We had an extended weekend getaway in Breckenridge. This condo is well appointed with a stunning kitchen. Perdect 2 bed/2 bath condo for 2 couples to enjoy a weekend in the mountains. We did attend the Breckenridge Oktoberfest which was a 5 minute walk from the condo. We enjoyed this condo so much that we plan on booking it again for next Fall

Place location is very good. Close to everything in town. My only issue is that it has carpets on the rooms, my allergies were very strong during my staying.

Overall we had a great time and it was a great property. A few cons: The freezer door was broken and wouldn't shut all the way, we found this issue in previous stays comments. Check-in wasn't smooth at all, the front desk didn't have our check-in information and that took a few calls to sort out. Pretty frustrating and nerve wracking when you think you may not have a place to stay when you arrive.

I researched this unit and read every review listed on vrbo before we came on the trip, because I was concerned about the lack of a 5 star rating on this property. Things that turned out to be accurate and true about this unit are the amazing location, the excellent communication with the management company, the spacious living room and well kept up and beautiful bathrooms. They also provided fans and humidifiers that were clean and well kept. The issue I have with this unit is that it is listed as high end, and yet there are many problems with the kitchen appliances. The ice maker in the fridge does not work at all (although we asked at the desk and they did provide bags of ice for us on request), the dish washer bottom rack is missing all of its wheels, plus the soap does not disperse through the machine, but runs down the door, the tea kettle spout is melted off, the microwave above the stove has a large sign saying out of service (a small one is placed on the counter), and after reading the review for the week before mine, I was too scared to try the stove for fear it wouldn’t turn off! Did these things ruin our trip…no…BUT when the first words in your listing title are HIGH END, you expect better than this. More important is the fact that everything but the stove issue has been noted in these reviews here since at least last December and nothing has been done about them. These issues dampen what is truly a unit in one of the best locations in Breckenridge!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property looked nice upon initial entry and set-up wise, is family friendly. However, we found ourselves extremely dissappointed with the quality of the unit at the premium associated. Our issues were 5-fold:1) Ice Maker - The ice maker did not function and after communication with the property mgmt team, still were not able to resolve nor were we offered a simple ice tray so that we could make our own. 2) Master ceiling fan - simply did not work, so we had to resort to using a noisy box fan that cluttered an already small master.3) Oven - The oven works; however, it seemingly does not like to be turned off. After using the oven several times, each time when we initially attempted to turn off the oven (despite the dials all showing off), it remained on. Each time we would have to play with the knobs until something "clicked" and the unit finally turned off. This can obviously be a safety hazard for those with children and also heats up the living space which can already be warm in the summer.4) Dishwasher - The dishwasher operates, so this gripe is more of ease of use and lack of upkeep. The unit is missing many of the lower wheels that aid the bottom drawer in sliding out, so laborsome to pull out the drawer and then return to the washer.5) Hot water - One early evening we lost hot water completely. The property mgmt staff were friendly and prompt to respond; however, there was no transpanecy as to what was being done to remedy. Indication was made that they would work with the building maintenance team to address, though no time table for resolution or updates were provided. We simply had hot water available a couple hours later...The overall experience left us wanting. Very dissappointed in the quality of the property and would advise against staying here. Would be a bit more accepting of these issues at a "value" property not one carrying the premium this presently does.
