Family and friends had a great time at our Grandson’s wedding.

This is a good property at a reasonable price. It is clean and was all we needed for a 2 night stay. Owner is very good with communication and helped us get ready to come with Amenity Passes and Gate Passes. He was very quick in responding to all my questions. I recommend this place for sure

Cute bungalow with beautiful wildlife all around. Plenty of room for 7 adults to stay, relax, and get ready for a family wedding.

Great location.

Location, wonderful - everything from the beaches to Angel Oak to shopping to Charleston is easily available. Home layout - very livable, very comfortable, lots of storage space yet very open layout. To me, it is a very friendly house. Outside - Beautiful, wild coastal forest with lots of wildlife (deer). When you first arrive, as you open the front door, make sure you are looking forward. That way your first view is to and through the wall of windows to the forest beyond. I could not get enough of that view!

The house was great, very clean and had everything we needed. Lovely backyard view. Brett was very communicative and responsive. Seabrook is a nice, quiet island for a laidback vacation experience. Great for young families or couples wanting a quieter beach experience. It's very bikeable and the trees are just spectacular. The house's living room was spacious and well furnished. The kitchen had everything you need. Highly recommend this property, host, and the island as a whole.

Really loved the mid century vibe of this property in both the furnishings and architecture. Beds and furnishings were comfortable and clean. Although we didn’t cook, kitchen appeared well stocked with pots, utensils, etc. Loved the glass walled porch, felt like you were sitting in a rain forest. Owner was excellent with communication.

The home is beautiful as the photos. The master bedroom was very comfortable and great pillows. Beautiful surroundings. I definitely wish I could take home the master bath's shower pressure. I loved the style of the home and it's furnishings, as well.

I have rented many properties over the past few years and without any hesitation Brett, the owner was by far the most helpful and accommodating. He responded immediately to our questions. The house was perfect! We loved the layout and the location. Would highly recommend renting this property.

We usually stay in places that have ocean view, but this home was spectacular. We loved the ‘’tropical Forrest’ like setting. It was so tranquil. The house was fabulous!!! We just wish we could have stayed longer!

We were only here for one day, but the house came fully equipped with all kitchen items and bedding needed for a great stay. The back porch is great for hangouts and the high ceilings in the house make it feel very spacious. Great location central to all Seabrook Island has to offer. Would rent again!

My friends and I had an absolute blast staying at this house! It was very clean and spacious, and was a perfect place for 9 of us to stay. It was just a few minutes from the beach like the description said and the owner was very nice and easy to book with. Definitely recommend staying here!

The house was great looking, spacious and clean. We loved the layout, and the fact that the bonus room over the garage was totally quiet. That way the kids could sleep and we could stay up and not be worried about waking them. Having some kids toys around the house was a nice touch as well. The kitchen had plenty of tool, utensils etc, which usually lack in rentals. The styling of the furnishing was very pleasant and made us feel at home. I am nitpicking, but one think I would add is a cloth line, which for a beach house is a must IMO, unless there are strict hoa rules against it. Overall was one of the best homes I rented and would book again.

We do a family trip every year for Christmas and we found this property. Everything was great! The house is nice and we watched the sunset on the beach that is really close to the house. The owner answers fast and made sure we had everything that we need for our stay. Amazing experience! Thank you Brett!

I had a great experience at Brett’s home. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. It was a very COVID conscious community as well, which made me end my friends feel very comfortable. Brett was a great communicator and made sure my friends and I had what we needed to access the home. I would stay again!
