Loved it short walk to beach. Great pool

Beautiful house and pool, very gracious host. Even with a couple rainy days everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

This vacation property had everything that we needed, and more! Our family thoroughly enjoyed how roomy the home is, and how the house stayed true to the theme of a beach house! There were so many things to do here, from the games provided, the pool and hot tub, a huge outdoor grill, and of course, the beach! Our host Karen was easy to communicate with and so accommodating too. It was a pleasure to work with her! My family is already asking when we can come back! This was hands down the best vacation ever!!

A group of friends that have become family wanted to get away for the long weekend. This house was amazing and the perfect place for us to gather and enjoy the beach, pool and most importantly, each other! Karen was wonderful to work with and very communicative. The checking process was easy, the book left at the property made it easy and outlined expectations for the checkout process. We had everything we needed to make us comfortable while we were there. The kitchen had plenty of baking dishes, silverware, plates/bowls/cups and storage space for our large trip to the grocery. The washer and dryer was lovely and allowed us to keep up on laundry and wash beach towels each night. The beach was so close and easy to get to. The waves were intense, but the kids loved it! There is an outdoor shower that made it supper easy to rinse off and hop straight into the pool when we got back. We could easily grill out back and keep an eye on the kids as well, which was nice! As a side note, plan to walk up to the pier and look at the fish and/or go fishing. You do have to pay to get on the pier, which we did not know at first. However, you have a clear view of stingrays and so many other cool things. Crab hunting at night was also a lot of fun, be prepared to have a flashlight and to see tons of them all over the beach. 10/10 recommend visiting and enjoying time with your group.

It was so easy and great experience

Short jaunt over to the beach, pool to enjoy when we weren't beaching it. Everyone from ages 1 to 65 had a fabulous time.

This house is beautiful, the pictures don't do justice. Karen's house has everything you need to relax and have a good time with your family. The house is walking distance to two ice cream shops, a pier and the beach of course. The owner is super responsive and organized. We highly recommend this place!

Wow !!! What a great stay at Karen’s place. She was more than hospitable and eager to help my family’s stay be as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the pool and were more than impressed by the cleanliness of the house. Hopefully we will get to stay with them again in the near future !!!

Her property is immaculate and beautifully decorated. She is absolutely the most organized host we have encountered in many beach rentals. I would definitely go back. And we even managed to have some good weather . Location is perfect too . Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Made my moms Mother’s Day and my sons birthday.

The house is nicely appointed, nicely decorated overall, clean, and updated. It is in a nice location - very close to the beach, with a couple access walk options. The pool table, pool, and outdoor showers are great to have, we used the pool quite a bit. There is a nice view of the ocean from the front of the house/deck. The property manager/owner was communicative throughout, and we had no issues whatsoever.

This home was absolutely lovely! Amazing amount of space and great location right by the beach. We spent all of our time hanging out by the pool. Such a great time and would definitely recommend staying here for your next vacation!!

We had a great time at this house. It was well equipped and everyone enjoyed the stay. The pool was very nice and with small children, a big hit. Beach access was close, a short walk. I would recommend this house and consider staying there again. Communication with the owner was prompt.

The house was excellent, and Karen was an awesome host. The home has a nice view of the ocean, as well as a pool and hottub. The home was also very clean and spacious for our group. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the property!

We were surprised with this house. They should take new pictures because the ones online do not do it justice. The spaces were much bigger than we were expecting. There was enough room for our group of 13 and we never felt cramped. The house was stocked with a lot of the necessary supplies, and the location was perfect. We had horrible weather but this house still made our trip enjoyable. The pool and pool table were great to have.

Amazing view and close to beach access! Lovely clean well equipped home for 4 families who enjoyed all the special details, cleanliness and comfort at this ideal vacation choice! Our first family reunion was amazing and owners very helpful answering all questions! Superior rating by all!

Property was very relaxing!! Lots of great outdoor seating. Kitchen had everything you needed for meal prep and serving which was wonderful. The outdoor shower was a hit with everyone. Walk to beach was even easier than we thought. Karen was amazing! She was available at all hours for questions or concerns. Will surely we heading back!

We had a fantastic time celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday at Carolina12. There were 11 of us and we were perfectly comfortable. The pool and hot tub were really fun, but we also spent a good amount of time in the pool (billiard) downstairs and the spacious living/dining room upstairs. The proximity to the beach (a very short walk to the public entrance) was key and we walked there every single day. The only negative was that we had to bring our own towels, which is tricky when flying a family of 5, but this was very clear in the documents and Karen also clarified this so we came prepared. Altogether a wonderful vacation and we hope to return in the near future.

The house fit our family perfectly with the combination of bedrooms and bathrooms. We made full use of the beach, the pool and the pool table. Thank you.

Very clean and updated. Tons of space! Only recommendation we would have is to include bath towels.

The house is striking from the get-go with it's coral coated outside. The amenities were great. I wake up early in the morning, so it was nice to curl up on the swing facing the ocean. My group and I spent many an evening relaxing in the hot tub and many an afternoon at the pool table. The kitchen was well-equipped, which was a step up from other properties we had been at in the past. We cooked all our meals inside, so it was very nice to have everything we could need. We would be happy to stay here again.

Highly recommend staying here. It has everything you need - close beach access, pool, and hot tub. Very pretty house and super clean.
