Owner was super responsive and friendly in all communications.
House was lovely and well maintained. We had everything we needed.
Location was perfect! Quiet side of the island but still in walking distance to beach and food/groceries.

Another awesome vacation in a fabulous location. This property is central to everything you need with a short walk to the beach. The home is lovely with space for everyone to relax (The pictures really do not do it justice). - Lisa is a fabulous host and is quick to answer any questions you may have. We're looking forward to rebooking again for next summer.

You need to bring your own trash bags and toilet paper. Lock box was difficult to open. No house number on front of house. Enjoyed the porch very much.

Maybe the best endorsement I can give is the fact that we booked our week next year while we were still on our trip this year. We did not want to miss this out on this place. Our group consisted of me, my wife, our two kids (ages 1 & 7), and my father-in-law. We loved the location near 36th street. The walk to the beach was quick and the roads are easily crossable in this area due to lower traffic. It is walkable within a few blocks to a playground, Hoy's 5 & 10, Wawa, a grocery store, 2 ice cream shops, a sandwich shop, and other restaurants. However, it is far enough from the boardwalk that it is quiet and no problem for the kids to get to sleep early. Plus, there is always street parking if you need more than the two included spaces out back. Under the carport there is a private shower and a shed. We felt safe keeping our wagon full of beach stuff parked under there all week. The front porch was comfy for us to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. Our kids liked the porch swing the best. Inside, a large open area contains the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Back the hallway are the bedrooms and bathrooms. A hall closet containing a washer and dryer was much appreciated so we could run a few loads of laundry - a must when taking kids to the beach. Ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms allowed us to keep cool on the hottest days without running the air conditioning too much. You can tell that this is a nice home that has been well cared-for. Communication with Lisa was top notch, as she was quick to respond to any messages we sent her. We look forward to our return visit next July!

Great location, short walk to the beach, the 34th street playground, wawa, uncle bills on 40th and so much more. Short drive or bike ride to the boardwalk or asbury but far enough away that it’s quite. Will stay again.

This home is conveniently located close to the beach, tennis courts and a great playground for young children. It's on a busy road but its quiet at night and the little ones loved watching the trucks, dogs and bikes pass by. The carpet and a rug placed on top of the carpet in one of the bedrooms (probably to cover more stains) had several stains on them. We are very disappointed that the owner is now trying to charge us for marks that were on the walls in this bedroom when we arrived and has not responded to our objections. The floor vent in the bathroom has black mold in it which you are looking at when using the toilet. There was also no hot water in the outdoor shower so we were unable to use it other than to rinse off feet and beach toys.

Fun in the Sun
We had a great stay! The property is exactly as described and appears in photos. Short walk to the beach and close to Acme/Wawa. Look forward to going back for years to come. Thank you!

Great location
The property was perfect for us! All the essentials to make our stay easier and located within walking distance to beach, playground, restaurants, shops and market. We loved the open concept kitchen and living room which made for a great hang out space at the end of a relaxing day on the beach, or after a night on the boards. A wonderful getaway we were sorry to have it end.
Property host was very helpful and made the process extremely easy. Would absolutely rent again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Oh That Porch Swing
We loved our stay! We had a perfect week of weather!We spent every evening on the beautiful porch and were fighting over that wonderful swing. Such relaxation we have never had. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed gathering in the family room area to watch tv after the Porch. The beaches are magnificent. I did not recognize this as Ocean City. The house is convenient to everything you want to do in OC. A short trip over the bridge takes you to terrific dining in Somers Point.Buena was our favorite restaurant; outstanding food. This was a terrific place to stay - just the right size for our family and close enough to the beach that we could easily go back and forth. We were also pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was despite being on a busy road! A perfect week at OCNJ!

Quaint, quiet location on the southern side of the island.
I have been going to OCNJ for 20+years. We love the town and always prefer to stay south of 34th street. This location is great as you can get to the beach, playground, uncle bills, acme/cvs all in less than a 10 minute walk. Would love to stay again.

We have stayed at this property for several years. They upgrade something every season to make it as comfortable as possible. Very clean, open and bright. Love the porch swing even on drizzly beach days. It’s a great location, easy walk to the beach. This year was just my husband, mother and I due to some Covid restrictions that kept other family at home/at work.
We look forward to 2021!

Ot was much cleaner than 9ther 0laces we have stayed and had lots of great beach supplies. We spent the whole week between the house and the beach, trying to still maintain social distancing and had no problems. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking our meals (although could use a couple of tupperwares for leftovers). The owner was very proactive, sending me the information to access the property the week before and answering all my questions. A great little getaway in very strange times!

We had a nice vacation in Ocean City, New Jersey
We spent a week in Ocean City, a late summer vacation. The place was very nice, looked even better then our impression was from the pictures and description. It is nicely decorated and it had everything you need for a family vacation. The location is very convenient, close to the grocery store, Wawa, CVS and some good restaurants are not too far. There is also a pastry shop that we visited several times. The liquor store is less then a mile away. Starbucks was about a mile and a half from us but we were there every morning. We were lucky with the weather too. The beach was in walking distance..

Another great stay
This was our 4th time staying in the condo. We have come to Ocean City for the past 8 years.
The property is in a great location to the beach. Dinner, groceries, ice cream and all within walking distance. The boardwalk is the only time we really drive while in Ocean City.
We love the pride Lisa has in her property and she has always been very accommodating. We will be back summer 2020 😊

Comfortable Condo, perfect for families!
My husband and I stayed in this condo with our teenage son and my parents. The living area was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is perfect location, two easy blocks to the beach and an easy 1.5 mile bike ride to the beginning of the boardwalk. The grocery store, bakeries, and restaurants are within a few blocks. Plenty of storage space in the covered parking area. The porch swing was a unique feature and our son spent so much time on the porch enjoying the breeze. Would recommend this condo and would book again!

Nice place for a getaway.
Lisa was really easy to deal with. She answered all my questions without hesitation. Close to the beach and driving to the boardwalk was just a ten minute drive.

Perfect condo for our med size group and only few blocks from the beach! We would rent again!!
Condo was perfect for our med size group of 8 people and we were so happy one of the room had two twin size beds which can be converted to a king size for our friends with a small child. The dining table and the kitchen island had enough sitting areas for all of us. The balcony was an added feature that we enjoyed very much, having breakfast there and an extra hangout area for our friends. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill was a must have since we used it almost every day.
Lisa was very attentive; making sure we check in okay and called me back when I informed her of the wall corner that was missing a corner stopper. We enjoyed this condo very much and looking forward to renting it again in the future.

Great Ocean City condo
Convenient location, close to bridge at.34th street, but not too busy considering. Short walk to beach with lifeguard stand. The house is well equiped for six . We had 4 adults and two teens, plus a two year old and it was not cramped. Great communication from owner. Nice deck on front of house facing street which wasn't too noisy to enjoy in the evening and early morning.
