We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners were very accommodating, the condo was very clean and presented as described, and the views of the beach were beyond comparison. Another big selling point is that this building is located on a quieter and narrower section of the beach, thereby limiting long walks to get near the water. Last, the Somerset is well situated to great restaurants, all within walking distance. We would definitely return to this property.

This unit is absolutely stunning and well appointed. The views from the balconies can’t be beat to watch the sunsets. Well equipped for every beach activity including bicycles (which we sadly didn’t use!) sand chairs are provided which you take to the beach yourself. The grounds are meticulous and gorgeous. Loved the location and was able to walk to many restaurants, stores and mini-golf. The onsite pickle ball courts was a hit and a few of us used the gym overlooking the gulf. There is extremely high security so we felt very safe at all times. However, due to always needing a key and or fob to get to the beach, gym or even leave the property for a walk, it took a lot of coordination between 5 adults sharing 3 sets of keys. (And for the first 3 days, we only had two sets because the previous renter lost a set. Being Xmas week, no one was in the office the first three days) The owner was very communicative and buzzed us in when we’d call at the front gate, to ask up any difficulties. Definitely don’t miss the farmers market on Wednesday. The JW Marriott was close by, but closed to outside guests from x-mas to New Years.

We had SUCH a wonderful trip and time! We’ve stayed on Marco Island more times than we can count but this was our first time at the Somerset. It didn’t disappoint! We loved everything about our stay. Property is wonderful, location is awesome, and our specific unit was amazingly comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for more! Also, Brad was the most caring and thoughtful host we’ve ever had. He obviously and genuinely cares about his guests. We are so very grateful! We would highly recommended this property and host. The BEST!!

We had a beautiful week in Brad and Anita’s corner 4th-story condo at Somerset. The condo was very clean, had spectacular views of the gulf, and all the amenities you need for a week-long stay. The facilities there are also very nice and quiet. Brad and Anita were great hosts, and made us feel most welcomed. Transactions and communication with them was timely and easy. We hope to get to visit Marco Island again, and we hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Wonderful Property

Brad is a wonderful property owner and manager, very accommodating and available for all questions. Lovely condo well equipped for families with children.

Everything about the vacation was incredible. We can't say enough good things. This condo's location is ideal. It is spacious, beachy, well-furnished and maintained, and very clean. The 4th floor elevation is the perfect mix, and the wrap around patio with the full 180 degree gulf view is simply stunning! In comparison to neighboring properties, there is not an overwhelming number of units in the building, so you will not be tripping over (or most of the time even see) other guests, we guess depending on the season. The pool isn't expansive, but is also not busy, is kept very clean and comfortably warm (It does have some fairly restrictive city/condo rules though so think relaxing more than fun for energetic kids). The beach was beautiful, clean, completely weed and algae free, and shockingly empty the entire week we were there. Brad was an excellent host providing information and island tips before-hand, and keeping in contact before, during, and after the trip. This is a well-run 5-star property all-around! We can't wait to return!

The property was as advertised 😊We had plenty of space for all 7 of us. Brad the owner was incredible and responded to all our questions. We had and issue with the stove and it was resolved within 24 hours. We hope to be back again next year. ❤️

Unit could not have been better! There was everything that we could have needed for 5 adults, a teenager and a 1 year old. The storage bin had a beach wagon, way more than enough chairs, umbrellas and toys. In the condo, there were so many great perks for the 1 year old.. riding toys, building blocks, booster seat and best of all a jogging stroller for the beach! This made nap time on the beach super easy! (There was also a pack n play, but we had brought our own). The area of the beach was never crowded and many times we had the pool to ourselves. We had an amazing week with great weather! Brad was in constant communication which was extremely nice! Thanks Brad for letting us enjoy this great condo!

Our kids and grandkids stayed for a week. Grandkids are 5 & under. Lots of toys in the condo and for the beach. It was wonderful!

Excelllent experience! Great location, near lots of restaurants! Wonderful patio with perfect view of sunsets and dolphins swimming in the morning. Condo is beautiful. Beds are comfortable! Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a beach wagon! Brad was excellent at keeping in touch to make sure everything was perfect! He even sent a list item back to us! We are already booked to go back next year! Can’t wait!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location, close to lots of great restaurants. We were able to walk to dinner most nights. The beach was huge, not crowded at all, and absolutely beautiful. The view from the condo’s wrap around porch is amazing!! Brad was an excellent host, quick to respond and great to work with.

Excellent stay in this lovely condo with beautiful view. Owner was very helpful and made everything very easy for us. The only complaint we had was that the main windows overlooking the beach needed cleaning but we were able to take care of that…

The communication from the time I booked this condo through our entire stay was excellent. Brad made time to answer any question I had. We have stayed in Marco at the Somerset many times. This end unit was so spacious and the cool colors and beautiful updated furniture, tile, bathrooms made us feel like we were staying in actual paradise. *Super clean, well maintained! *Comfortable open updated floorplan *Kitchen has a great variety of everything *At least 7 very nice beach chairs + umbrellas/toys/balls/towels *Super nice collapsible wagon to get all your stuff to beach *At least 3 different coolers to keep you hydrated at the beach *3 Super nice bikes, 2 with baskets *If you are traveling with babies or young kids, THIS IS YOUR PLACE! One bathroom has a bathtub, there is a nice jogging stroller, pack & play, several puddle jumpers for toddlers. Beautiful Condo! Would recommend 100%

Brad is a great host. Good property. Things to do, places to go, people to see. I have been going to Marco since 1970. so many changes over the years, but still love it.

We loved our second stay here! Brad makes everything really easy, the place is wonderful for our family and the views can’t be beat!

Fantastic condo, very clean and well stocked, perfect location, owner was absolutely awesome. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Best place on Marco Island to spend our 43rd wedding anniversary. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Looking forward to going back.

This condo is amazing... the beach is divine... and the owners are awesome! Constant communication... condo provides everything that you need for your stay and on the beach! The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect even providing restaurant and excursion recommendations. My only hesitation in leaving this glowing review is that other people will find this gem and book it before I can again! Your expectations will be exceeded!!

There was nothing not to like about this place. The property was great. Brad the owner was extremely friendly and proactively communicated everything. He also had many excellent recommendations for the island. The condo felt larger to me than the pictures showed, our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out. There is a very large wrap around balcony where we spent a lot of time when not actually on the beach. The balcony had very nice "high-end" furniture that was comfortable to sit in for hours while looking at the view or reading a book. The beach itself here was not very crowded, access was very easy, the sand was soft, and the water was warm. Marco is a small island, so access to everything we needed from shops to restaurants to groceries was all within a few minutes drive. Inside the condo was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home a few nights. The furniture inside and all beds were very comfortable and clean, and there is a huge flat-screen in the living room where the kids were able to stream movies when they wanted to get out of the sun. There is high speed wifi that was able to handle all of my kids bandwidth needs. We will definitely come back to stay in the future. It was one of our favorite beach vacations to date, and we take many.

The location, parking, and beach was awesome. This condo is fully equipped for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation for all ages!!!! We are going to book again fir October!!!!

The unit was a perfect location. The patio was amazing and allowed for coffee in the morning watching the dolphins and beautiful sunsets. It had everything you could need for the beach, umbrellas, wagon, beach toys. Hosts were easy to get in touch with and great to work with. Would stay here again!
