The property is in a great location surrounded by Fir and Aspen trees. Plenty of space for family gathering, eating, deck space and parking for five vehicles (rare in this area). This is our second time staying here and will stay again.

This was a nice well kept cabin. Everything was well stocked, other than bringing our food we didn't have lack of anything. Everything was in working order. Only thing to be aware of there was a small strip of dirt road to get to the cabin but that wasn't any problem. It rained on one of our days so it got a little muddy. When we got to the property I didn't realize how far up the mountain it was and initially I thought that would be a problem but being early summer there was never any traffic and the area was very quiet and nice to stay at. We booked the cabin as a central location to get to the national parks around the area. It was a little more of a drive to get to and from the parks but in the end it was worth it and it was nice to get back to a much cooler temperature after a long day of hiking.

This was a great cabin to stay in with my kids (3-11) for a weekend getaway. It’s close to hikes and not too far from town. Thanks!

We are ten adults, all related, who stayed in this beautiful cabin for a two-day retreat. It is a beautiful 3-level house with two master suites (bedrooms and bathrooms), two additional bedrooms, and two additional bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have double or queen beds, some with trundle beds under them. There are several couches in the living areas as well. The kitchen is wonderful! It is fully stocked with everything you need! Just bring the food. And the living room is beautiful and comfy, with a cozy fireplace. We didn't use the spa or the barbecue, so I can't comment on those, but everything about our stay was wonderful! Check-in was a breeze. The setting, in the middle of so many gorgeous trees, was magical. Thank you for making our retreat so perfect!

Exactly as described. Hot tub was amazing! Worked so well for 2 families- 2 master suites and then plenty of kids space and lots of extra sleeping space. We had a blast!

Very spacious cabin in great location. The hot tub didn't get hot enough to use a second time, it was warm, but not hot.

The cabin was very spacious for 3 families with young children. The communication with the owner was great and she even let us check in early. It’s very close to the ski lifts and we had a great time!

April's cabin was the perfect space for 3 small families. It is in a beautiful location, only a few minutes from Brian Head. We loved the hot tub and the kids really enjoyed their own space to play upstairs and watch movies in the theater room. I really appreciated April's great communication. She was incredibly kind and quick to respond.

We enjoyed the cabin very much!! It was well equipped with everything we needed. Spacious and very fun. We will definitely go back.

Convenient for all ages

This is our second annual cabin trip at the same cabin and we have had nothing but great experiences. The cabin itself is beautiful, spacious and has everything that you can think of to make you feel at home & complete. I would recommend staying here.

We had 7 dirt bikes and there were tons of trails near by to keep us occupied and having fun. It’s a great house tucked into the woods in a great place that is easily accessible from the main road. It’s also less than half a mile from a little country store for those last minute things you might need. The hot tub is great and there is a theater room with a wide selection of available movies. 👍🏻

The cabin has character. A bit outdated. The floors were dirty, one bathroom toilet had urine on the seat. The towels hanging in the bathrooms were stiff, like they had been used and not washed. There was mouse poop and the mice were very active at night. Overall the house was comfortable, plenty of beds. But it was not clean at all. I spent the first hour cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. It would be nice to be given the cleaning deposit back since I had to the cabin before my guests arrived.

Easy checkin. Kid and family friendly. Well stocked kitchen. Home is a bit dated in some areas but it served our purposes well.

Had a wonderful stay at this cozy little cabin in the mountains. The property is surrounded by trees and makes for a very secluded and peaceful experience. Lots of room for people to congregate and play. Beds were comfortable. Very happy with the experience!

Renting was smooth and easy. Emails were answered quickly.

We enjoyed the surprise winter stay! The home has everything you need and the kitchen is well stocked! It is equal distance from Zion and Bryce! Thankyou for the family memories!

This place was perfect for our two families traveling together. Everyone was able to fit into bedrooms, there were numerous beds and cots in case we needed extra sleeping arrangements. The main level had an ample living room, great table and a perfectly sized kitchen. Kids were able to play in snow in the backyard. The mudroom on the bottom level was the perfect place for all our skiing and snowboarding boots as well. We loved everything about staying here and hope to come back to this exact house again sometime! Excellent communication with host, as well.

Hey beautiful cabin in Brian Head. Had every amenity you could possibly need… Including hot tub, games, and plenty a room to sleep. Great accommodations for large families. My communication with host was excellent… Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We booked this cabin as a graduation trip for our son. It was so nice to have my kids all together under one roof. There was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was more than stocked. Everything was clean and it was easy to get to town. There were so many more beds than we needed.
