Sea Breeze is awesome! The neighborhood and the property are beautiful and the location is close to everything, including a short walk to a great beach with lots of shells. It is quiet and safe. Easy to walk the dogs in the neighborhood too. We have stayed here before and this time was great too. Dan and Fran are terrific hosts. Booked our trip very last minute this year so we felt our choice turned out to be amazing for our stay! The ocean view from the private patio is simply breathtaking of Buck Island and Christianstead. The view is always changing through out the day. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning - beautiful. The apartment has wonderful space and comfortable decorating. Very well equipped kitchen, great linens/towels/lots of space for gear and clothes/ laundry on-site - yes!/ very private large outdoor deck with eating table and chaise loungers. The owners Dan and Fran have a book they provide with their dining spots and activities to do on island. Dan encourages a phone call if you need anything too. Clearly they love this place and share their enthusiasm with guests to see their island. We have stayed on St. Croix 7 times and loved staying at this VRBO. The location is a short distance from downtown for dining, shopping and still fast access to get to the North Shore area. The residential neighborhood is lovely and I enjoyed walking the very hilly roads to get fabulous ocean views and views of the Salt River area also. Just fits all the boxes for us! Check it out. The views from the large deck are mesmerizing - having breakfast and cocktails there is a pleasure. We cooked most breakfasts and a few dinners and the kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals. Dan was great, happy to share information and helped us out when our phones wouldn't work. We also were very glad we stayed mid island so that we could easily get to anywhere we wanted to go. Next time we visit St. Croix we will definitely stay there again!

We moved to St Croix thinking our home construction would be finished soon after our arrival, so rented Sea Breeze to stay at until the house was done. I am so glad we were at Sea Breeze because our house still wasn’t done 4 months later! Finding a place where we could have our dogs with us was critical and this place was perfect. Dan and Fran were the best hosts we could have asked for, and the location was perfect. Great for the dogs and daily walks, just a walk to the beach, super quiet, and close to everything. This was our first time staying at an online rental and it was wonderful. Thank you both so much for your flexibility, quick communication and for making us feel safe and welcome. The house had everything we needed to stay even long term comfortably. I would give Sea Breeze 10 stars if I could. If you need a beautiful, comfortable, safe place to stay in St Croix (especially if you are traveling with your dogs) this is the place for you! Thank you Dan and Fran and Ziggy too!

He even brought us some tomatoes from the farmers market!We loved having their dog, Ziggy, come visit us each day. It made leaving our dog at home a little easier. Overall a great stay!!

This was a fantastic property. The location is great, close to everything in Christiansted and in a safe gated community. Beautiful sea view and a short walk to the beach. Great place to stay for runners and walkers... just get it in early to avoid the heat. The owners are friendly and truly make you feel appreciated as their guest.

This is the place to stay guys! Dan/owner was very helpful with any questions I had. I even mentioned in passing that a floor fan would be helpful so I could keep the air conditioning off and enjoy the windows open and enjoy the breeze in the heat of the day. Then 30 minutes later he showed up with a brand new fan for. This is a great place book it ASAP

This apartment worked perfectly as a vacation home for a week for three of us. The view from the property is amazing. The apartment has everything you would expect from your own apartment including toiletries, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and an ice chest! We especially appreciated the washer and dryer (soap provided) and large rinsing tub to rinse our dive gear. The apartment was clean and we would definitely rent this listing again. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast on the patio each morning was relaxing. Afternoon shade and breezes were welcoming after spending each day exploring different beaches and snorkeling or diving (the lounge chairs were a bonus and lead to short naps). The kitchen had everything needed to make a simple dinner which could be enjoyed on the patio while the bird songs filled the background. At night, the breezes cooled the apartment, but we were still thankful to sleep with the AC. We also enjoyed off and on conversations with Dan and the visits with Ziggy (house dog).

This was my second stay at this property. Everything referenced in my first review applies. This stay was during the pandemic, so I utilized the kitchen much more this time. It was just as convenient as being at home. When I return to St. Croix this will be my first choice of accommodation. (When I returned to St Croix for my second trip Sea Breeze was not available. I had been on the island as an essential worker before the travel restrictions took place, and the owners were gracious enough to let me stay again once Sea Breeze became available. Thank you Fran and Dan!)

Seabreeze is located in Judith's Fancy, a gated community on the north side of St Croix. It is a single bedroom fully furnished dwelling. The patio offers a wonderful view of the northern Caribbean Sea/southern Atlantic Ocean. I was traveling alone for work, and the fully furnished kitchen was perfect for re-heating outside meals or cooking my own. The laundry facilities were first rate. I only saw the hosts twice during my visit. They are a warm and friendly couple, and take great pride in their property. You will enjoy staying at Seabreeze! On my return visits to St Croix I will check Seabreeze availability first.

This is a very nice property in a clean, secure neighborhood. This was my first vrbo experience, and it was very positive. Great facilities. Great communications with the owners. You will not be disappointed.

Communication was awesome from start to finish. Finding the home was a little rough only because the signage for the streets is either non-existent or hard to see/read - I assume it’s because of the hurricanes and there are more important things to repair first. The home is absolutely beautiful. There is everything you could need there as well. Coffee maker, blender, microwave, full refrigerator, you name it, it’s probably there. The view was beautiful. The sounds of the ocean were awesome to listen to as we sat on the balcony and enjoyed our morning coffee or evening meal. The owners of the property are on site and available for any questions, needs, concerns or just to chat with. The best part was having Ziggy come and visit. Ziggy is the owners pup. We have a dog, and leaving her behind while going on vacation is a little rough. Ziggy coming down every morning to join us for our morning coffee made our stay without our pup so much easier. If you are looking for a place that is quiet, has a great breeze, wonderful view, awesome owners and not have to worry about much of anything except how to actually relax from the busy life we all have - this is the place.

This little apartment is perfect for us and fits our needs perfectly. It was our second time staying here and did not disappoint. Dan and Fran are great hosts and Ziggy was always there to welcome us back from our fun filled days! The breezes are amazing and so is the view, we started and ended our days on the deck and when it came time to leave we definitely did not want to go! There is so much to do on the island and we can’t wait to return. Thank you Dan & Fran for sharing this perfect little piece of paradise!

I’d still be at Dan and Fran’s Seabreeze if they didn’t have it booked to other fortunate renters. I’m still living on the island and would happily stay there forever. The view is so spectacular that you won’t want to go inside the immaculately clean residence. They have added all the little details and comforts that one might need when staying for a week or a month. I wanted to give Seabreeze bad reviews so that I could keep it to myself but I wouldn’t dare. If you can gaze your stare inside for a moment, be sure to check out the binder with tips on where to visit and be sure to write your own in the guestbook. I’ll either be back to stay myself or renting this property for friends so I’d like to see what else you’ve found. Enjoy your stay and welcome to the island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze! The view, breeze and apartment was everything we needed to unwind, unplug and enjoy this beautiful island. Centrally located in a gated community, close to shopping and restaurants, we were able to explore all ends of the island. It was clean and well equipped and met all our expectations. We loved sitting on the deck sipping coffee, cocktails, reading a book or catching up on emails, etc. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us, we can’t wait to return.
