The property was nice and clean, and was just a short walk to a beach. It was a nice location for our visit with family. Communication was easy, timely and pleasant. During our stay we encountered a minor issue which was addressed immediately and professionally by the property manager.

Title of property on VRBO includes the words "new" and "luxury". I wouldn't include either. This property is not new by any stretch. And luxury, not so much. It is, however, a nice place to stay. There are alot of stairs, so not for those who don't do well with stairs. Great restaurants nearby! Great private beach as well.

The stay was better than a 5 Star Hotel , the location is majestic especially the sun sets from the private beach. Anyone wishing for some Beautiful Peace and Quiet retreat this is the place. And it’s minutes from anywhere you’d like to explore. Enjoy and may you also be Blessed.

I wanted to surpirse my son for his 50th birthday and booked a long weekend getaway. Everything was wonderful and he loved it. So did I 👍

This is was just what we wanted for our family vacation. The home was beautifully decorated and clean, the amenities were plentiful, the kitchen was stocked with every utensil needed and they location was really convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. I was surprised to find extras all throughout the home from shampoo, trash bags, cleaning supplies, and seasoning for cooking, of course we replaced what we used for the next occupants. I would definitely stay here again. Mary was very clear on her communications for check in and check out. The property manager allowed us early entry and very professional. Zero concerns. We checked in, enjoyed our stay, cleaned up after ourselves and checked out.

The townhouse we stayed in was very clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with necessities and extras. The layout was perfect for my husband and me as well as our three teens. We enjoyed the beach and pools although we missed the jet skis that were in the listing but no longer available on-sight. Our host was easy to contact as well.

My husband and I stayed with another couple and your place was perfect for us. Very pretty and clean. Had everything we needed. The whole resort was very nice with a lot to do. I suggest the Lattitude Tour boat ride. It was very nice.

The property is clean, safe and comfortable. You can enjoy the pools, beach and pickleball/tennis courts. There is also the marina with some water tours available. All amenities are within walking distance, however if you need to drive you should know they charge to park at the parking lots, even if your just going to play pickleball or tennis for an hour.

Three college friends getting together annually. This property was clean, beautiful and centrally located to everything we wanted along the Gulf Coast. We loved it!

We had a great stay. The condo was well set up and comfortable. We found a few kids toys in a closet and lots of beach toys, chairs, etc in the garage. When you walk in there is an ad for renting an electric golf cart. We called on our first day and were able to rent one for a week stay for a very reasonable rate and it greatly enhanced our trip. The listing pics don't do the beach area justice. We somehow only ate at the beach side restaurant but it was very good. The swimming pools were nice (we wish they kept them a little warmer, but still very workable for our Feb stay, and the hot tub area was quite hot). We also enjoyed the shuffle board, bean bags, etc that they had at the community clubhouse area near the main pool we hung out at (the one with the hot tub). I will caution that if you have a sensitive nose, you may want to see if the host might put away some of the potpourri (was in nearly every room) and the scented plugins before your stay. The Florida air did clear it out nicely after we tucked them just out on the porch. Also, I'd advise paying close attention to the contract they will send over as it has important details about the stay, including that the property management company is the main one to contact during your stay. Overall a fantastic trip with the family. We would be very excited to come back and stay here again.

We loved the area , especially the private beach! Everyone around were so friendly. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.

Ruskin is conveniently located for traveling south along the coast. We enjoyed the restaurants beaches and a Muriel Anderson concert in Venice. Easy drive from Ruskin. Town home was clean and fresh, with views of water.

Great hostess communications and a fun place to visit! Would recommend this for a future stay.

Close to several beaches. Beautiful sunset

Amenities were great. Didn’t make it to pool but ate at restaurant, took walk on beach and walked the property. Extremely clean, used washer dryer, sat on deck each morning. Owners left shampoo/conditioner/soap/coffee/tea/washer tablets, etc. so appreciated. Great king size bed. Would rent again for except too far from where we dropped my daughter off to college.

All of this property was great. Had a pool nearby. Had a great beach. Restaurants up the street were great. Great unknown area.

Communication was great and the place was comfortable and clean. Mary was always quick to get back to us and Rufina answered right away. Some of the items in the garage were broken which was a bummer after hauling it down to the beach, but since those were kind if bonus items anyway it wasn't a big deal. My ONLY complaint, which isn't something the host has control over was the beach. It was NASTY. It was covered in green goopy algae or seaweed and stunk. Not the crystal clear beaches I'd dreamt of showing my kids. We ended up driving back and fourth 45 minutes or so to Mantatee Beach. If I'd have known I probably would have picked a spot closer to that beach to save on the commute.

Mary’s townhome was the perfect fit for my family for our short stay in Florida visiting family and attending a wedding. The community was quiet and quaint, the beach and pool were nice and spacious. My daughter enjoyed the beach toys and the property manager and Mary were both very responsive to our questions and check in was a breeze.

The property was in great shape, all the decor was upscale and in good condition. We had a blast on the property, the pool and hot tubs were nice, the little beach with water sports rental and boat rental right there was amazing. Having a good restaurant in the complex right on the beach was also good. We had a blast and will be back.
