It was a nice home away from home! Plenty of room for the 9 people that went. Comfortable beds to sleep on and beautiful view! The only issue we had was we had to really pull on the door for it to shut! So with 3 kids a lot of time it didn’t get shut and we always had to go back to check it!

Close to the beach. Owner is friendly, offers information about the area and helpful with any needs for the condo. We will return again.

Amazing beachfront, thanks

The owner was great, always friendly and quick to respond. The property should add unit address signage, we had some difficulty finding this unit and spoke to others that had same problem. The security staff is on top of things but a bit annoying with many rules, one example, you can't use small inflatable rings in the pool, only toddler arm swimmers. The condo was well equipped, has great views and quick beach access. All in all, a pleasant stay.

The owners, Mark and Patience, are great. They communicated with us easily about the property. The property was as advertised. Fifteen minute walk to Flora-Bama lounge by beach or by sidewalk from the street. We will definitely come back for another trip.

We absolutely loved the location of the condo. It is a lot less crowded! The ocean view was amazing! The size of the condo was perfect for our family and the beach chair rental is convenient. The owners were super easy to work with. When we got there, the keurig was missing. They ordered one and had it delivered! Couple of things that I would change is more storage and better clean service. There was stuff in all the closets and no room for our things. When we got there we had to surface clean and there were dirty dishes put away in the cabinet. Despite these small faults, we would definitely stay here again.

This was a really nice property, the unit was big. Split floor plans on 2 floors, it Had lots of space. The view of the beach from the upstairs part was breathtaking, absolutely beautiful. The beach was the shortest distance away of any place I have ever stayed, very easy access. This beach also had less people than most in this area which was nice. With any unit there are things I wished were different or changed but overall it was wonderful.

First time staying in this particular unit, but long time fans of the condominium! Lots of room, spectacular view, and all the extras you may have forgotten. The owners were very kind and answered all our many questions. Area is A+++ for quiet, serene beach views. Loved our time and wish we could have stayed longer!

First time in Perdido Keys. Loved the property. The windows and view of the gulf was spectacular. Such a quick walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again. Our only suggestion would be a normal height bigger kitchen/dining table. We loved the entryway in condo. Great place to keep beautiful h bags and chairs. Even when we weren't on the beach we still felt like we were right there. Loved it!

Absolutely beautiful condo and location was great. You are so close to the beach and the pool was nice as well. I loved having 3 bathrooms with 4 adults and 3 kids! The only thing I would suggest is upgrading the King size mattress so its bit more comfy. Other than that I would highly recommend this condo to anyone needed 3-4 bedrooms! We will stay here again for sure.

We booked this listing for June 29-July 6 for 6 adults and 4 kids (15,13,12,10). I was a little nervous booking this because we were so late to reserve and the reviews weren't comprehensive. I didn't think the images provided in the listing were great, but I thought, hey, we're right on the water. If the place isn't great, at least we have the ocean. Well needless to say, I was overwhelmingly surprised by the beauty of the view from the breakfast area and living room. The pictures do not do this place justice. There are 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, and 2 bunk beds. There are 3 full bathrooms. All the adult couples had a bed, two kids took the bunk beds and 2 kids slept on the sofas. There was plenty of room for all of us. Our kids are not little kids so I do believe you can do 10 people comfortably in here. I wanted to keep quiet about this listing so I can book it again without others taking my dates. if you are looking for a private beach, this was it. It's not busy like public beaches, the sand is soft and beautifully white, and we saw marine life every day (dolphins, stingrays, crabs, etc.) Just absolutely beautiful!!! I can't say enough about this trip. We've been visiting the gulf side for about 5 years now, and this was by far my favorite trip to date. Mark was a wonderful property manager. He was super responsive and available for any issues that came up. There were a couple of hiccups with beds not being on the frame properly and a couple of broken chairs, but that's the worst we experienced. I will book this over and over again! Only other thing is with this being a private beach, you cannot use tents or canopies. You can bring umbrellas or rent them on the beach. Book this. We had 6 adults and 4 small children and it was perfect. Easy access to the beach and a great pool area. We used the dock across the street to fish and everyone had a blast.

The best part of this condo was the beachfront view with double wide glass across the back facing the beach. Pictures in ad do not do this justice. Found the condo to be comfortable and roomy. Master bedroom balcony and shower were really good. The ground floor was easily accessed for storing fishing equipment and son's kyack. The docks across the street were a real plus, even though fishing was terrible this year- we did manage to catch some crabs there and son's kyack was safe when it was left at the docks some nights.Only downside was a few items which should be caught by housekeeping people and reported to the owner so he could address.

Fantastic view of the ocean! We saw dolphins every morning from the dining room while eating breakfast. When the afternoon sun became too hot at the beach we were able to go swimming in the shade at the pool. Plenty of room for our 7 adults and 3 children. The condo is very conveniently located close to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and local attractions.

The owners were so nice and responsive. We had an issue with partying next door and after I reported it, it was apparently handled because we never heard another peep. Pluses: Right on the beach with a gorgeous view. The pool was awesome. The entire property was very well maintained and a security guard was ever-present. We also loved the keypad entry - no keeping up with keys. The beach was perfect and not crowded. Minuses: To advertise this as a 4-BR is a stretch. Space was very tight in all but the master BR, and that 4th BR is little more than a closet with bunk beds. I’m really not complaining; it was just really tight. Also, the washer/dryer are in that BR, which is inconvenient. The beach doesn’t allow tents, which we knew, so we bought a large umbrella that’s meant to be sat on its edge in the sand, so our two toddlers could get some shade. We were asked to take it down because it was a “tent”. Just a heads up. I would definitely stay here again, but probably not with as many people - 6 adults and 4 children aged 4 and under. (The same owners have the property next door, which might be a future option.)

This condo worked great for our family meeting up with grandparents from two different states. The 4 kids had fun in their rooms and appreciated the family friendly features like the closet full of beach toys and game corner. Thank you for your hospitality! We hope to return.

The scenery is beautiful. There are some updates that need to be made in the townhome, itself. Many broken items, including small air hockey table and toys. Area by games needs straightened. Couches were stained. I would definitely rent again because these things do not bother me, but may other renters. Also, when we got there, there was sand all over the floors and pieces of bacon. Again, I can clean, so it didn’t bother me too much. The electric went out several times while we were there. The owner stated that this was something new, so I wouldn’t be too concerned. We wanted to stay on the beach and that is what we got. The views were stunning. I wish the weather was better, but we did have a couple good days. With these updates and some good cleaning, this place would be amazing!!

We were four adults and three children staying here and it worked out very well for us. My brother and his wife stayed upstairs with their three kids and my father and I got the two suites downstairs. I felt there was plenty of space because you could be in your suite, in the kitchen/living room area, out on any of the three porches/balconies, at the beach, or at the pool. It was helpful that there was a full kitchen because we cooked breakfast in every morning as well as a few dinners. We loved seeing the dolphins from the dining table! There was easy access to the pool and the beach. My niece liked to go over to the docks across the street to fish. It was nice that it was a pretty quiet area that we were in (may have been the time of year), but alternately we could easily drive or even walk down the beach to places in Orange Beach, Alabama. We walked to the Flora Bama and took a day trip via ferry to Dauphin Island where we visited Fort Gaines and the Estuarium. Otherwise we spent our time on the beach, playing games, napping, and just lounging around...really have no complaints, but we're pretty easy going and this place was just right for us!

This condo was a great size for our larger than normal family! Location was excellent, (with entry on the 1st floor, perfect for little children to not have to navigate an elevator or outside stairs) and they even had a baby gate in the condo to help block off the stairs inside the townhouse! Having laundry on site was a necessity for us. We enjoyed the beach and pool, watching dolphins, visiting the Blue Angels, seeing friends, and taking naps!!! We do recommend bringing your own chairs and umbrellas, and you can even buy a cheap umbrella at Publix, but the rentals are pretty pricey and they don't allow tents on the beach. Plenty of crabs and dolphins (even though we did get some jellyfish and stingray in there as well). Overall it's a great place to stay for a vacation in Pensacola!!!!! Highly recommend. Oceanfront property is clean, secure and well maintained. Same with the pool area. We were 3 adults with 6 children. Unit was ready and clean when we arrived. Linens and towels were provided as well and some basics to get you started (i.e toilet paper, soap, dishwasher soap, etc.) Owner was quick to respond to any question we had. TV's in all bedrooms is a +. Beach was quiet when we were there (mid-August) and water was really warm, something like 87. Orange Beach, Walmart and Publix to the West really close (10 min.) and Pensacola to catch a ball-game to the East was also great (20 min). Convenience store across the street. We used the charcoal (common) grill a few times. The price is very reasonable for an oceanfront property. 1 thing to improve: condo owners should reconsider their ban on beach tents. Would not hesitate to come back. Thanks for a great vacation

If you are going to this area in the summer, Perdido Key is the place to go! These two towers are the perfect size to accomodate pool & beach without feeling crowded. This is a nice unit with beautiful view, great kitchen featuring high end appliances with plenty of seating. There are two balconies, but small if you want to sit with mulitple people together. The rule of no tents in front of these buildings is a little restrictive in the heat of the summer, but understandable when people put tents up and leave them there for an entire week. You can walk several yards to either side of the property for ample area for this. Really nice beach!

Perfect condo for a large family or group. The view is incredible and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The location is perfect, as well. You can get to all the restaurants and attractions easily in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Pensacola.
