We thoroughly enjoyed the condos for our girls trip. The location is convenient and we felt safe. The balconies on the back are very spacious and private. The House of Blues is behind the builds, but not immediately behind it. There is a large courtyard and space between the two buildings. In the late afternoon we sat on the balconies and heard the great music from the HoBlues outdoor patio band. At night the band was inside and we were not bothered by noise. The condos are very spacious, comfortable beds, and clean. All four of us highly recommend this rental.

We have stayed at this property several times and it never disappoints. Alex is great to deal with. The location is perfect. We were in town for French Quarter festival and had 8 in both of the Penthouses, 4 on both sizes. The space is great as you have a nice great room to spread out in and socialize as well as the balconies with music from House of Blues. Everyone in our family loved the space. Coterie on the corner is great for a drink or impromptu bite to eat. Will definitely return here.

The side by side units were great for our family of eight, and the location was perfect for access to the Mardi Gras parades and the French Quarter. Highly recommend for a family or friends stay.

These two penthouses are spacious and clean! Plenty of room for larger group to hang out including balcony with tables and chairs. Kitchen had everything we needed and owner was great with communication and answered all of our questions. Building is highly secured and was fairly quiet even with restaurants and bars so close. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the dual penthouse and were able to check in early. House was as described and clean. There was no requirement to do any cleaning at all when we left which is always nice. Place is walking distance to Bourbon St. Great location and space for a large group.

we took both apartments for our trip and the lay out and the inside is fabulous. of course they cannot control the noise outside as there is a garage on the opposite side of the street and my husband did not like the honking noises from the garage but I did not hear anything. Unfortunately, they were fixing the street outside so i did hear the constant driving over the metal plates if the tv was off. the other benefit is a beautiful balcony overlooking the house of blues. We were not lucky enough to have music every night but you literally can see inside the back patio area and listen to the music without leaving the apartment. I would definitely come back to this unit in the future as it was perfect for 8 people in two units.

We love visiting and staying in the French Quarter. This pair of penthouse condos were big enough to hold seven adults and two children comfortably. The rooms were big, the location was very convenient and the services in the condos were very helpful

All aspects of this place were nothing short of amazing. Tony and Alex were extremely accommodating and fantastic. There's nothing about our experience I would change, and I highly recommend them and their place.

We rented both penthouses for a total of 8 adults. Plenty of room with a stylish design. Love, love, love the location. Only 2 blocks from Bourbon street to enjoy all the festivities but far enough away enabling a quiet relaxing feel to our stay. The deck allowed us to enjoy the outside. Communication with the owner was top notch, he was available to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again and again!!

Great, clean, convenient!!!

This property is a must stay at in New Orleans!!! The two units accommodated our group perfectly! Had EVERYTHING we needed and more. The check in letter gave us great tips and everything we could need for a stress free stay! They were very flexible with check in and check out times. Location was better than perfect!!! We were able to walk everywhere with ease!

We rented both penthouses and it was wonderful. Property was clean and spacious. My husband and I took our daughter and some of our friends for joint birthday weekend. We had one side with our friends and they had the other. Easy walking distance to both Jackson Square or Bourbon Street. Alex is a very nice guy and easy to work with. We will definitely be returning.

So much space and a high end stay. Key pad for everything so no need for a key which was perfect for us! Huge king size beds were very comfy. Alex was very helpful. Will come back if I ever come back down to NOLA. Thank you !

We rented both penthouse units for 2 families traveling together. The units worked great for our mix of adults, teenagers and a younger child. Location was convenient to actives in the French Quarter and a very easy walk to Canal Street. The kitchen was better furnished than other condos we have rented. It would be easy to stay in and cook any meal. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

From first contact until day of departure, this was a first class experience. I am a frequent traveler to New Orleans and have stayed in many in and around the Quarter. In terms of communication with the owners, location, and quality of the property, this rates up at the very top. If you're looking for a place where you can reach the owner at a moment's notice, go to restaurants and shops just outside your door, and want plenty of space to spread out in, this is the place to go. We'll most certainly be back!

Renting was easy n alex was great.

Stayed at this property and the adjacent penthouse with 4 couples during voodoo and arts weekend. The property itself is spacious and well appointed. Easy access to all thigs NOLA. Alex was great in arranging for check in and had a very helpful list of taxis,restauants,etc.Would return in a minute.

Owners were gracious and accommodating. We had a party of 15 and it was extremely comfortable. The closets are out of this world! We joked we would have a slumber party in one of them. Property was clean and spacious. Location was absolutely key - close to tour station, Harrahs casino and Beignets of course. Thank you oh so much for hosting us! We look forward to a future visit.

Alex was a great host. The property is amazing. Walking distance to everything you want in the French Quarter. Would definitely be back if I get the chance to visit NOLA again.

I simply could not speak more highly of the dual penthouses. 14 friends and I went down to New Orleans for a reunion weekend and we had the most amazing trip, which we attribute in large part to our accommodations. The dual penthouses are accurately referred to in this listing as "luxurious" and in an "unbeatable location." They were spacious and clean, with high ceilings, new appliances, beautiful balconies, comfortable beds, and more than enough room for all 15 of us to feel at home, but at the same time, feel as close to one another as if we were all staying together in one big house, like back in our college days. This is exactly the type of accommodation we were looking for, exactly what we were promised, and exactly what we got -- not to mention, in the most perfect location. To make matters even better, Alex, one of the two owners of the penthouses, was dependable, trustworthy, and extremely responsive to all of our questions during the months leading up to our trip as well as while we were down in New Orleans, even for recommendations unrelated to the penthouses. All in all, I absolutely plan on staying in the dual penthouses again during my next trip to New Orleans and I recommend them in the highest possible terms to all!!!
