We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely 2 bedroom unit. They had everything we required (though some give/take condiments for cooking would be a nice add) for our family of four. The view was great from the deck and everything in the unit was ‘as advertised’

Pictures on this listing does not do justice, the view is absolutely stunning from both lanai's. Family friendly unit, host was great to deal with. Beach gear provided was top quality (eg. Tommy Bahama chairs) Pool is within a 2 minute walking distance. Our only critique on this unit is to be prepared to purchase everything you need - down to garbage bags and coffee filters.

This condo was just as advertised. Lovely, clean, and had open unobstructed views.

The condo was the nicest condo my family has rented in our six trips to Maui. The property was clean, well furnished, and a great location and view. The only issue we had was the bed in the second bedroom. It was represented on the VRBO website as a king bed, however, it was two twins pushed together. There was a 3 inch foam pad on the bed that didn't even cover the two beds pushed together. My sister and I both had a difficult time sleeping because there was a gap between the edge of the bed and the foam pad on both sides.. One or both of us had to be careful not to fall out of bed. We won't rent that unit again because of the bed situation. It was totally misrepresented on the VRBO website.

The location is about an 15-18 min walk from beaches, and there’s a decent coffee shop (along with a shopping center) a little less than half a mile away.The space itself is great - well-maintained, and the view is majestic; you get to watch perfect sunsets every evening.Beach chairs were provided, and beach umbrellas are available for $4/day - be sure to communicate that you want these ahead of time! CB Island Vacations were great about communication the whole time as well.

Nice condo. good location just up hp the hill from the Shops and Ulua beach. short drive to big beach. Great for access to dive shops that launch from Kehei boat ramp Pools are little bit boring but they work for a nice cool down after a day on the beach

Beautiful view and a nice set up with bedrooms separated for privacy. Everything needed in the kitchen was there. Just a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time staying at the property and would book it again in a heartbeat. The location and view cannot be beat. There was a bit of a mess on the lanai leaving one of the chairs unusable because a bird was trying to nest (so there were sticks EVERYWHERE on and in and around the chair). We just cleaned them up as best we could and didn't need the chair anyways. My only other suggestion would be that it might be time to upgrade a couple of the beach chairs (broken straps). Minor things and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

My wife and I have stayed many times in the Wailea/Kihei area over the years. The location is ideal and central to all the full places on this side of the island. The unit upon entering was spacious and well lit. There is a large ocean facing lanai, great for breakfast/lunch/dinner and just hanging out. Our favorite is enjoying morning coffee as the sun rises. As for amazing sunsets, it it also ideal. The amenities were spot on with the exception of a beach umbrella or boogie boards (many other rentals include those and would have been nice). The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms had lots of space. We look forward to a return visit in the future!

We were very respectful and kept our music to an easy volume and didn't watch TV. Who needs TV in paradise! Thank you for the amazing stay! We left behind 3 floaties and cheap snorkel gear for the next guests!

Nothing drives me more crazy than little things not thought of to make someone's stay more comfortable. This place had all the little things to my liking. This condo was truly everything one could ever want. Fully stocked everything, kitchen/towels/beach gear/etc and there was lots of everything. Tons of storage for your clothes, toys, etc. The condo is perfectly laid out, and very spacious. The patio furniture is very comfortable as well, same with the beds. The area is dead quiet, just the birds chirping and odd lawn mower on the golf course. Sunsets were spectacular. It's right above the shops of Wailea, about a 500m walk down to them, and closer is the Wailea Blue golf course club house and strip mall with coffee shop, etc. Place came stocked with basic essentials in case you can't get to the grocery store right away, some coffee/salt/pepper, soap, Cpl welcome snacks. I didn't go to the pool so no comments for that, it looked small but adequate for a dip and tanning I suppose. I'd 100% stay here again. I stayed for a month and would have extended for another month had it been available. Oh, I also had no issue with bugs/ants at all. I made sure to keep things put away but wasn't as good as I should have been and had no issues at all. Plenty of geckos ripping around outside near the parking lot but they seemed to all stay in the garden. I also never heard a neighbour even once while I was there, could have been cause of covid or just luck, but the unit has only one shared wall so that likely helped.Great thing about Wailea if you haven't been, it's like a little pocket of serenity, it can be 100mph winds in Kihei or north shore and Wailea will usually be calm, great for a relaxing vaca. Enjoy.

A little welcome basket with some treats greeted us when we arrived, which was a nice surprise after a long day of travel. The unit exceeded our expectations. It was well stocked and clean, beds and deck furniture were really comfortable. The development was close to many upscale Wailea shops and resorts and beautiful south side beaches. And the sunsets were amazing - something we looked forward to each and every day. Management company was also very helpful and accommodating as this was a rescheduled trip as a result of the pandemic. Our only regret was having to leave the unit to head back to the still chilly midwest!
