Our extended family stayed at Sea Sea Sea over spring break (March 2024). Although the property looks unassuming from the outside, the inside was lovely. The 3 king rooms with en suites were great for our older family members. The 4th king room had its own nearby bath and was perfect for our other couple. The kids had plenty of space in the two rooms with bunk beds and jack-and-jill bathroom. The owners do a great job of providing beach and bath towels, soaps, paper products, you name it. The kitchen was very well stocked to allow cooking (when wanted). The large table was fantastic for family dinners and playing cards at night. The pool, patio, private beach...all of it was fantastic and made our week on the island amazing. Highly recommend a boat charter for a day to snorkel, feed the rays, check out the star fish, etc. Snorkeling with the sea turtles at the Turtle Centre was worth the cost of admission (in our opinions). Tukka in East End was delicious! We had a great visit and loved the quiet of the Rum Point community. Would absolutely return and rent Sea Sea Sea again. 10 stars!

Location & accommodations couldn’t have been more perfect for our growing family. Pool was in constant use & was pleased to find a float made for infants available. Kayaks & bikes used a lot. We are frequent visitors of GC since 1970‘s & much prefer this side of the island to the extremely overcrowded 7 Mile beach. Really good vibes!

This stay was fabulous! 3 king ensuites, 1 king with nearby bath and 2 rooms with twin bunks and adjoining bath. Kitchen had all necessary equipment. House was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely revisit.

We had a two family group and this was the perfect place for all of the age groups to have an amazing time. The beach was the highlight with the best snorkeling right off the shore. We saw more fish here than the expensive snorkel tour we took. The proximity to rum point with the jet skis and restaurant only added to the already incredible location. The house had everything we needed to make family dinners and I loved the large dining table so we could all be together at night playing games. The older kids loved the ping pong table and kayaks. The host set us up with transportation from the airport and he was so nice we used his services for large group outings a few more times on the trip. Five star perfect get away and we would 100% stay here again.

Our family came to celebrate our 40th anniversary and this trip exceeded all of our expectations! The managers were so helpful and prompt in responding! The house is AMAZING and the location just perfect. We loved the pool, the beach and the access to Rum Point, Sting Ray city, and Starfish beach. And the round table that allowed all of us to eat together

The house overall was great! No complaints there. The beach was advertised as being beautiful. It was covered in sargassum. We weren’t able to snorkel at the house. This is one of the reasons we picked this house. We couldn’t take the kayaks either. This was another reason we picked this house. Would have been nice to have a heads up.

The house was beautiful. Our handicapped family had ease moving around the plus. Gigi was great to communicate when we had a question or needed more gas for the propane.

This place was paradise! The house was comfortable and well equipped. The views were gorgeous and the breeze off the water was always comfortable. The management company was very responsive to any of our questions or issues. Truly wonderful people! The Northside is a much slower pace then the rest of the island. Sea, Sea, Sea, felt like our own private resort. We had a group of ten from age 8 to 47 and everyone said this was their favorite vacation. The snorkeling was world class, right off of the beach. I would definitely book this house again. Rum Point and Kaibo are also very close to the house and amazing placing to visit!

The pool is glorious, and a great addition! The alarms on the doors, and the heavy patio doors kept our 3 year old granddaughter safe, a feature we truly appreciated. The location is in a very quite neighborhood, especially since Rum Point is under construction. It's close to Kaibo, as well as the East End restaurants, so it's up to you if you want to go to town. Be advised though, it's about a 45 minute drive through multiple left sided, two lane roundabouts! The North side Beach is somewhat trashy, as we picked up lots of plastic from the ocean. The seagrass washed up on the beach is plentiful, and hosted a lot of sand fleas/noseeums/mosquitos (whatever you would like to call them). It did make beach walking slightly less enjoyable, but we snorkeled and kayaked from the house multiple times anyway. It was worth the effort and snorkeling gets better the farther out you go. I consider all of the trash and seagrass a problem that can't be solved. Fortunately, the house has a very deep beach, so there was plenty of sand to enjoy. Thank you for sharing your home, having great property managers, and letting us celebrate as a family again after 15 years. The island has lost a lot of beach all around it, but still a beautiful place and people!

We had the most incredible stay at this 6-bed, 5-bath beachfront home in Northside Grand Cayman! The house had it all - a spacious dinner table, refreshing AC, a private pool, a fun-filled ping pong table, 3 bicycles for exploring, and brand new snorkel equipment. The abundance of pool toys kept everyone entertained. Inside, we found a well-stocked library of books, a variety of games, and a TV for cozy evenings. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views and easy access to the beach. Snorkeling is very shallow area but has abundant animal life. This vacation home truly exceeded our expectations, providing a luxurious and memorable experience for all. No high chair is available but you can rent one, $75/week. Janet’s taxi was awesome, highly recommend. There are 3 bicycles. Biking time to rum point is 10 minutes, Kaibo marina is 20 minutes, starfish point is 25 minutes. Grocery delivery is Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from Hurleys. Big one time fee then it’s normal price. Highly recommend bug spray for outdoors! Cats visit the back patio (in case you’re allergic).

We were delighted when we first arrived at night to find this wonderful spacious house. The property inside was decorated with lovely beach colors accenting the decor. The outside was beautiful with plenty of seating and lovely ocean views and sunsets. It was comfortable, had a well equipped kitchen, water/pool toys and a ping pong table for additional entertainment. It had a large T.V but we never used it because were enjoying the outside area so much. We loved being away from the hustle of the hotel area and had our own private beach right in front of the house. We explored different activities in the area, like diving, snorkeling and excursions to other nature spots. Also in our explorations we found access to a number of local beaches which were not crowded at all for this time of the year in April. If you want a real treat visit this amazing place in the Grand Caymans. Our whole family agreed that this was our best vacation ever.

This was the perfect place for a week with 3 families. Everyone had comfortable private space and the living area was spacious and well-furnished. The revolving dining table was a huge hit! The owners were quick to respond to questions before we arrived and there were no problems while we were there. The pool was partially shaded so we could enjoy it all day. Good snorkeling from the beach. After an initial stop for groceries, we never went back to the busier side of the island. There are plenty of restaurants and a good grocery store near-by. Thank you!!

The pictures do not do SeaSeaSea justice. When we walked in the door and were able to see the ocean straight through, I knew we had another winner. The house was spotless, well appointed and spacious. We only had a party of 4 adults and 1 child but it was wonderful. My grandson (turned 2 that week) loved the pool, the beach and having his parents and grandparents all to himself. We had a few issues with the internet but Gigi worked hard to get them resolved. I would also recommend that if you are going to one of the islands during Easter time, please check in advance for restaurants that will be closed for Good Friday or Easter. We found out the hard way and ate frozen pizza for Good Friday. It was all in good fun. Thank you Gigi and Thelma.

This home is wonderful! Great layout with space to relax. The view off the back porch is stunning. We all spent a lot of time in the pool. Kids loved playing ping pong too! Would highly recommend.

We ( 5 adults & 5 kids ) stayed at Sea Sea Sea from March 9th to March 16th.We had a wonderful holiday --the house was exactly as advertised and the property was gorgeous.The house was comfortable,spacious,spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The pool was perfect for the younger children and the older ones spent hours each day snorkeling and cayaking in the beautiful ocean.I would suggest that anyone planning to stay at this lovely house bring a good bug spray with them as we did get a few bites outside. Actually there were several containers of insect spray at the house that we could have and should have used.That being said I would rate Sea Sea Sea a 6 out of 5 !! Great island, lovely people, terrific house and amazing location . Truly wonderful week !

Great property, and even more beautiful than the pictures suggest!

Everything about the property was perfect! The house was immaculate and exactly as pictured…the pool was perfect and the location is the best of Grand Cayman. We love the quiet side and honestly did so many activities that we never had a chance to relax too much! The kitchen had everything you needed and the round table was the biggest hit with our family! We were a family of 7 adults and two 3 yr olds and we loved how the house has a main area with all the bedrooms off from there. Everyone having their own bathrooms were literally perfect as well! I cannot say how nice everything was and the snorkeling from the beach was amazing!! 10/10 for everything!!! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home!

The house was perfect for our family. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were all well appointed. The saltwater pool was very nice and convenient. The beach chairs, towels, sand toys, etc made the whole experience relaxing and easy. Gigi and the staff were very responsive and nice. We'll be back.

We were super impressed with this house! The house was super clean and updated. The kitchen was well stocked. Having the beach right out the back door was terrific! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing week at SeaSeaSea! We did not want to leave and can not wait to go back!

We have visited Grand Cayman many times over the last 30 years. We especially enjoy the non-touristy environment of Rum Loint and Cayman Kai. If you want nightlife, shipping and large crowds then stay on 7 mile. If you want a true island experience then this location is for you.

Was a very nice home with plenty of room for all 11 of our family. Kitchen was well stocked with items needed for preparing our meals. Wonderful location for all we had planned for our charter to stingray city, starfish point, reef snorkeling, bioluminescent bay, and crystal caves. The only thing that kind of freaked everyone out was finding a scorpion in the living room closet the first night there. Would book again.

The house was great! The area was quiet. Enjoyed taking a morning stroll on the beach to watch the sunrise. It was nice to be able to snorkel right from the house without having to drive somewhere every time we wanted to snorkel. We enjoyed our family dinners around the “lazy Susan” table! There was 10 of us and plenty of room! Also enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings chatting and listening to the waves! Great house for 10 people. Owners responded quickly to our questions before we went and while we were there! I would recommend this home.

We had most of our family joining us ! 8 adults , 5 kids ages 9-13. The house was great for our family! We chose to have a grocery and adult drinks delivery! This was the way to go! The snorkeling was amazing! We all brought our own snorkel gear! Gigi was very helpful cleaning up the sorghum , Larry was there in record time when we needed help! Kids loved the ping pong room! Loved having a washer and dryer! We were there when it was the full moon Amazing shining off of the water! Thank you !

The house was accurately described. It was overall clean with some details missed. The kitchen was adequate for cooking for a family of 10. We were there in mid July and the sargassum was so intense it made the beach and water unusable at the house since we didn’t want to try and wade through it. While there was some attempt to clean it up, there wasn’t anything the property managers could do since it was so think. Overall, the house was great, just the wrong time for us due to the sargassum.

Sea Sea Sea was everything we were looking for in a vacation rental. The house layout was perfect, the pool was a nice amenity, and being right on the beach was perfect. We would absolutely go back there again!

We were 14, grandparents, parents, and children, ages 5-14, and we have only positive remarks to post. The house was lovely, comfortable, super clean, well equipped. Having the pool just steps away from the kitchen/dining area made supervising young swimmer very easy. Loved the patio and private beach. There was a good amount of sargassum seaweed, but it did not deter those among us who wanted to get out there and snorkel. It was our first trip to Grand Cayman, and it did not disappoint! Sea Sea Sea was a beautiful rental for our family.

Sea Sea Sea exceeded our expectations. A lovely home in a beautiful location. Perfect for our family of 11. Everything we needed was available and the property managers were very responsive when contacted. We would highly recommend. Memories to last a lifetime!
