The overall experience was amazing. The property easily accommodate all of the people in our party. I would recommend that new pots and pans be placed in the kitchen, and to verify the cleanliness of the utlensils, cups, pots, and pans. Other than that everything was great.

The location was fabulous! Lots of amenities: games, movies, hot tub, fans, humidifiers, extra towels, extra blankets, etc. Overall we had a fabulous family getaway. Compared to a cabin it was very clean, compared to a hotel it was not. The vents were all caked in dust, cobwebs were in most corners, there were hairs in the master shower, and when we went to pull out the sleeper sofa there were tons of mouse droppings. It was late at night so we just sent an email to the address we were given for house issues and my son slept on the couch. By midday the next day we still hadn’t gotten a response so we called. The property manager dropped off traps on the counter while we were out for the day. We did not hear another thing about it nor did anyone reach out to ask if we needed anything else. Nobody offered to clean the bedding on the pullout that was covered on droppings, so my son slept the rest of the trip on the couch, which wasn’t the cleanest either.

Beautiful cabin! Had everything as described in listing. Conveniently located- short drive to Breck but secluded setting. Plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. Wifi was fast and reliable. Definitely would stay again!

The cabin is lovely and equipped with all the amenities you need to stay in and relax if you feel like it, and its also very close to a lot of good skiing places and only 2-3hrs from rocky mountain national park as well.

The cabin is located in an amazing location. You feel like you are secluded, but close enough to Breckenridge that going in to town is no trouble. We enjoyed the patio every morning and evening. We saw 4 moose and a fox throughout our stay. We will definitely be going back!

Overall, the cabin, location, and stay was lovely. Nine of us stayed at this location and had plenty of room to feel comfortable. Only a few minute drive to Breck town and the slopes. I would recommend staying if you do not mind the commute. The only con that I would report are the comfort-ability of the bed and pillows. A lot of us tossed and turned throughout the night and reported hard beds and flat pillows. But with that minor complaint, we all really enjoyed the stay and would come back again if we ever found ourselves in Breck.

We had a wonderful stay in this cabin during a long weekend ski trip to Breckenridge. I was a little worried about the road after being warned that I needed 4WD or AWD but my Outback made it just fine. There was plenty of room for our two families (8 total), plus lots of fun games and books provided. The owner was extremely responsive and we felt well taken care of. Just be aware that the elevation is around 10,200' and some may find the high altitude to be challenging.

My family and I went and spent a few days at this cabin. There was plenty of room and the house was very comfortable. The beds were great and the house was clean and well stocked. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

First i'd like to start off by saying Scott the owner is very accommodating and he went above and beyond to assure our trip was everything we hoped it would be. Secondly the Cabin is a beautiful winter wonderland. The cabin is very comforting and in a great location just outside of downtown Breck but close enough for a less than 10 minute drive. There is a free bus right down the street that can take you to town. We saw Moose two different days walking down our road right outside the cabin. We used the Hot tub often and it worked perfect. There were a few sleds in the garage that we used to slide down the hill on the side of the cabin. There was plenty of room for our group and everybody had an amazing time. On the main floor there was a big table we all played cards against humanity on and it was a blast. This was one of those rare trips where everything went exactly according to plan and how it was supposed to go and I can thank Scott and the property managers for that. This was our best Ski Trip so far. We will be back!

At 2.5 miles from Breckenridge gave us peace and quiet but close enough to restaurants and activities. Two red foxes added to the entertainment value of the rural setting. Wifi was good if you needed it. Three minor complaints. Rental agency gave us the wrong entry code but waited less than 30 minutes before someone came to reset the code. No remote in guest bedroom. Dryer did not work.

This home was perfect for 2 families, the home had anything and everything we needed. It was super clean upon arrival, hot tub felt great after long days of skiing, super close to town however outside of town to give you that country feeling! We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to all!

Such an amazing cabin. Wife, 2 kids and I went to Breckenridge for a family vacation (and a little elk hunting for myself). This property was in the perfect spot for us; close to town yet nice and secluded. Its also really close to some great trail heads which made adventuring easy. Everything inside was perfect, big kitchen with everything you need, awesome living space downstairs and great bedrooms with a killer master bathroom. The hot tub was a great bonus at this house and the collection of board games available from the owner has no rival. The deck provided a really great spot to relax and enjoy the amazing scenery and colors (we stayed during peak fall foliage season). Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us.

This cabin was perfect! We had two families, 4 adults and 5 kids, and we could have easily fit more! The setting was gorgeous, right in the middle of the woods, yet so close to town for pizza at Eric's and shopping on Main St. The hot tub was a great bonus!!! When we weren't taking the kids fishing and hiking, the board games for both the kids and adults kept us entertained for hours on end. And who doesn't appreciate TV, DVD players and wifi? The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances you could need and even had kid's cups! Grilling on the BBQ and sitting on the great deck, enjoying the beautiful views was exactly what we were looking for. House was extremely clean and had plenty of towels. Can't wait to stay here again for sure!

We had such a good time! We had three "musts" - seclusion, hot tub, and wi-fi. The cabin is situated in a wooded neighborhood and very secluded, but yet just outside of Breckinridge. It was beautiful with the wildflowers in bloom all around. Quiet and tranquil. We had such fun in the hot tub and was great after hiking. When we arrived, the wi-fi did not work. I immediately called the property manager and she was there within 15 minutes. Unfortunately it took several days to fix (it was a cable company problem) but Trace was on top of it and stopped by several times to try to get it resolved. She was awesome and very responsive and went above and beyond to try to get it resolved. Once fixed, it worked great. The house was clean, updated, and had a great selection of games, puzzles, and books. Sitting out on the deck was so relaxing (watch out for an aggressive hummingbird that likes to swoop in a buzz you). It was a great vacation and we would recommend it.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The house and location were beautiful and it is very comfortable for a large family. We were close to Breckenridge and all the activity but far enough out of town to enjoy the peaceful setting.

Where to start? Well, we checked in to a very well appointed, very clean house. We felt like we were in the forest - yet we were only a couple of miles from downtown Breck. Beautiful views all around the house - with plenty of porch space to enjoy the outdoors. 4 adults and 3 children had plenty of room to play indoors or outside - very spacious. We took a 1.5 mile hike to geocache with our kids near Maggie's pond - could not have been more convenient with trail heads all around. Bathrooms were great - beds were comfortable - sheets were nice and there were even great board games for children. Grill propane ran out....and yes...the owner even had a spare tank sitting nearby to use. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. Can't wait to go back.

My husband and I fell in love with this sweet and well-appointed cabin in the woods. We came to visit with our grandchildren and what a grand time all of us had! The children absolutely loved running in the woods, making forts out of the big rocks and yes, finding innumerable sticks for weapons of all sorts. Played four-square in the driveway as well as an unusual version of soccer. We hiked up the road to the National Forest to chill our feet in the quick moving waters of Spruce Creek. On the property, we saw deer at the salt lick and even moose. The five-year-old was thrilled about the moose! It was her first time to ever see a real moose, she commented and watched quietly as they rambled along. It was fun to take breaks from the outdoors and play a board game, and even the silly Headbands game was a favorite. The hot tub was enjoyed endlessly. The children loved eating burgers or hot dogs from the grill at the porch picnic table. And finally there were som-ores! We did go into town several times for special treats and shopping with the children. Could hardly believe how close town is, as the cabin does seem to be worlds away from the hustle and bustle of the town! We simply could not have found a better place---cozy, clean, cheerful, perfectly accommodating. Beautiful cabin, beautiful setting. Hope to return.
