and from the Disney parks were an easy 12 to 20 minutes Uber ride, depending on the time of day and traffic. The home itself was spacious enough for our party of 10, with the youngest member being my niece at 18 months and the oldest member was my dad who is 70. The owners were amazing and very accommodating, always promptly answering any of our questions or concerns. The contactless check-in process was super easy and the door locking mechanism was extremely convenient for members of our group who wished to depart or return to the property at different times. We did not encounter any issues and we would definitely stay here again for our next Disney trip. Thank you, Lori & Jim, for allowing your home to be our home away from home!

Home was clean and check in was a breeze. Four bedrooms perfectly fit our group size. Quick and easy drive to Disney. Nice neighborhood.

The home was spacious and very clean. My family of 6 and my husband’s parents had a blast...we planned two days at Disney and one at the beach but got rained on the last day so we headed to Downtown Disney. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the home made it comfortable to stay together.

The check-in and directions were excellent. Communications with the owners was easy, and they answered all of our questions promptly. The property is a lovely layout and very spacious; would easily accommodate two families or, like us, a family with older children so they have their own space. The neighbourhood was quiet and we felt very at ease there. Nicely decorated to make it feel homely. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property and the owners come highly recommended. Good position for visits to Disneyland parks.

The owner was very responsive. We were a little confused on how to get in but that was on me. I e connected with the owner within minutes. The home was very specious and had a great feel to it. There were three couples and young kids staying here and it accommodated us amazingly! We would stay again.

This was a nice house with lots of beds/sleeping options! The 2 bathrooms were updated & nice. Not too far from Disneyland/beaches. The kitchen cabinets could use a good scrub down & new liners, as well as new pans & cooking utensils. The towels & sheets should be replaced as well. Overall a nice place.

We had a funeral and needed to cut our trip short. The hosts were understanding with great communication.

Perfect setup for our family vacation to Disneyland and surrounding areas. Great public spaces with comfy bedrooms. Cute & quiet neighborhood. Host was easy to work with, communicated check-in info in a timely manner and responded to questions quickly.

This trip was a quick trip to SoCal for the weekend and the home was great. We didn't spend much time there other than sleeping but the home fit our needs perfectly. There were plenty of beds and rooms. The check in was easy as was the check out. Communication with the owner was very easy and they were very prompt in their responses. We did other things during this trip, but I plan on coming back to do a trip to Disneyland and Knotts since it is so close to both of them.

Our family was gathering for my Dads wake. We had events in La Mirada and La Habra Heights, and this house was located well. We had Eight adults (3 couples). The bedrooms, bathrooms and large living room seating areas were perfect for us. Our host communicated well and answered our questions quickly.

Overall the property was nice. In a great neighborhood and close to a trail for walking. We loved that. The house is roomy and unique in design with living room on one level and the bedrooms and kitchen a couple of steps up in different directions. The linens could use an update. They are very worn. There were patches on some of the walls. That may be recent work that's not quite finished but it was a bit of an eyesore. The general housekeeping could be a bit better too. It wasn't so bad we couldn't stay but we had to wipe down the dining room table to use it. Several of the dishes we pulled out of the cupboard were not washed clean. Also, there are two cars stored on the property. The listing is very clear about having only two parking spaces and no on the street parking. (the street is narrow) However, if the owners found some other place for their extra cars there could be parking for 3 in the driveway and one in the garage (if they cleared it out also) Fortunately, we were able to mostly carpool but it would have been nice to have more parking. The bathrooms were nice. There is no central air but wall units in each room that worked very well.

This home exceeded my expectations! Open space, bright, cozy, clean, and beautiful! The pictures don't do justice on how it looks in person. The owners did a great job of staying in communication with me when I had questions and responded in a timely manner. This home was great and would definitely recommend it to any family who needs a place to stay.

The home is spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Newly remodeled bathrooms … all looks newly remodeled. Nice view from the eating area. It was perfectly situated for our needs. The neighborhood is as advertised, super quaint. The owners are responsive and easy to work with. Everything was just perfect.
